I
came
to
Dom’s
to
pick
up
a
chicken
tender
dinner,
it
cost
over
$15.
I
took
my
food
back
to
work,
ate
2
chicken
tenders
&
then
found
the
thickest,
blackest
hair
in
my
food.
Obviously
I
stopped
eating
it
because
that’s
disgusting.
I
called
right
away
to
ask
for
a
refund
&
they
said
that
I
needed
to
bring
the
food
back
up
WITH
the
hair,
because
they
had
to
see
it
to
refund
me.
So
I
got
in
my
car
&
drove
all
the
way
back
up
there
(still
on
my
lunch
break
at
work).
The
woman
at
the
counter
took
the
box
of
food
to
the
back
to
“speak
to
the
owner”
&
when
she
came
back
she
said
they
wouldn’t
refund
me
but
they
could
replace
the
meal.
I’m
not
really
in
the
mood
to
have
another
half-decent
meal
&
asked
why
I
couldn’t
be
refunded
&
she
told
me
because
I
already
ate
some
of
the
food..
I
literally
ate
2
out
of
5
chicken
tenders,
a
few
fries
&
didn’t
even
open
the
soup.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
owner
&
was
told
she
was
unavailable
&
would
not
come
out
to
speak
to
me.
Then
I
asked
if
I
could
just
save
the
food
being
re-made
for
another
day
&
was
told
it
had
to
be
done
today.
I
told
the
woman
I
did
not
want
another
chicken
tender
meal,
so
the
best
she
could
offer
me
was
a
salad
to
replace
my
$15
meal
I
didn’t
get
to
eat
(&
left
a
tip
on!)
I
will
say,
the
woman
at
the
counter
was
very
polite
but
I
was
told
on
the
phone
that
if
I
brought
the
food
back,
I
would
get
a
refund
which
was
clearly
a
lie.
&
what
kind
of
restaurant
owner
doesn’t
even
come
out
to
speak
to
their
customer
let
alone
honor
a
refund
on
contaminated
food???
I
work
for
a
large
dealership
in
the
area
&
my
entire
department
gets
breakfast
at
Dom’s
every
Friday,
that’s
definitely
not
going
to
happen
anymore.
At
this
point
I
don’t
even
care
about
the
refund,
it’s
just
plain
rude
for
the
owner
to
refuse
to
come
out
of
her
office
to
speak
to
a
regular
customer
who
has
never
had
any
issues
before.
I
won’t
ever
be
back.
