Food was amazing and service was awesome. Great place to go with friends.

Love the space. Great service! Sweet Potato fries are so good! Burgers here are also great. Draft beer selection is good. I was charged for samples of the beer, which I wasn't expecting and even stated that, "I only wanted to try a sample, to decide which beer to buy." Yet they filled up the sample glass to the top and charged me a few dollars for each one. Disappointing.

I have been going to Churchills since my College days at UofM flint. I still love it, they have made plenty of updates and the selection of beers and such has expanded greatly.

I stopped by here for a late midweek work lunch from a recommendation for a good burger. I had the mushroom, bacon and garlic burger that, even though good sized, was relatively flat. The Cajun fries were over salted and somewhat cold. Service was excellent. Full bar, low/high top and patio seating. Craft beer flight available. Clean. I don’t recall if they had wifi. Limited street parking. I would probably return for a beer flight but not the burger. It appears that their pretzel bites are highly recommend.

Food was incredible, I haven't had a bar burger like that in a while. The waiter was very patient and consistently checking on us. The bathroom and dining area were well maintained and clean. Definitely will pay another visit soon.

Deleted my old review because this is the exact opposite of my previous visits. We were seated at the bar and had to wipe off the remnants of the people sitting there before us, then after a roughly 10 minute wait the girl behind the bar says to us, "so do you want a drink or food or whatever?" We both say we'd like to start with a drink. She gets it and leaves, by the the time my drink is gone, she talks to us for only the second time and simply says, "you gonna order?" Never have I had a worse experience. I'm actually questioning if I even care to go back again, which is a shame, because I really liked it there, but wow if that is what service is like now, I want no part of it.

Great atmosphere. Our waitress was awesome!!!!!!!! She had the whole bar seating area to wait and pulled it off flawlessly. The garlic truffle fries are amazing!!!! Will be back!

Food was sooo good! They don’t offer to go orders over the phone after 9, so I had to go up there and order. It was worth it! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was charged additional $3 for garlic truffle fries, and they barely gave me any. My new fav late night spot <3

The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming but still hip, felt laid back. You can bring the family, hang out with friends or good for a date night, or just pre-game with a throw away. I will definitely be going back.

Food was good. But the truffle fries I probably won't order again they're 7.50 for a side and they just taste like normal french fries and don't really have anything on them. Lol 😆

Food was excellent. I thought I'd try the Brussel sprouts as a side since there were several great reviews, unfortunately I was disappointed. Maybe I will try the appetizer of them and get the full affect. Otherwise, the rest of our food and drinks made up for. The truffle fries are amazing and highly recommended

Our 2nd visit to Churchill's during a work trip and it was a good as the first. We had lunch each time. Great food! Service was good. Would definitely visit again if we're in the area.

Fantastic atmosphere. They know their whiskeys and bourbon and bonus the food is delish!

There was 8 of us, so I understand a bigger group can be difficult but not to this extent. Our serve seemed like she was drunk, we got our drinks after our food, and two of our people didn’t get their food for nearly an hour after we got ours. One of the people in our party had to send his well done burger back because it was RAW, twice. The Manager Joe admitted that he saw the burger go back twice and did nothing to help resolve the situation when it was brought to his attention. Literally worst service and management I’ve seen, ever.

Came in a couple of weeks ago and was blown back by the selection of drinks. Ordered calamari recommended by my server Ian, who was attentive and entertaining. Calamari was amazing to say the least. Got to talking with him about his girlfriend who was the bartender. He brought her over to answer a few questions of mine, and she had tons of knowledge on whiskey and helped me to pick one that was suitable. The prices are so cheap!! Block ice was a great choice not to water down the whiskey. I will definitely be back!!!!

As a flint native this is my absolute favorite bar. The food is incredible, and you can tell a chef designed the menu. It's full of flavor. The atmosphere is perfect the original brick of Flint, the bar stocked with specialty drinks you can't get anywhere else. The cocktails are the best by far. The service is great. I highly recommend this bar.

So I ordered online and when I got there, they did not get my order which is no big deal. I saw the manager speaking with the bartender about it and she said oh he’ll get his money back. It will never post and that’s fine but she actually made eye contact with me and never come over and said hey sorry which is no big deal but that’s a common courtesy. Then I ordered a pizza and some cheese curds and ordered a beer and a shot with a Coca-Cola back. They brought me a full Coca-Cola and charged me two dollars for that which I did not complain about. I sat there for 32 minutes. No big deal and I would’ve probably drink 2 to 3 more shots but not one bartender came up and asked me if I needed another drink or a shot. I did get up and attempt to order one and finally gave up and a super nice girl said hey I work here. Do you need anything when she was off duty at that point I was so disgusted I said no thank you. Then I get my small pizza in a to go box is in a Styrofoam to go box. It’s not even cut up on three bars in Tennessee and I don’t do mini bad reviews. This is the worst restaurant service I’ve ever been at but I still tip the bartender good And it’s not all of their fault it is just completely bad management and not really caring about your customers. I hope you change this because you have a wonderful place and your food is actually pretty good if you cut it up.

