I had such a nice experience here this morning. The person taking my order outside was so friendly that he put me in a good mood for the rest of the day! They were really nice to my dog, too, and gave her a little puppachino. What a great, friendly place!

You always get the best, friendliest service at Dutch Bros, not to mention incredible coffee! I think it's the best coffee anywhere! Consider this, if you get the large coffee, latte, whichever coffee drink you buy, you get 4 shots of espresso in it! Opposed to the green water creature coffee shops, they only add 2 per large cup! It's really leaded too! 😆 I order half caff, too old for that much caffeine flying through my veins! 😅

Edit: I emailed the company and got confirmation that these are supposed to be full to the top with product, regardless if you order without ice or cream or anything. So if any location does this they're completely ripping you off, report them lol Ordered a cold brew without ice (didn't want it watered down). Barista mentions it will have some space at the top because of the "no ice", I said that was fine. Totally reasonable. She then presented a large cup that was only half full vertically, since these are conical cups that means it was less than half full volume-wise. The manager was standing near there and told me that was how they pour it. I said that was unreasonable and not at all "a little space left at the top" and she legit just walked away while I was talking lol. I asked for a refund. Go anywhere else. It is just coffee.

I stopped in here before Halloween with my wife and ordered a blended Vampire Slayer with an energy drink added to it... it was super delicious! They had sort of a long line when we pull up and they got through people rather quickly.

Every time we're in town we come to dutch bros DAILY! The Flap Jack is our favorite! The staff is always so friendly and the lines are long but they go quick and it's worth it!

Dutch Bros have the best customer service. My daughter tried a new drink. Bubble gum. It tasted like dippen dots. If you like sweet, you will love this. I always get the picture perfect and it was as good as always

Ordered the Annihilator iced, was really good in terms of flavor, not too sweet. Peeked inside while they were making my drink and saw they have hella variety of syrups so go ahead and go wild on customizing your coffee to your liking. We need a Dutch Bros on the East Coast :(

The team members are always friendly and service is usually quick. So many drink options to choose from, reasonably priced but can be heavy on the ice.

The workers here are always happy. It rubbs off on you on a bad day. Great service and tons of diffrent beverages. Go on the Dutch bros apps to view all the diffrent options.

We love every Dutch Bros we go to!! They have the best coffee, flavors, and best workers around! Always so friendly and brighten your day. Only MINOR downside about this location is you have to make sure you're coming from the right direction, because their neighbors blocked off their second entrance.

I originally didn’t not care for the drinks here. They were really inconsistent. The last few times I’ve gone have been great. They have totally redeemed themselves. The employees are fantastic and so friendly.

Driving home from a family trip to CA, had to stop and try dutch bros! the two girls who helped our car were so sweet!! Helped us choose drinks and actually had conversations! best customer service I’ve ever had!!

Freeze machine is never working properly, causes drinks to come out really frothy. When brining it up to the staff, it’s almost as they were stand off ish. Manager is definitely not customer service oriented.

Great iced and blended drinks if you're willing to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes. I keep coming back because they have great freezes!

The drinks I ordered here were really good. I would say that they are definitely better than the competition. The customer service was also amazing. The employee that took my order was named Alan and I would love to see him again.

I have been going to this dutch bros location since its opened and it has never failed to deliver a positive and friendly experience. Whether I'm going before school or after work for a late night pick-me-up, they're always pretty consistent with speed and friendliness. I recently started dog sitting, so I brought the pupper through the drive thru and Kelly took my order. She was so kind and excited to see my dog and even got Ange to come say hi. They are very sweet girls. The people inside were kind enough to make a little pup cup treat as well. It made me feel special and I know my doggy was happy too. Great service!!!

I love going to this Dutch Bros before or after work! Every time I get a drink it’s always made perfect (unlike other places). The workers are always very friendly, but my fav is Kelli! She always is super helpful about new drink recommendations.

Great and speedy service. The staff here are always nice. Leslie and Ang whipped up my German Chocolate Mocha fast, and it tasted great! First time trying the flavor and I'll be sure to come back and order it again soon!

I had to write another review just to say that to this day dutch still upholds such a high standard for their drinks and customer service. There is one thing that makes a difference and that is consistency. This place has got it! My drink is always on par, and the employees manage to always bring me such joy. Alan and Angie are absolute dolls.

Lines are wild. But coffee is usually good. Today though, 20 minute wait in drive thru for my drink to taste like milk on ice. How do I even get it fixed without investing more time? Inconsistency is why I stopped going to Starbucks. 🙄 the wait can be frustrating since orders aren't done at a box; compound that with the 20 minutes I just waited to get a wrong drink and it's just ridiculous.

The employees are always nice but I struggle ordering drinks I ask for one thing, I guess I don’t understand the menu. The times that I have come here I get something different than I wanted

This was a phenomenal place - it revived my interest in iced coffee. Everyone working was so friendly and even though it was crowded the lines moved quickly!

