    Horrible. No receipt, cold food, missing items. I bought two, $10.00 Cactus Plant Flea Market Meals and they were missing limited edition toys. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The cashiers, employees/kids have no “home training” and their customer service is trash😔😩. Upon paying for my meal, after I paid for my meal, the cashier, a young lady stated there was no printable receipt because the machine was not working. I asked her what I was supposed to do if something was wrong and she just stared at me…I should have known something was wrong when I was ordering at the screen/2nd stall and my order total read $53.00 for two Adult Happy Meals and two children’s four piece chicken nugget happy meals. I informed the cashier that the total was incorrect and she said, “I know, drive around to the window.” When I arrived she asked, “now did you say you wanted two six piece nugget meals?” And I informed her I didn’t ask for any six piece meals and repeated what previously ordered. After I paid, she proceeded to tell me about the receipt issue. This should have been stated from the beginning. The customer service is absolute trash 🗑️ 🚮 Please send help. I will be disputing this order l, I still don’t know if what I paid was correct because there was not a price listed, on the menu, for the Cactus Plant Flea Market meal. And, again, I didn’t even receive the limited edition collectible in either Cactus Plant meal. Horrible experience and a waste of time.

    A daily double add bacon with some sour squishy tomatoes to boot. Maybe my order was too much I'm not sure but lazy is lazy and there food quality sucks and everytime I give em a chance they highly disappoint. I recommend if you must go then go to the one on Saginaw or out by Walmart if you wanna avoid potential food poisoning

    Literally the worst McDonald’s ever. I’ve only returned because I work nearby. The first time I came I ordered a Filet o Fish with extra cheese and received a flier o fish with NO cheese and bacon for some reason? The second time I placed a mobile order. People that ordered after me of me were getting served first and I had to wait 2 minutes for a cheese burger and a FIVE piece because they shorted me one of my nuggets. It’s rare for me to leave a negative review but whoever manages this team needs to get it together because it’s a mess

    Not a bad place for a quick bite, (preferably in the morning). Every now and again there may be an item missing issue. So as I tell everyone else; don't be embarrassed to check your food for missing items, it happens. It gets busy pretty busy during lunch and staff isn't bad. As for me personally, it's my drive thru McDonald's, I try not to get out unless I have too.

    You know what to expect from McDonald's and except for things gone wrong, slow service, and staff issues a visit generally is unremarkable like the food. Prices are pretty much near sit down prices where you are likely to get better for you and better tasting meals. It's not really fast, debatable that it's food, and no longer even value. Sizes decline, príces rise, inside orders easily neglected, wait times increase, having to pull up and wait for things to falsely create better times for location statistics really bothers me especially if there are no vehicles behind me. Staff at manly locations are often rude too. So why does familiarity or nostalgia keep us going back to the higher prices, unremarkable industrial offerings, decreasing portions, marginal temperatures, and irritable staff. Of it wasn't for the deals on their app I have to say I wouldn't go except for the pops and I can find better value on fountain drinks without much effort. Problems with the app for phones continue on and on without getting resolved, orders go through for items not available and locations that are closed, hours in the app and hours at locations are not always correct, and other irritants related to the app frustrate the majority of people that I have talked to about the app. Repetition of deals and excluded products for deals as well as rewards contribute to dissatisfactions or reasons to consider the chain. McDonald's is losing in a competitive industry and the same things still not working right in the app along with no advancement of features suggest that they aren't listening, don't care, or have so many problems that they can't get to the fixes or realize that overcoming the challenges is difficult to focus on when so much is wrong with the culture of the business and people. If nothing improves, the future for the chain is not good. The thing that might be a stop gap is further industrialization such as robotic cooking, preparing, and maybe serving as well. It's at least a workable solution for the irritated employees and mistakes on orders. I can't recall the last time I thought my food from the chain was good let alone tasty or delicious.