Professional waitstaff, amazing food, stellar drinks. Joe whipped up the most perfect gin cocktail for me. Tom is a superb bartender, paying attention to the guests’ and the servers’ needs. I have no idea what I like to drink normally and they gave me a drink I’d order over and over. Highly suggest the wings or the chicken bacon chipotle ranch sandwich. Love this place.

I got stood up on tonight. But ya know what, it was 100% okay because the food was great, the music was vibin and the wait-staff was absolutly amazing and saved my mood on this night. I'd go there over and over again just for that. So thank you 😊

So yummy. The food was absolutely amazing and the aoli on the mushroom burger makes me sweaty...in a good way. Was a tiny bit disappointed in the smoked old fashioned (and it was $12). The presentation wasn't what I saw online and was more like, poured out of a little plastic dollar tree jug but overall WAY worth a visit.

I just want to say thank you to the waiter and two bartenders who were so kind and helped me with my odd request today. I have a condition called POTS and my heart rate shot up while walking to Pride. I needed electrolytes right away, so the waiter took me to the bar where I was quickly served a juice to go. I wasn't questioned when I asked for a salt shaker and everyone was very nice to me. They helped me prevent my medical condition from getting worse. Thank you!

Decent spot. Their smoked old fashion is a lot of fun. Warning to vegans: vegan items may not actually be vegan. My vegan southwest burger came with real provolone cheese and a dairy based sauce. I contacted them about this via their website form but they did not respond.

Food was great! Service from Dana and Chef Tyler was great, they both did a great job!

Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a nice place to grab a bite to eat downtown. The cheese curds and pretzels were both amazing. As was the smoked old fashioned. All of our party had great food. We sat in the front window table and felt like we had a quiet place to chat.

The food?????? Sweet baby jesus. So. GOOD. I was there yesterday afternoon and got the Bourbon BBQ Burger. When I tell you this burger patty either melted or fell apart in my mouth... I couldn't believe it. 😂 I couldn't stop eating it. So whoever cooked that around 3 pm yesterday. Thank you. Thank you so much. Haha 🤙🏼 4 star is only for the server. She wasn't bad at her job at all, she just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Not really enthused.

Had a great Valentine’s dinner. Steak cooked to perfection, whipped potatoes, and brussel sprouts. Awesome dry martini with blue cheese stuffed olives ❤️

Very nice place. Food was very good. Portions were really huge and way too big for an average person. The service was outstanding, waiters were cheery and attentive. We all loved it there and will be back

Went here before a concert at the Capital Theater. Service was much faster than I thought it would be for a Friday night. Loved the Brussels sprouts and the large draft beer list with my favorite on it. Price seemed reasonable too.

Third visit in the past 10 months. Service was average. Skylar was our server, she looked like she wished she was somewhere else. Never smiled or thanked us for coming in. She wasn't horrible by any means, but a friendly demeanor goes a long way. Food was Ok nothing to write home about. Average bar fare with ballpark pricing. The food was better the last time we visited in April.

I cannot recommend. I got the beer battered Atlantic cod. First the good: It was hot when it arrived at the table. But it was tiny and I’m pretty sure I’ve had better in a middle school cafeteria. I ordered the truffle fries, which they forgot. Then they brought me a replacement and they were terrible. Others in my party ordered them and said they enjoyed theirs. But mine had Parmesan on only one side of the plate with very little truffle flavor and everyone agreed mine were terrible. There was very little staff for service on top of everything else. Also the beer was served warm. I’m not a fan.

Winston burger was incredible! I'm a burger lover and this one might have just hit my top 10 list. Really juicy and flavorful they definitely use high quality beef here. Our server was great and really friendly. I liked the decor as well. They had live music at the time too which was a nice touch to dinner. Will definitely return when I can!

Exceptional atmosphere, food, and drinks. They do a lot of in house prep with their food menu. The sweet potato fries and the burger were crafted from fresh ingredients in house. The best I ever had. Topping the meal of with Michigan craft beer recommend by their bar tender, Callie, perfectly tied the meal together. Even if you have no need to visit Flint...you absolutely should just for Churchill's 🍻🍻🍻

Well this was my first time at Churchill’s and definitely my last. We didn’t get our drinks until after our food and having to remind the server. Two of the 8 people in our group did not get their food for about 15-20 minutes after the others. One of those two were served a RAW burger, so raw the burger had red liquid pouring out of it. The burger was sent back only to come out again a little less rare (picture attached of the “corrected” burger) and had to be sent a second time. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the burger when it was served the first time but I was in a state of shock. By this point it had been about an hour since the rest of the group received and ate their food. When we requested for the burger to be removed from the bill the manager Joe came out with a nasty attitude. He asked why we would expect to not pay for a burger that was eaten but also admitted to having complete knowledge of the situation and the burger being served raw twice and the long wait time. He then stated “You eat the food, you pay for the food” and stormed back to the kitchen before we could say another word. As a manager myself in the hospitality industry, his actions were infuriating and nothing but unprofessional. Mistakes happen and servers get overwhelmed, but even a simple apology was not offered.
