    Lobby was not open at noon. Lobby is basically never open. Normally I skip coming here because of this. Thought I would make my opinions clear. Change the sign, or change open your Lobby.

    The food was good but they shorted us a piece of chicken and a biscuit. They didn't give us napkins either. And some butter would have been nice. KFC sure isn't like it used to be.

    KFC on Bristol Rd in Flint is the worst. Ordered a 16 pc bucket meal. $47.00. got to the window they asked me to pull up, waiting on biscuits. 45 mins. later still no food. Saw 3 employees take one small bag to a car, who was picking her kid up from work there. 2 employees went back inside. I asked them to check on my order and they said it was coming right out. One employee made a rude comment and they both laughed. Another 10 minutes went by. No food. The manager and another employee standing outside smoking. Went to go inside to be told dining room was closed. It's now 5pm and the drive thru is very busy, probably 10 cars in line. I was livid by this point! Went inside to see 10 to 15 employees standing around laughing and joking with each other. Nobody doing their job. I asked about my order, I was told they were waiting on biscuits. Employees were commenting unnecessary remarks and then someone said they never put biscuits in. I left there after 1 hour with 16 pieces of greasy over cooked chicken, 2 Cole slaw which was rancid, 2 potatoes and 2 gravy. The gravy was in a little single serve container which held 2 1/2 tablespoons of gravy each. Nowhere near enough for 2 lg potatoes. I told them I'd never be back and a couple employees said we don't care. As a person that loves chicken I gave KFC alot of business. Not anymore! Never ever again!! There are 2 KFC restaurants within 7 miles of me. Both of them have the poorest food quality and the one in on Hill Rd in Grand Blanc township is the dirtiest I've ever seen. I will now take all my business to YaYa's. At least they can get the order right and you get friendly service. My last remark is.... You work on a computer system that tells you how much change to give back. They didn't even give me the correct change back. Why, because they were all to busy laughing ang playing around to do their job and do it right. These were not all young kids, a few were adults and still didn't care about customers, quality or service. Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost a good customer for life!

    Came here to eat dinner tonight around 9:50 pm in the drive thru. The girl asked for our order, we asked for a moment only to be ignored for 15 mins. We pull up to the window and continued to be ignored. Finally after joking about it and having their laughs, they said they were closed. They let two other cars know immediately after we pulled to the window. Just rude..Google says open to 11 wouldn't have came here if we knew unless they lied. Either way just a warning.

    The food was good. A little overpriced. The wait for service was super long. One employee was drinking drinks on the job while she's supposed to be helping people. Other than that, it is all right

    Worse customer service ever! The employees act like they are doing you a favor and they are rude No respect whatsoever. I asked to split the bill right before I was about to pay and they were so offended. They had said my bill was $16.95 and when I asked to please split bill in two , they charged $9.80 for one and $11.00 for other. I didn’t even question, just wanted my food and to leave out of there.

    ordered through the drive thru... if you work here you need to know what the difference between mixed & original is... listen to the order cause they forgot my honey 😳😜🤣🤣

    Messed up my order which I did not receive two mashed potatoes and two Mac and cheeses. When I tried calling up there, I got the busy signal which means they took the phone off the hook. Service was terrible.

    I have not been here in awhile at the Bristol rd location but I had a craving for chicken. It was good. I was impressed. I had the two piece meal. The box was too big but it was still very good.

    To start, the service was wonderful, no issues there. It’s been a while since I’ve had KFC, and I had a hankering for some reason. Though the advances in spork technology are pretty good, the food was meh. I ate it for sustenance, but there was no joy in eating it. The fries were a little too salty, and the chicken was mediocre.

    I personally don't like KFCs chicken a lot but I know a ton of people who do. Their sandwiches and food in general is pretty good just not for me. It might be greasy sometimes but it's not bad at all.

    there policy is no refunds we will make it right. well when they can’t make it right you’re just out of luck. they can’t even live up to their end of the policy. i called my credit card company and canceled my order. what a stupid policy. if you can’t make it right refund the money. lesson learned no kfc for me.

    The thing I cannot get past is the man packing the food was eating right in front of me with the tongs in his hand and his phone! If I had not already paid, I would have immediately left! I will not be revisiting. The sad thing is, we have no decent Kentucky Fried Chicken anywhere near us. It is off my take out list for good.