    No menu in drive threw and when we asked to display it. We got big attitude. How can we order without a menu. Response use the app. Not everyone eats at McDonald's too use the app. So came in store and got ignored. We were at this store for over a half hour without getting proper service. When asked for help. Sherry which ik was not her name bit our heads off. I asked why everyone was being so rude. And continued to get ignored. I was not rude and I'm pretty sure we wasnt asking for but for you to do your job.until I walked out the door.

    My family came here to eat (drive thru). I ordered a deluxe sandwich but I guess I was misunderstood and got a normal sandwich. It’s no big deal. My husband went in just asking for lettuce and tomatoes put in a box and we’ll pay for it. They said we was “doing too much”. How is asking for lettuce and tomatoes doing too much? How is asking you to do a simple job that you get PAID for DOING TOO MUCH??? Then to add on, my husband’s bread was stale on his sandwich smh.

    Food was on point was fresh i always ask for salt and ketchup and it seems i always get ketchup no salt.. Wishing McDonald's would go back to adding a couple packets of both salt and ketchup when adding napkins. But all in all this was a good visit fresh fries . keep up the good work guys 😊

    The employee who took my order was wearing sunglasses. There appeared to be people behind the counter getting food that were either not employees or employees who were not working that shift. The total atmosphere was loud talking between employees and their friends(?) whom were customers. Not really pleasant.

    Food taste like it was definitely microwaved… Then they wouldn’t answer the phone. Thankfully morning/ afternoon staff were much nicer and helpful! They remade our food with a smile and apologized for last night.

    When someone orders online it would be very helpful if you made sure you had everything in the bag. Got my order and how in the world am I supposed to drink my drink?!?!? It would be wise before handing the orders to DD or GH that everyone is in the bag Thank you

    The entire staff was in a foul mood and negativity hung in the air. The person taking orders informed me to use the kiosk if I wanted to get my food faster while she stood there doing nothing. I informed her that I would not use the kiosk and she finally took my order. Very rude and condescending. I will never go there again

    McDonald's tried to send me to the emergency room! The order was for a cheeseburger, add lettuce and tomato. So prepare decided to add enough mayo for 4 cheeseburgers. But, wait a minute, cheeseburgers do not come with mayo and I did not ask for it because too much Mayo will send me into a major allergic reaction!!! That is why I definitely would not ask for mayo on my cheeseburger! The solution is that my sandwich can be replaced and they will talk with their staff. Well I guess I'll go hungry because someone picked up my order and I have no one to go pick up the replacement. How hard is it to read an order and prepare it correctly? Before hiring McDonald's should give out tests for potential employees. Especially when it comes to literacy and following directions.

    I had to wait in a super long line, cashier was on the phone the whole time. Once I asked for fresh food since I was concerned it was gonna be cold the manager came and yelled at me for asking overall terrible service do better. Food still came out cold!

    Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered online and it still took 20 minutes to get our food. And the espresso machine was so dirty that it couldn't function- even though I paid for extra espresso in my frappe. The woman behind the counter said "it really needed to be cleaned." I won't be going there again.

    There are a handful of employees that are polite and try to serve guests as quickly as possible and as best they can given that day's circumstances. But then they do some lazy stuff such as claiming to "only serve door dash orders after 11:30". I got in the drive thru line at 11:43 pm. They close at 12. If! Hey would've said the customer service equivalent of something like " hey it's almost closing so order something that's already made and just waiting in the cabinet so it's easy and we can get out of here please" I would totally get that and ordered whatever they wanted me to. But instead they said they were only serving door dash orders. There were 7 cars in front of me that had already ordered. There's no way 7+ people decided to door dash Mickey D's right before they closed and all drivers arrived at the same time. C'mon. I was a mcmanger. It's not fun. But you're already there so why not work? A lot of the times when you go inside everyone just ignores you like they hope you go away. I have a lot of patience for fast food workers because I've done it. This place is the absolute worst.

    I ordered a small coffee & returned it because the coffee taste like water even after adding my espresso I specifically asked them to give me a refund if they didn’t haven’t have a better pot of coffee the older heavy set white lady that wears the burgundy shirt told me that they she would give me a different coffee with a rude attitude! Well it was the same exact coffee water! My only issue is they charge more than most McDonald’s & got the nerve to constantly give out trashy food & customer service! This is by far not the 1st I had bad experiences here but it most definitely will be my last!

