Very delicious sandwich and cannoli, only problem, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom.

Nice, small and local café. Older lady behind the counter understands english though! I totally recommend the pistachio croissant! They offer a small cappuccino and croissant of your choice for just 3€.

A brilliant locals' place. The lady that served us initially was so friendly and welcoming. Delicious wine, beers and Aperol Spritz. Snacks and picky bits brought out regularly. A truly lovely place and one we would visit again for sure.

A quaint yet beautiful stop for a drink and bite to eat. Very friendly service and employees, you can tell it’s a place loved by locals due to the amount of florencians hanging out here. Definitely would recommend for any travellers looking for a good place to chill amongst the bustling streets of Florence

L'Opera cafe, where pretty ideas come out to play, between glass of wines wingling in the air, we are ambitious, we dont really care gatherings of intellectual people get to the right place, where we will accomplish brave things at our own pace, get your notebook! write it down, ilI dare! that's just private stuff that eventually happens at the cafe.... Tell Luigi, once you turn up, To light that lil' piano, for once!

If you're looking for the buttery croissant which is flaky and with a crunchy texture definitely visit here. It literally melts in your mouth once you have a bite of it. So far the best one I've tried in my overall Italy trip. The cafe is very small and we found it by coincidence, not by a review, however, worth the praise.

We had the best experience! Every evening we were in Florence we went and had a blast. Reasonably priced great drinks with aperativo, fantastic service by Luigi and staff. Overall amazing experience, 100% would recommend.

This is the best, easy, Italian breakfast in Sant Ambrogio without needing to break the bank. They have all the local sandwiches and they make them fresh right in front of you.

Stumbled across this spot while out walking one evening and stopped in for a drink, but was treated with several delicious snacks while enjoying a beverage!

Perfect place for a quick breakfast or afternoon tea. An obvious hangout for local Florentine tradesman who are friends with the owner. And what a friendly guys he is. Politely asking for photos for his Instagram page and helpful to the max when we had great difficulty getting a taxi to the train station. It helped that we were literally up the road two houses then upstairs one flight. We were breakfasted and back to get our bags in 20 mins - refreshed & ready for travel to the next stop.

We stumbled upon this little jewel on our search for an aperitivo, and we couldn't have done better! The service was fast and friendly, our Aperol Spritz was excellent and the "Aperitivo" was more like a very tasty and filling antipasto. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Florence!
