We had an excellent experience. They had a very large party to attend to (20+) but were attentive to us and really made our dinner memorable. The food was excellent. We had a pasta and the aubergine and both were incredible.

A little hard to find. It’s in the hotel which itself is hard to find. But once you’re there the experience and the food was excellent. We got the sage and butter ravioli and the steak and potatoes. Both were amazing. They also poured complementary Champaign while we waited for our food.

Non è la prima volta che mangio in questo ristorante. Sono andata in diversi periodi dell'anno e sono rimasta colpita dall'attenzione ai prodotti usati e alla loro stagionalità. Non mancano mai piatti della tradizione toscana e italiana. Assolutamente consigliato.

We had an early dinner here, the food was tasty and traditional flavours, but with a twist; the portions of the second course were not large. The copperta was a glass of Prosecco, our daughter got am activity book and some complementary biscuits when departing. Would definitely return.

We had a great time here, especially due to Fedele's kindness, patience and professionalism. This place is a real find with good food in a thoughtful modern setting. The air conditioning works well too which is a real plus. A really decent alternative to the old town for those not wanting to go central. To find the restaurant go through the gates on the street, into the hotel through the main entrance and the restaurant is on your right hand side.

We booked a dinner at the UNA hotel restaurant. Easily accessible by public transport, we were welcomed with great professionalism by the hotel and restaurant staff. Impeccable service. We opted for an appetizer, two first courses and two desserts, remaining pleasantly impressed by every single dish, both in taste and presentation. For dessert, we relied on what the chef recommended on the menu and we were really satisfied. Nothing to complain about. Given the pleasant discovery of this place, we will certainly return.

I returned with my wife to the Unahotels Vittoria after a year, and I had dinner a couple of evenings at the restaurant of this property. A very pleasant confirmation: from the excellent quality of the food, to the care of the environment and the kindness of the staff. A special praise to the waiter, always super kind, helpful and attentive to any request. It's definitely goodbye. I recommend it to anyone who happens to be in Florence.

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very welcoming staff, they immediately seated us at the table and took our order very quickly. While waiting for the dishes, they brought us a studied entrée from the chef, very balanced! They then brought us the appetizer and then the two first courses ordered: a potato tortelli with amazing blue butter and the very delicate and tasty courgette risotto. Finally we asked for advice on desserts and they brought us the chef's cheese cake which is a lemon curd. Both delicate and fresh. Overall, a studied and balanced cuisine that makes you want to come back to try the other dishes on the menu!

Perfect Valentine's dinner, excellent food as well as excellent staff and chef. I will absolutely recommend it.
