The worst pain management facility in Flint. Pill pushers who don't want to hear that the pills don't help. Regularly treat patients like addicts for trying to get relief from chronic pain. They've gotten so big that getting appointments takes forever and often appointments are made on your behalf without consulting your availability. More than once appointments have been made that required a driver that were cancelled at the time of or after the appointment time resulting in additional trips, lost work hours, and general inconvenience, with no regard from the staff. I was laughed at by faculty when I suggested there was a scheduling issue after waiting more than 3 hours for an appointment. My boyfriend received anesthesia for a procedure then 2 weeks later was told that they don't do anesthesia for that procedure. When he pointed out that he did have anesthesia the last time the staff member argued with him, called him a liar, and said that wasn't possible. I was there, I know for a fact anesthesia was used. This tells me either they had him scheduled for the wrong procedure, or one department has no idea what the other is doing, and either way, that's scary. I highly recommend going with one of the other pain management facilities in the area and avoiding this place like the plague.

I wanted to give Insight a better review. I have been here multiple times and there is always a problem. It takes a long time before you’re seen for your appointment. I had two appointments that were canceled and no one called me. The parking is terrible. I’m still waiting for a script. I’ve called multiple times and leave a message and no one calls you back. It’s so frustrating.

As off 12/22 insight has change I think for the worst because the system is still they have still needs improvement because when they send you a checkin to your email and you still have to check in upon arrival to your appointment that is frustrating and irritating. When you get here you get the tablet and answer the questions when you leave you have to answer the same questions again and again that is frustrating. And the walking a mile to and from different parts of this place

Trying to find departments is extremely difficult . The check-in process is a joke. Plus their patient portal is no existent. I tried six times to establish an portal account each time I had to start over. Finally I went on line and found the doctors email address and it took her four days to respond. She said her email is seldom monitored. I would really suggest finding a medical organization that has proven methods for communications and patient services

First time going yesterday. Appointment was at 11:30. They had me come in at 11. I waited for 2 hours and 4 minutes to see the doctor. I get on there and he was clueless! If you have anything wrong aside from a broken bone I do not recommend going here. My purse fell behind the bed and where a normal doctor would have picked it up he just walked out of the room. That was no biggie but like I said he was clueless.

Doctors all are great!!! The check in process is horrible!!! They pass out tablets for people seeking pain management. Using a tablet and answering same questions every month! Extremely time consuming! Everyone whether there for X-rays, to see specialists, or pain management all check in at the same desk. I arrive on time and most cases early and they have made me late too many times! Ridiculous!!!!

Insight is not the place to go if you expect pain management doctors to listen to you when you tell them about your health or what you have been through or are going through. Also expect when you actually speak to a LIVE person and give you an appointment time that you WILL get a machine recording and give you a different time. Now if you have complaints expect someone to call and basically call you a liar and tell you that they can only go by looking at the computer and talk to you like you don't know what you are talking about. I had to have a total knee replacement done and I was lucky and had Dr Gemayel as my surgeon and he is the BEST. He actually cares about his patients and he listens to you and has your best interest at heart and he shows it.

If I could give zero I would. Instead of getting better after covid this place is worse. Been coming here since 10/2021. Canceled and rescheduled appointments without my knowledge or consent. One hand doesn't know what the other does, which phone center should know! Have had multiple issues with scheduling, xray, injections, the PAs and ortho...But, Ortho has been best by far.

The office is nice and the staff is friendly. They are somewhat disorganized. You can tell that the staff is stressed out and overworked even though they are always friendly and professional. The newly opened Urgent Care is not yet up to par. The imaging department is rude and inept.

I'm not impressed with this place at all. But we will see how my next visit goes. The only good thing I got was massage therapy 2-3 times per week. But to be honest I am really not sure yet how that's going to go. Anyways this place didn't listen to where I told them my pain was. I had to go for an MRI and when they told me what the order said. I said this is going to be a waste of my time. Well see though.

RUN!!! I hate this place! 2 different surgeries, both a fail! I'm still left to suffer, yet read the office notes & it says patient is good. Wth! I'm in here crying my eyes out they don't care! They shuttle you like cattle just to get money! You'll never see me again!!! Wish I could give zero stars!!!

