Well
this
was
my
first
time
at
Churchill’s
and
definitely
my
last.
We
didn’t
get
our
drinks
until
after
our
food
and
having
to
remind
the
server.
Two
of
the
8
people
in
our
group
did
not
get
their
food
for
about
15-20
minutes
after
the
others.
One
of
those
two
were
served
a
RAW
burger,
so
raw
the
burger
had
red
liquid
pouring
out
of
it.
The
burger
was
sent
back
only
to
come
out
again
a
little
less
rare
(picture
attached
of
the
“corrected”
burger)
and
had
to
be
sent
a
second
time.
I
wish
I
would’ve
taken
a
picture
of
the
burger
when
it
was
served
the
first
time
but
I
was
in
a
state
of
shock.
By
this
point
it
had
been
about
an
hour
since
the
rest
of
the
group
received
and
ate
their
food.
When
we
requested
for
the
burger
to
be
removed
from
the
bill
the
manager
Joe
came
out
with
a
nasty
attitude.
He
asked
why
we
would
expect
to
not
pay
for
a
burger
that
was
eaten
but
also
admitted
to
having
complete
knowledge
of
the
situation
and
the
burger
being
served
raw
twice
and
the
long
wait
time.
He
then
stated
“You
eat
the
food,
you
pay
for
the
food”
and
stormed
back
to
the
kitchen
before
we
could
say
another
word.
As
a
manager
myself
in
the
hospitality
industry,
his
actions
were
infuriating
and
nothing
but
unprofessional.
Mistakes
happen
and
servers
get
overwhelmed,
but
even
a
simple
apology
was
not
offered.
