On Monday I tried to pay with my gift card. It didn't work when I know that I had a remaining balance. The district manager was there and told me to call their corporate offices. I did. No one answered my call..... I left a message and none returned my call. I ordered a sandwich for my friend, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a salad for myself and they didn't put the lid on my salad dressing and it spilled all over the sandwich. Disappointed beyond belief..they used to be my favorite spot.

The food is always delicious, but whenever I order delivery, my instructions are ignored. Not worth the money if they can’t follow simple instructions

Out on a 100 mile bike ride and had to tear sandwich … lost much of toppings … Thanks for NOTHING…. Wasted $49 Awful adherence to simple instructions offered by website… If you’re not going to read them, don’t offer them….

I decided to try out this location since I was on my way home. I used the buy one get one free small sub offer on my Capriotti's app. I ordered a small Bobbie and a small Capastrami. Both sandwiches came out good the employees were very nice. This location isn't too far away from me so I definitely will come back here again

Just ordered a Philly steak sandwich went and picked it up got home worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from the Flamingo location beef was tough and extremely dry preferred it loaded except mushrooms very few onions and peppers, things need to change or I’ll never return!

I live a mile up the street. Have since 2000. Every single time that I come here 80-100% of the tables are dirty. It happened again this afternoon. I pointed it out nicely and I got a “Well, we’ve been busy.” And then the two schlubs disappeared to the back. I ate my whole sandwich while no customers walked in. You’d think that the tables would’ve been wiped down about 15 minutes later. NOPE. Sheer laziness. Low class employees. Ex SoCal trash. I’m done with this location. DONE! And many of my friends have been informed and feel the same way. Not everyone takes their food to go or is a DoorDash order.

Came here quite a few years ago but the sandwich stuck in my mind. Once that happens I get a craving and I need to have that exact thing. I tend to duplicate recipes at home in that situation and seeing as how I don’t live in Vegas, but Turkey isn’t really my thing and sometimes it’s best to stick to the original source. This place rocks. They’re Turkey cranberry coleslaw on roll and heated? The bomb! Besides some Texas hold ‘em and roulette? I came for this. Moved to Hawaii so it’s gonna be a while. Mahalo

Inside the store smelled weird and it was insanely hot. The food was okay.

Do yourself a favor and go to Capriotti's and forget about Subway, it's not even close with the quality of the food. When I want a hoagie the only place I call is Capriotti's

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop makes it possible to have a great chess steak sandwich here in the greater Las Vegas area. The bread is the traditional soft and toasty I have grown to love! I got the biggest one and I couldn't be more glad! I'm definitely going to order another sandwich soon!

Quick, easy, delicious. Guys were professional and polite, but weren't robots. Actually engaged. Great experience which sadly isn't the norm anymore. I will repeat many times.

Came here for lunch a few days ago because I live nearby and other members of my party wanted the bobbie, there's no accounting for taste. I got the wagyu cheese steak sandwich. I will say that typically I avoid this chain for 1 simple reason, they neglect condiments. Just whatever meat on dry as vegas bread. Never any mayo, aoili, mustard or even hot sauce. It's an insult to the notion of a sandwich.... the meat was pretty good, I guess. It wasn't overdone or unreasonably old. It was just so flipping dry of a sandwich in general. Cheesy sure, but choking on their roll really ruined whatever could have been.... I'd rather go next door to rebel for a pre-made sandwich wrapped in plastic. At least they come with those little mustard/mayo packets. Imagine going to a seafood place that doesn't offer lemon. Better off having a can of tuna you make at home thats actually done properly, because you made it yourself. Same concept here. Just a bad setup. 👎

Just got 2 small bobbies, ingredients where ok but on one bobbie all I got was bread, turkey, and a lot of cranberry sauce. No mayo or no stuffing and was not ordered that way. So much cranberry was used the sandwich wasn't edible. Guess I should of unwrapped the sandwich before taking it to go. Seems like this was done on purpose

Foods was alright however, the craisins and drink were missing from one of the kids meals. We order through Uber Eats so of course I had to file a complaint with them as the driver said he was not allowed to go back and get the missing items. Also, you can not put in special requests for this store on UE so I tried to call them multiple times directly after my order submission but they did not answer their phone. Kind of bad all the way around when you are in a hotel and you just want your food right and maybe some extra mayo for the Bobbie especially when it cost me 85.00 for 2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals. But, a portion of that was for UE.

Ordered my whole office lunch (15 people) last minute notice, staff said no problem. All 15 sandwiches had special instructions, and there wasn’t one mistake. the staff that was working today, max, Francisco, and Eddie, were on point and extremely accommodating And friendly. Going to make this a once a month thing, appreciate you guys.

We tried the Bobbie turkey,stuffing, cranberries, mayo it was pretty good I think I would have liked it better if it was hot either way it was yummy. And the guy taking the order was awesome and very helpful and friendly I would definitely go back

I honestly have never had a bad experience with the location that we go to. We order ahead, either pick up inside or curb side. Food is consistently good.

It was a great sandwich shop. I ordered the Bobbi and my husband ordered the Capistrano. Very good

This was the best cheese steak I had since leaving Philadelphia.. if you ever ate a true Philly cheesesteak this is the closest you going to get I highly recommend this place

Both our sandwiches were delicious as usual. The Bobbie with cranberry on both sides no mayo and the vegan chicken cheese steak no cheese. and a big bag of salt and vinegar chips

Got the Wagyu beef cheesesteak I normally get at the Henderson store which is always good but today's was VERY salty. They must add salt on Flamingo.

Love this place! They always get your sandwhich order right. Highly recommend the veggie steak.

Get the grilled Italian because it will blow your mind. I ate mine in the parking lot because it smelled so good. Unbelievable flavor and great staff! You won't regret it!