    A long pattern of terrible customer service, long waits, and bad order fulfillment. My last visit lasted 35 minutes in a long drive thru line. I waited at the payment window for 15 minutes waiting to pay and, after paying, didn’t receive a receipt and was given the wrong order. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

    I've heard that this was the slowest/worse McDonald's in the area but decided to go anyway. All I ordered was an iced tea and Quarter pounder and I waited 15 minutes. I got my tea and was asked "what sandwich did you get?" 😐 I'm giving them 3 stars because they gave me fresh fries even though I didn't order them lol

    If you are on any kind of time limit avoid this place!! I went through the drive-thru mid day (after lunch rush and before dinner rush, so they was not busy) I was the only car there when pulled up and after sitting there, approximately 3 or 4 minutes I was asked to hold on a moment because this place is pathetically slow I looked at clock 8 mins later she took the order for the 3 cars that came after me. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and it took neatly 20 mins ... Night is worse I won't go there again at night. I was only car in drive thru and after 10 mins sitting there I left to see the worker standing at window playing on her phone and no one else was in line. She did tell me to hold on after about 3 mins but I'm sitting here so u can play in your phone ... Just plan on being there a while every time I go there it's like this so I rarely ever go here

    My family and I pulled into the drive through to order our food and right off the bat no one talked to us or anything so we said hello to see if anyone was there, and the worker said hold on. And we were shocked because she sounded so rude. Once she finally asked what our food order was she was rude and told us what we wanted she wasn’t able to do which is possible because every single McDonald’s does it. All we wanted was a 6 piece nugget with a large fry and a large sprite and we werent able to have that?! When she took forever to try and put it in we decided we just wanted to go so we tell her nvm and to cancel the whole order and she going “ well I’m putting it in, so hold on.” That was unnecessary rude and me and my family will not return after how we were treated there. Please either teach your staff to be kinder when dealing with customers or get better staff.

    McDonald's is always a favorite for my son, but this time we was very upset. She wouldn't sell us 2 frappies I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon the only thing they did right on that was put the special sticker but didn't make the burger right. It was a long wait and staff was snotty like we was bugging them .

    Went to the drive-thru on two separate occasions for breakfast, the most recent visit today. Nobody was working the drive thru and taking orders. Drove away without and any food or customer service waiting for 5 mins. Don’t spend your money at this failed business.

    The drive thru people are sometimes rude and the food that you order is very sloppy... the best time to get food there is in the morning. The cashiers are very nice and polite.

    I don’t leave many reviews about fast food joints because they are always iffy but this McDonald’s is always one of the best. Food and drinks are always fresh and the employees here always seem to be in a good mood. Also like the fact I can park my rig next door.

    The food is better than 8years ago. I bought fries their and it feels like they used a very old oil to make it and I couldn't eat it so I stopped eating their food, I start eating their food this year again and I realize that is much better than the las time. They have best staff now.

    Saturday August 6th 9:40pm 2022 the black girl working the 2nd drive through window tonight had a horrible attitude problem. I assume she has to be able to read to get a job at McDonald's so then why do you give me root beer instead of coke. the person taking the order understood and rang it up just fine. last trip here a few days ago the same widow girl got got irritated when I insisted on receiving the size drink I paid for. I paid for a large meal and she tried to give me a medium drink.

    Standard McDonald's with friendly smiling employees. I do enjoy the reward system as you earn free food or COFFEE 😂. Order ahead to skip the line especially during the lunch & dinner rush! I haven't had a single issue at this location orders are always correct and quick.

    Ordered online and selected the option for curbside. After waiting 25 minutes they sent out an employee to inform me and a car next to me that they were busy and couldn't send someone out with our orders. We were told to get in line (which now was to the street). Don't know why that particular employee couldn't just bring the orders. They also need to turn off curbside and inside pickup if they aren't going to be offering it at the time.