Very Clean atmosphere. Professional friendly service and they just switched over to a surgical hospital. So Genesee county has now three medical centers.

Thank you Dr. Momsen Nasir and your gratitude staff. You guys are so positive, upbeat, caring and practical. I had the opportunity of a new person being trained and that was nice to see skills that make a good dept. a better one!

I ate lunch with my mom in the parking lot. We weren't bothered by anyone, or hassled to leave, so that was nice. But I've never used this company. I reduced one star because the police camera we ate across from means it is a bad (crime) area.

Things I don’t like: the building layout, I feel like it’s a juggling act checking in, finding offices, checking out. Wish I could go straight to the office and do my check in/out there. I also dislike that when you call it’s a literal answering service that isn’t even in the United States. Definitely the most impersonal experience ever to know I’m trusting my medical information with someone who isn’t even at the actual building. The process definitely is not efficient in my experience. Things I do like: imaging, great experience each time.

The doctors here are very thorough! The surgeon that I have had a wonderful bedside manner and really cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend this place! They have radiology, urgent care, surgeons, pain management and much more!

Don’t go to this place for psychiatry. I had 3 sessions with Gail Johnson after I had a miscarriage. Every single session she made fun of my for not being over my miscarriage that had happened 3 months prior to my first visit with her. She told me that God killed my baby because I wasn’t ready to be a mom. She yelled at me when I asked her to stop mentioning god to me during our sessions. When I called to get my files removed from her and to get something done about her behavior, the office manager at the time was APALLED by her behavior and made a report for me and took my files from her. The office manager and receptionist that were disgusted by Gail’s actions ended up getting fired instead of Gail because they have no other psychiatrist. Gail has messed up so many times she couldn’t even prescribe me my klonopin that I’ve been on for years because she cannot prescribe narcotics due to her past mistakes.

Was hired through a temp agency with a strong possibility of being hired was told there was a hiring freeze , but my job was safe. Out of work with a doctors note and got a voicemail From the temp agency, not even the clinic, the temp agency that my job was terminated because they're not hiring through them anymore. I guess they can find cheaper people to work in the Philippines. very unprofessional.

Insight is an amazing place with professionals all focused on helping you feel better! I challenge you to really read the history on the website! If you do you will realize Dr Jawad Shah is not only an excellent neurosurgeon, he is a philanthropist, and a man with a vision of helping people on a mass level. He is impacting Michigan, and many other areas, in significantly positive ways!

Doctor Dali Yin wrote false diagnosis in my medical notes and improper physical examination findings that were not done. When I ask to have them corrected. I was told I could make another appointed to sit down with the doctor and he would try to correct them but I would have to pay for that appointment. I am confused. Why do I have to pay for an appointment when you lied in my doctor notes? The appointment should be free no bill should be required for putting false diagnosis and examinations in a patients notes. When asked for clarification on why are things are so vague and things are done so poor no one can give an answer. They have stop calling back I have ask who can I write a complaint too no one will give me a name. Or try to correct my medical notes, give the right clarification on treatment. Doctors like that need their license revoked. They are just taking the insurance company money.

Dr. Frankie and his assistant were great. The testing was stressful due to some outside the norm factors, but they helped explain the process and make it easy.

Previously my neurosurgeon Dr Ebenezer is there and he was absolutely amazing. However the pain management people are horrible very rude unprofessional I would never recommend the pain management. I know I'm seeing Dr. Sarmast for my carpal tunnel and my first visit I was there no more than 20 minutes and got injections in both both wrists his staff were very nice and helpful and he was also I would very highly recommend him and Dr Ebenezer just not the pain management but if you see the neuro doctors you'll be waiting a very long time after my back surgery in 2013 when I went to get my Staples out I sat there for 3 hours after just having back surgery 5 days before that that is not professional nor right in any sense but the doctors are great they just need to get their time right

The Doctors are Top Notch !!! Dr Shuh and Dr Waderaha are just amazing. Plus all the staff from nurses and assistance. Not just from there offices. The minute you walk in the door , information center, check in assistance, schedulers, chat service, the PT staff. The PT specialists that worked with me were stupendous. Love to all of them.
