If this place doesn’t get voted as one of World’s Best Bars, it’s rigged. It has interactive art, cool yet comfy interior decor, and obviously amazing cocktails. We had a dangerous bourbon (smoky & spicy) and a daquiry (sweet & fruity). We also had the mixed meat plate and the mini tartar and burger were better then the 3 Michelin star restaurant I went to. Highly recommend for an afternoon drink. Also great date spot… we played chess over a drink 🥃🧡♟

The quintessential "art cocktail" experience, Koob Experience doesn't disappoint. Dark and subtly lighted, with hip beats thumping in the background, we enjoyed the sculpture that was a TV screen in portrait mode, all black, but then a woman emerges from the shadows, arriving in focus when she fills the screen. She takes a drink of water and puts her lips to a tube you now notice is protruding from the screen and a fountain of water begins to jet out of the tube into the bell of an upturned trumpet, before she smiles faintly and backs away into the shadows again. Fun at least for the novelty and the whimsy, finding deeper meaning is an exercise left for the reader. The staff here are clearly in it for the fun and whimsy of the artistic cocktails they build, complex and likely indeed to guard deeper meaning. Our clear favorite for the night (though it was a tough choice) was the Amore di Margherita, which to our American lips tasted like New Mexico, a bit smoky from the mezcal and with a little kick. We also liked the Zannat, the second version of a gin and bergamot we've sampled on this trip, bright citrus to start with lingering tartness from the crystallized lemon garnish. The Red Carpet and the K29 also did not disappoint, the latter transporting you to the orchard you imagine birthed its spirit. We did not have food here, nor do I suspect that should be your goal when you show up. The washroom hidden behind the big mirror was another fun Easter egg to discover. If you care about the craft of cocktail and want to be among like minded souls, Koob Experience is highly recommended.

Husband and I were looking for a chill bar to have a drink and we happened to come across KOOB. While the bar was not for us we can see the appeal for others who enjoy cocktails. If you enjoy unique and tasty cocktails with a chill environment I highly recommend KOOB. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was clean and cozy. Music was not too loud, which is a huge bonus. The seating was also comfortable. Why it was not for us: We mostly drink gin and tonic which they offered but just regular brands like Hendricks. Since we were there already we decided to jus try it out. We went with a surprise cocktail by providing the bartender some information about what we like. Gin, nothing too sweet. They were tasty but they were like drinking juice. No kick. A lot of the gin taste was hidden by everything else put in it. The prices were also a turn off, for what we got or could get. We have no problem spending considering we prefer to drink Tonka and Roby Marton but we expect quality and well, to be able to feel it after one or two drinks. I will say they provide tasty snacks ( mini burgers ) to go along with the drinks which can help offset the cost but we had dinner prior.

Very friendly and skillful mixologist. I only told him how I like my cocktail and rest was his magic. Mixed platter - especially Octopus - was excellent. A place to go in Florence for a drink or two.

Great atmosphere, cocktails, and food. The bar tender/ mixologist is incredible and very kind. He takes time to get to know you before recommending a drink. Or will make you a traditional cocktail of you'd prefer. Between my SO and myself we've had 5 of his cocktails and the presentation and taste were amazing! The lounge is very comfortable and relaxed and was exactly what we were looking for last night and brought us back tonight. I cannot wait to visit Florence again and to come back here. 10/10 recommend and if you only speak broken Italian (sorry, I tried my best) they are very understanding and work with you and help you learn correct pronunciations.

Fantastic cocktails! Comes with great bites too. Presentation: 10/10. Staff: 10/10. Taste: 10/10. Atmosphere: 10/10. Expensive, but worth it if you want something made to be GOOD. No shortcuts here.

Lovely decor, probably the most inventive cocktails I have ever had, and the friendliest staff. Highly recommended and unique in the best way.

Definitely one of the best cocktail bars I've been to, The cocktails were incredible and the way they were presented was art in itself, the staff were super friendly and approachable. We played a game of chess and were provided with tortilla chips which were a perfect accompaniment. We wish we'd have ordered the food because it looked incredible when served to a neighbouring table. It was surprisingly quiet for a friday and with such a fantastic place. The vibes were chilled and the decor was nicely done.

This place is great! Innovative cocktails in an art gallery type atmosphere. Most creative cocktails I have ever had presented in a beautiful display of craftsmanship and art.