I like their coffee a lot. It’s much better quality than Starbucks and a whole lot less expensive too. If you use the app the rewards kick in about every eight drinks. During busy times the drive through can get really backed up.

This is my favorite place for a caffeine fix! The staff is incredibly personable, down-to-earth, kind, and professional - that’s a hard combination to find! I am literally never disappointed with the service, drinks, or cost. They tend to have a long line (or two); but it usually moves quickly... so don’t be discouraged by it! I always leave in a better mood than I arrived in; & the only bad part of my experience is when my cup is empty.

Very tired starting a 15 hour drive trip, it was wonderful to find a Dutch Bros. Not too far off I5, the woman working the opening shift was pleasant, and friendly. I requested "drinkable" so as not to be too hot to gulp. She commented "...what else would you do with the coffee?" I busted up... what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

It was delicious as usually two drinks on our drive. The wait was short, the crew quick and the drink tasty.

Love this place! All the drinks are AMAZING and will definitely keep you awake lol. The rebel drinks are soooo good and you can customize the flavors to your own signature drink. They sell muffin tops too and they are HUGE for the price.

By far my favorite Dutch Brothers. We travel out of our way to go to this one. The staff is beyond friendly and always so happy to interact with you. The coffees are always good. The service is very quick too.

I only stop by this Dutch Bros two or three times a month. Mostly I go by the one by my work. I must have come at the wrong time. The person in charge of taking orders spent the majority of my time in line (5-7 minutes) talking to the driver of the car next to me. Once said car made it to the window everyone inside had to take turns talking to the driver. After another good 3-4 minutes I was finally able to make it to the drive thru window to place my order. I understand it wasn't busy for them. However, at work is not the best time to "catch up" with friends.

Prefer Dutch Bros over Star Bucks but they need more consistency with drink making, its obvious anything added to drinks is eyeballed.. just got two iced coffees and i don't taste any vanilla and they put the least amount of cream possible. imma have to start tasting the coffee before I drive away.

I went here yesterday for the first time and ordered a large, black iced coffee. The guy took my order and sent me off to the window to pay and pick up my drink. The cashier asked if I ordered an americano, I told her no, I ordered an iced coffee. She goes “oh ok”, tells me my total and rang me up. After paying, I asked her if she gave me an americano, and she said yes because they don’t have iced coffee, but offered me some creamer on the side. I didn’t order that. No one told me they didn’t have what I asked for until after they charged me.

I just stopped in for my first time at Dutch Bros at the South rainbow location and I got the golden eagle freeze. The drink is awesome and the staff was even better. Super nice everybody was very welcoming and all had great vibes. I will definitely be making this my normal stop. Thank you to everybody who's working at this location!

Having lived in Idaho & now LV - we’ve been coming to Dutch for 9 years. This is the worst DB experience ever. Long gone are the days where customer service was the key at DB. 35 minute wait for two drinks - maybe 7 total cars in line - they handed us the drink like this…She said “here” when she gave them to us. I asked where was the rest with a slight laugh & she stared at me. Please train these people.

From out of town. Noticed the line of cars and asked friend why the long line for paint (Dutch Boy paint🤦). Anyway, decided today to see what the fuss was about even though I'm not into "designer" drinks. Decaf coffee. Hot. Simple. Young girl outside with braces was a sweetheart! Don't know that I could have been that sweet standing outside in the hot sun. She was patient with my lack of knowledge and helped me decide on a hot mocha with shots of decaf espresso. Not used to paying $6 for coffee but it was definitely good 😁 and I now see why the lines. Bottom line... friendly helpful employees, good cup of coffee!

Dutch Bros simply rules. Enough said. But seriously this place is my favorite. The workers are hip and energetic. The drinks are cheap and tasty. The branding is impeccable. Should I keep going? This place is not for everyone, but if you want to treat yourself go here! I also think I created a healthier alternative and the most high maintenance order there is. My go to is the Decaf sugar free Annihilator with oat milk. My one complaint is they use too much plastic. A place like this usually would be more environmentally conscious

first off i just love dutch bros. but i’ve been to several locations in the vegas valley and this location is the best. they have the friendliest staff, they make great drinks, and the service is always amazing. although there are a couple locations slightly closer to my house i make sure to choose this one because i know it’s always a better experience. our pup loves them too and they always give her lots of love.

Erica is seriously the most compassionate and hardworking barista I've ever seen. She's very sociable and understanding of her customer's mood especially during the grumpy early mornings. She also works at an incredible fast-pace so drive thru go BRRRRRRR. The annihilator with an extra shot was a perfect balance of that sweetness from syrup and bitterness from the espresso. Had a unique, drive-thru coffee experience. Thanks so much!
