Well my best friend took me to this place for the very first time today. He had heard about it by word of mouth and thank goodness someone shared the word. We had a quick bite to eat, being busy with other things, and we're pleasantly surprised. My friend had a nice breakfast while I enjoyed a Hot Bowl of Homemade Chicken & Dumpling Soup. It was AMAZING. I will definitely be returning to have another bowl at some future time. It's a small family friendly place that, along with their delicious dishes, make and serve fresh pies and pastries along with frozen pies as well. We took a Pecan Pie along with us and it was Delicious later that day when we shared it for desert after dinner. They have available parking on the west and south sides of the building 🏫. Prices are moderate and the food is good. Masks are optional at this time. They already have a fan base and an occasional line is possible. Rick Zorn

We stopped to have a breakfast there and the food was amazing. The BLT was just perfect. The Reuben omelet had so much meat. Nothing we could improve in our meals, everything was made to perfection. The service was great, our waitress was polite, always making sure we had warm coffee and didn’t need anything. It’s a hidden Gibraltar’s gem and we were lucky to find it :) They accept cash / checks only.

It is small cozy place. The food is so worth the wait. The best biscuits and gravy hands down. I’m a southern girl and this is the closest to my grams I’ve ever come. Yumm!! The pies, I cannot say enough. The meringue best ever! The blueberry. Wow! The pecan Too! The staff is wonderful. Well worth your the trip wherever you are.

First time there and everyone was so hospitable and friendly!! Felt like I've been there before! The food was fantastic!! I can't wait to go back and try the pie!!! Had breakfast this time!

I came in on a Friday around noon. I was able to be seated immediately. Service was fair. I ordered a stacked roast beef sandwich for about $11.50. It came with fries. Well, the fries were the best part. The sandwich was very small and served on a very soggy hamburger bun. The meat was VERY dry, the lettuce was browning and the cheese was one slice of processed cheese. I have eaten her 3 times and each time I was disappointed. I have no idea why people give this place such good reviews.

Great friendly service! Excellent pies! French toast was good and oatmeal is just okay. Been back many times. I like the biscuits and gravy. Nice busy diner atmosphere. The wait wasn’t bad. CASH and checks ONLY

Yum, that biscuits & gravy is delicious! Great little place to get breakfast. Downside, it's cash only..... I hardly have cash on me at all. Would come more if I didn't have to go to the bank first.