    Ordered the chicken sandwich big box. Asked specifically for sauce. No nuggets and no sauce. Fries and sandwich ice cold. And employees going on a walk I guess at 930 at night. Then won't answer the phone. Avoid this location McDonald's across the street actually gets things right

    Went thir last Sunday at 1pm got an 8 piece dinner extra crispy oh it was extra crispy and burnt soaked in oil and I contacted kfc headquarters and haven't heard from them

    Got a chicken pot pie just out of the oven for my husband, and when he went to eat, it wasn't done and there was all dark meat like from the leg of the chicken and 2 pieces of chicken skin inside! Ewwww. Needless to say, it went in the garbage! Well, that did it for KFC! Never again will we eat there!

    We were just passing through and the service was incredibly kind. They were attentive and smiling. It was the nicest KFC I've ever been to. No issues with the food. It was standard KFC. But like I said, the service was great. One of the worker's dad came in and ordered food and they were adorable too. Lol

    Went here for dinner tonight. Waited for awhile in the drive thru. Food was great! Very hot and fresh. Friendly service at the window. It was very busy tonight but it was worth the wait. It looked like they were short on staff but food was still very delicious!

    Offers sweet tea, a bonus. Love the Coleslaw & Original chicken. Mashed potatoes & (small) about of gravy are good, but the amount of gravy Has Shrink big time. Actually the size of the chicken too. Slightly greasy too. It needs to be on a rack to drain more, but good, greasy chicken. Service seems to be lacking some, not real friendly

    Ordered dinner there again through Uber. Again, there was problems. It seems that the first Uber driver stole our order. Dealing with that now. Then they had to remake the whole order for the next driver. I got everything, but two famous mashed potato bowls. Food is always superb though.

    Don't ever come to this place during the night shift. The line moves insanely slow and two times in a row they've shorted me chicken. Tired of this place because instead of asking you if you'd like something instead if they're out they just don't put it in and know you won't take an hour to go through the line again and complain.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the service the workers were professional and very helpful. When I go into a restaurant my order is never simple and will usually come with multiple changes which can unintentionally confuse and frustrate the person waiting on me. But not here when all was said and done we had ordered about fifty dollars of food but the cashier took the time to figure out how best to get what I wanted but at a lower cost when she was done we had saved just under nine dollars 😁 and in this economy every dollar counts. I highly recommend this KFC

    Worst food I have ever got from KFC by far chicken strips were tiny and malnutritiond the breading had not been sifted all day so was sparse and clumpy.mashed potatoes were cold and biscuit was hard as a rock. Employee was rude and barley looked up from her phone to take my money. Will NOT be back

    Very poor excuse for KFC, I got the 16 piece meai where to begin the Cole slaw barely had any flavor waterd down badly the pop had absolutely no flavor except soda water, the gravy tasted like salted thickend water and the chicken was salty and tiny, I never complain but what a waste or $50.

    Very disappointed with my visit! They had the lights off so we wasn’t sure if they’re open. We ordered our chicken crispy and was served original(which I dislike) and I did not get all of the items that I ordered. When I got home and realized that the item was missing I called the store 6-8 times only to get a busy signal so I was not able to inform them of the mess up. Gas is to high to have to go back out because of the employees mistake! The sad part about my experience is that there was no other vehicles behind me so I truly don’t understand why they did not get my order correct!!

    So went in to get a 16 PC meal original recipe comes with 4 sides 4 biscuits had a coupon my sides were 2 Mac and cheese 2 large mashed add on 1 large coleslaw so what I actually got was 11 pcs of chicken 2 Mac and cheese 1 mashed 2 large coleslaw attempted to call several times line is busy so I give up on that I have a large family of 6 (husband wife + 4 kids ) that 5 pcs of chicken actually goes a long way won't be back add a pic of my receipt maybe someone working there will see it

    When I arrived the cashier was on the outside of the restaurant talking on the phone with a head set on, laughing having a wonderful time. She clearly was still on the clock. I then proceeded to the pickup window , where I had to wait for the same girl to come back into the restaurant . Finishing her phone conversation. A guy walked past the window in a striped shirt , did not bother to help as well. I really wonder if KFC knows just how low of an amount they are giving their customers , as a thank u for they’re business at KFC. Hope higher management really handles this.

    I was at this location on July 15th 2022 at approximately 8:14 in the evening I ordered one famous bowl meal with a diet Pepsi light ice and a popcorn chicken with ranch I was charged for 2 famous bowl meals only received 1 famous bowl and 1 diet Pepsi no cookie and no ranch when I called and spoke with manager on duty was told that he would redo entire order for the inconvenience I went there today a different manager was working and wouldn't redo my order like I was told would happen so this place deserves a minus 5 stars but that was not an option so I gave them 1 star they didn't deserve that much but if they decide to do the right thing they can contact me I called their and gave them my number I would really like a way to contact corporate on this so if someone could tell me how to do that I would appreciate it
