Worst place ever. Took over 4 hours just to get drug test done. Absolutely unprofessional staff with no management experience whatsoever. People have been waiting here for over 5-6 currently. You're better off going to a LabCorp.

The disgusting attitude of Felicia (if that’s even her real name) when I forgot a mask should be looked into by Quest corporate. She refused to give me a mask claiming that they had none and I had to borrow one from a random person in the waiting room just to be seen. I find it hard to believe a medical practice has no masks. In fact, I even saw some when I went to sit down for my bloodwork. Also, the Quest information announcements they have playing over the speaker in the lobby say masks are optional. If you are going to force masks (which I do not even believe Quest does, but Felicia wanted to make up her own rules and act nasty because she was on a power trip at 7 in the morning), then you should be able to provide masks for those that forget to bring one. This is standard practice. I’ll go to LabCorps from now on if this is what Quest considers appropriate employee behavior.

The service is good very clean location, few professionals, but one person with the green hair is very attitude even if you don't do anything to provoke, that person look like very angry with everyone regardless of what, once that person changes the attitude everything will be okay, you can find that person in first picture far.

DO NOT VISIT THERE. very long wait time, lazy employees and your results will take way longer than you think. Go to 2001 Marcus ave, they're open until 3:30 and accepts walk ins till closing and very fast service.

I did not have an appointment for my daughter, but the message said walk ins welcomed. I signed her in and it said sorry there are no openings, but If it is urgent to press the help button. It was not a matter of life or death so I didn't press the button. A tech came out so I asked her if we will be able to be seen as that is what the recording over the phone said. I was very nice and the tech came out so nasty and rude. We walked out because of her attitude. She said the sign in machine stated to press the button to receive a number. I have added a picture to show this was not the case. I only wish I got her name.

Many people seem to be hating on this place but I had an excellent experience. Went in Friday morning and waited no more than 10 minutes. More importantly, the phlebotomist did an excellent job. One of the smoothest experiences I’ve had.

I did not have an appointment for my kids, but the message indicated that walk-ins were welcome. I have visited a few times without making an appointment in the past. However, last Saturday, when I went there with my kids, we waited for 1 hour and 36 minutes. Subsequently, they refused to see us, stating that they were not accepting walk-ins, even though there were no signs posted. One of the new girls, with curly hair and a slightly heavier build, was very rude and disrespectful. Despite receiving good service on previous occasions, the behavior of these two young ladies was unprofessional and inappropriate. I hope the person in charge of this facility addresses this matter and ensures that all staff members provide good customer service. The employees are compensated because patients like us visit the location, and if we, as patients, cease attending, jobs may be jeopardized. So respect the patients who visit there if incase of any emergency post a sign so customer will be well aware.

I waited a long while to write this review for this Quest Diagnostic Floral Park Location. The reasons were because (1) I decided to go to other Labs to experience different types of customer service and professionalism. (2) To make sure I don't write a misjudgeful review. I have gone to this Floral Park location as a patient and accompanied a family member to a patient. This Floral Park location is the worst lab I have had service. The staff including the supervisor/manager need to be FIRED or take an extreme customer service class. In the last experience, my husband went to the Floral Park Lab for service and was rudely mistreated by the technician, staff, and supervisor. I called the corporate office to log a complaint to their customer service office. I received a quick response with an empathic ear, but the follow-up was sorely lacking.

Love this spot! It’s my second time going here in the past few months. Quick and easy. In and out within 10 minutes or less. Made an appointment with the Quest app. Definitely recommend.
