Das Re-Dama ist ein großartiges Hotel für alle, die etwas Besonderes in einer hervorragenden Lage suchen. Das Hotelpersonal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Unter dem Strich war das Personal sehr bestrebt uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Die Lage ist perfekt und bietet den Gästen eine sehr gute Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer bieten alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten/Komfort (WLAN, Klimaanlage, etc.) und das Restaurant bietet ein tolles Frühstück. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

For a quick one night stop it served it's purpose. The room was adequate, a comfortable bed, a small fridge, (which is great to keep your water/juices cold) 👍small bathroom but it served it's purpose comfortably. A good mix of food at breakfast. The service was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help I received 😀👍

Room service and staff were always great. The room was spacious, had a balcony, the shower was good, the toilette had a bidet. The double bed was spacious and comfortable and we even had a single bed on the same room. Criticism of the room is that the curtain of the shower covers the light, so if you take a shower at night you will do so at dim light. The location of the hotel makes it so that you have to travel about 15-20 minutes to most attractions, that adds up at the end of the trip...

I stayed in the single bed room, has all you need for a night or two. Except that I could not sleep thanks to my neighbours and the mosquitos. Some mosquito nets on the windows and the task of keeping the halls and guests quiet after midnight would do real good.

They are the best. No more words are needed. They do their best to accommodate guests 24 hours a day.

This place has the friendliest staff! Also, having a little terrace in your room is so great. Also, also, breakfast is delicious. Short tram ride away from the centre, so location is great!

The best hostel you could want to stay at. More a boutique hotel only 10 minutes by tram away from the centre of Florence
