Maybe because of Covid, the service has improved considerably as for the longest time, only drive through had been available as well as more mature staff. I have received good consistent service over the past several months.Hoping that these improvements stick as Manitobs opens up as many of the issues were at the counter inside.

This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! If I could rate zero stars I would…….The service was horrible and the place was disgusting. They dropped my daughters McFlurry on the filthy floor right infront of me and pretended like nothing happened. I’ll be surprised if One of us don’t end up getting sick. How they pass inspections is beyond me.

If I could rate negative a stars I would. Terrible drive thru service. Last three times I've been through there, all the wait times were 25 minutes plus. Definitely all the workers need more training along with new management. I feel sorry for the owner who owns it.

***Update your store hours*** Says you’re open until 10 but drive through says 9.

HORRIBLE Just horrible food. They cook the fries over and over. You will never get fresh fries from this place. Burgers are cold and stale buns. WORST McDonalds in Canada. Recooking fries 6 times is against food standards. Wish the health department would inspect them more. BAD BAD BAD Don’t eat here.

That’s the most unhygienic place in the whole town. Running low on diseases ! No problem, visit em n they’ll help you getting some. Idk how they r gettin their inspections passed. I reported em to the MB health department. Let’s see what happens

first time here. dusgusting place ohs should head over. there was a sign in sheet tho. noone said anything about it. they stared at me, they sneered at me and walked away. when i asked for service i was told not until i fill out the sign in sheet. instead of telling me no we dont carry that size of cup they just gave me what they wanted to taped the reciept on the bag and when i asked for the size i asked for was shot at with we havent carried that size in over a year shut this place down or get people here to train them

They got my order wrong at the drive thru. So I went in and they made the exact same mistake. 😂 Gotta lovem. Every. Single. Time. But I will always return because Im a glutton for punishment.

Love McDonald's but stop going now. Getting 2 xl Black coffee(hot) took 20 mins in January 2019. That was it. Nobody was in restaurant part, how hard pour coffee into a cup? Warst was ordered 2 hamberger sets in October and waited 45mins to get served which i knew my food was up long time ago. Complained to Mcdonald's directly, didnt hear a thing from them. They had(maybe still have) 1 good worker there sorry remember her face not name, the guy looks like managing place is rude(maybe he is frustrated but don't take it out to your random customer), workers were slow and waring dirty uniform and keep touching their cap or hair. I haven't been this place since January 2019 but my cousin says they waited 30 mins for a pop and coffee the other day so not worth to go back.

I have never seen a more unorganized and downright disappointing McDonald's. They were closed by 9:30pm and went back in the morning these guys don't serve food until 8am?? So we just got a coffee instead and it honestly tasted like the worker used the dishwater to make it, drive to Creighton Tim Hortons. Or honestly just starving is a better option don't even waste the 30mins in the drive through. Pathetic.

I’ve never had a “dried out” burger from McDonalds in my life…til now! Pretty grose.

My family member has a handicap and she was waiting a long time in line for her order. They then gave someone an order to someone who came in after her. When she asked about this they were rude and dismissive to her. Very bad experience

Fries were stale but reheated. Absolute garbage. Completely out of the food safety standards.

Arrived at 7:20 AM for breakfast, they were open and they could ONLY sell coffee. They were not ready for breakfast, but they were open? Service incredibly slow, waited over 20 minutes for a black coffee.

Dirty countertops with ketchup all over and that's early morning. Most likely from the night before. Gross

Long wait for food and dirty grease they cook in. Worst McDonald's I had anywhere. Top it off the employee was eating fries from my order.

Check your order before leaving. Includes counting number of nuggets. They don't give receipt unless you ask. Long wait at drive thru.
