Amazing Mexican food. Some of the best Flint has to offer. It is so good, you can taste the love. The people are very friendly there as well. Always busy too, so that says something to how great this place is. I ordered the beef combo, it had so much food. All very delicious. Don't forget the hot sauce.

The guacamole is so delicious! We all ordered different food and we all loved every last bite. We cannot wait to go back. Health note: food is deliciously flavored, but for those who need low salt food should choose wisely. My relatives feet swelled quite a bit after eating their meal. But even they cannot wait to go back because it was so delicious!

I’ve been going here for almost 20 years. Just like another person said, their recipe has remained unchanged for decades! Their hot salsa is to die for. It’s the best tasting I’ve ever had, with a good kick. My go to order is 12 beef tacos with cheese-medium with loads of hot sauce. 10/10 will keep coming here until the day I die.

I ask for a side of cheese always bec I only get 2 little shreds of cheese everytime. So I het charges for extra cheese and I don’t get any… then they told me they accidentally just put it on the tacos. Ans there’s no cheese. I see one little shred on the outside of my taco 😑😑😑 why the stinginess? It’s overly ridiculous. The handmade hard tacos are not handmade. If I brought these tacos to anyone of my friends in Texas, they would throw these in the trash. The service is clearly not Good either if you can’t get a simple order correct.

Update: well this is my go to spot. I wanted them all of the time. Even if I just need a fix, this WAS my spot.. Yesterday was the last straw. I ordered something and I wasn't able to get it. Ok fine, I waited almost 20 to 30 minutes for that order and I had to place another one. I did, I waited a while for that as well. Not a problem. I'll wait for my food if it's gonna be good, fresh and right. I'm ok with waiting.. Well, before I ordered I asked what came on the quesadilla. I was told by one of my favorites let me add... I was told, meat cheese, meat cheese. I said ok, I'll take that and I would like to add onions and please make it well done... On so now you need to look at the pictures. That's it's, no more of my little bit of money!! I'm so sad and disappointed!! Haven't had them in over 10yrs but it was very satisfying...

Absolutely love the food that people are great the food is humongous and very very good and decently priced this is the super burrito with ground beef and made wet it is so good and I can only eat about three bites of it and I'm full Updating my review as of September 2023 Food is still amazing. Service is great. Fast prices are really good and can't complain about anything So far my favorite is the giant burrito this time I got chicken the last time I got beef and I can't complain about either one. They were delicious

I love this place. One of the best Mexican Food Places I've been too in the Genesee County area. Tacos were amazing. Tamales everything on point. Authentic and friendly, fun, atmosphere. If you have not been I recommend you giving them a try.

Five stars aren't easy for me to give, but I'm honest. If you're not from the city and are looking for that authentic Mexican cuisine; hands down bar to none La Familia Morales is the place to locate. Try a nacho supreme and grab a peach fresca to go ⭐🙂

This is the best place for Mexican food. The only real authentic Mexican food. I love it. Have been going there for years. And I swear to God. It's so good. Went to La Familia today for $1.00 Taco Tuesday. I ordered 8 tacos cheese only. I received 8 tacos meat only. This is the second time this has happened since going there. I didn’t even bother to go back today to get the cheese because last time I did I called before I went back and still waited at the front of the line waiting for cheese for like 20 minutes lunch was over. PS someone is getting a little heavy on the garlic.

I love the food here. I've been eating their tacos for at least 30 years and I'm telling you nothing has changed about the recipe. The nachos are amazing. Make sure you bring a friend cause they're HUGE! The super burrito and super chimichanga are everything you would hope for them to be and they fill up a to-go container from corner to corner. What I don't love is that they are so busy all the time that they barely have time to greet you. When I try to call an order in many times I can't get through so I have to go in place an order and wait. They only have a few chairs for people waiting for their food now. They've roped off the seating area from the waiting area which just looks tacky. They only have one person available to wait tables and sometimes that person is also helping the front counter try to stay caught up, so the service can be slow.

Growing up they had the best tacos you could find in flint. Everything was so good. I haven’t ate here in about 2/3 years so me and a couple friends decided to go get some food from here and ooh how things have changed. I don’t know if they have new owners or what but I got 6 medium shell tacos and they were So dry! To be waiting 30 mins my tacos were not what I was expecting at all. Just go to la Azteca.

Food and everything is good but the waitress has an unpleasant face. Her customer service skills stink. She greets some and all to make them feel welcome.

The lunch special that comes with 2 tacos, rice, beans, and a drink for $5.50 is a great value. The food and service is great! Other specials include dollar tacos. They have really good turkey tacos also.

I have nothing bad to say about their food, it is delicious. However , yesterday I had a bad customer service experience. My order was inaccurate and I notified LaFamila asap. I called and explained that I was missing two tacos..the young lady informed me she had packed my order and she was-sure I had them. I politely explained she had made a mistake, her response to me was , come get the two tacos, I explained I live in Grand Blanc and gas is expensive and my time is valuable. She basically said oh well! With no other alternative. Imo since my order was messed up due to no fault of my own.. I should have been refunded my money back or at best my missing tacos on my next order. I love the food, but I left today an unhappy customer due to an unresolved problem that could have easily been corrected.

Best tacos in the world. Authentic Mexicans from the hood. Been eating these tacos since I was a baby! They love black people from the same community. The other Hispanics live on the east side and south, these folks live right there amongst the black folks in the hood. Turkey tacos is to die for!

Family owned and operated tiny restaurant. The food is so good here! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in downtown Flint. There might be seating for 20 people or less, and the parking is tight sometimes, but it's so worth it. My favorite is the stewed beef burritos! Vegetarian and vegan options are available. The beans are vegan! Super affordable, and so tasty! My only complaint is, they don't always have guacamole. Ask if they have it before ordering.

Had a full order taco salad. Great price and food. Will definitely come back here again.

Real down to earth people with great attitudes that serve the best authentic Mexican food in the county. NEW Mexican pizza is phenomenal but my absolute favorite is their Peach slurpee 🤤 omg makes me want to get up and dance with every sip

Went in there today,sat down,they were busy. We waited a few minute,a lady walked after we had been there for a few minutes and after her being there a few minutes the waitress walked up to her table with silverware ready to take her order while we still waited to even be greeted. We left. Bumps me out I liked this place.

This place has totally went down hill.. the taste is nothing like it used to be and the hard shells are basically burnt. Sign on counter say hard shells are crunchy no refunds I know why. Do NOT order hard shells unless you want them burnt.
