Came here because I read some pretty ridiculous reviews online about the absolutely amazing shots here that could "blow you out of the city." When we got here, my friends and I were not disappointed. There is most likely a wait at the bar for their specialty shots, but trust me, the experience is worth it. The specialty shots are made by a bartender who looks like a mad scientist, who for 4 Euros per drink will painstakingly make the shot experience wonderful with his enthusiasm and mixing knowledge. I won't tell you more because it's honestly such a good experience to explore the many drinks that he makes. For those of you who cannot speak Italian, no fear! This man also speaks a bit of English, so you can feel free to order in English. Would definitely recommend to any friend who is looking for a special experience.

The best: cocktails. Well done cocktails, right amount of alcohol. Inside the environment is really confy and vintage style with some music. Outside more chill and relaxed with a lot of people passing by.

Eby’s is just this unique place in the middle of Florence. Don’t judge the old tacky deco, just go there for a good old cocktail shot made by the owner himself with his own twists. He had a particular way of doing it and that’s what is fun about it. Also across the road, he has a burrito place which is also awesome!

Id say they make the best burritos in Florence. Would like to go back!

Empanadas 😍😍😍 been missing it for awhile and by chance found this place in the corner. They also have a bar on the other corner just 10 steps away from each other where you can eat and order some drinks. The empanadas was quite good.

Very creative shots. We tried the volcano shots per a suggestion on here. It was tasty and involved a cool “chaser”. We will definitely try this place one more time while we’re here to taste another creative shot.

What an experience! Had no idea about this place, we spotted it after eating at Antico across the road. So glad we visited, the drinks are cheap and different. The best part though is the shot window- can only order the shot from then outside window. The owner puts on a show with it, it's great fun. You can see how much he loves making people happy with such a different experience. Must do!!

Prices are excellent. Drinks are amazing. Bartender is superb.

Small but mighty neighbourhood bar. Elizabeth made our visit one to remember! With the variety of rare rums and help with local customs I'll be coming right back for the fresh cocktails anytime I find myself in Florence.

I got the recommendation by a good friend and he was right! Best shots in Firenze by far. The lady ask you few things before making it for you and there you go! A little ritual to drink your shot it’s very cool and different than the usual. Definitely a place to try!!

This place is an institution in Florence. You want to go there and have a shot. Ask for whatever he wants to make, let him do his magic and you won’t be disappointed. After the shot I strongly recommend his signature drinks.

We love it! We ate empanadas and brochettes! There is a lot of flavors, but I recommend Salami and Philadelphia cheese, and pork and cheese. The attention is really good, they offer all the flavors they cook. They also sell burritos and beverage.

You want a great time? Come here. We had a guy recommended some crazy unique shots that rejuvenated our night. Super quick and convenient. Anyone looking for a quick drink but fun at the same time come here. highly recommended!!

Looking for a cheap eat in Florence this place is should be on the top of your list. something different other than a cold sandwich or pasta. These empanadas were so delicious and fresh. The lady serving was very amicable and the price point is just fabulous. Can’t recommend enough, make sure to get the spicy beef, so flavoursome!! and there’s also a Nutella and banana! 🤩

Lively little bar used mainly by students. We stopped for a few drinks in the afternoon and so it was quiet. Average prices for drinks, can't remember the exact price as we'd had a few (couldn't have been that expensive then 😂).

Bummer, we stopped by for an empanadas & mojito… they are closed although advertised as open.

This spot is so iconic. Whether you are a local or a tourist, you won't want to miss these creative shots. I personally hate rum, but everything I've tried here has always been amazing. I drop by at least once every time that I am in Florence. Ask Eby to make you something creative. He will see what you like, then whip up something lovely. Be careful not to drink too many of these, as they go down easy, but will leave you with a hangover from the sugar if you have more than a few in one night.

This place has the BEST empanadas I have ever tasted!! Which is a hilarious thing to say about Florence, Italy, but seriously the spicy beef empanadas are the best in the world.

Horrible drinks. I paid 20 euros for two OVERCHARGED drinks with horrible taste. Street full of noisy people. Drinks served in plastic. They do not even give you the whole coke you actually paid for, they throw half of it away. I Will NEVER come back. I Do not recommend.

Stopped for an Aperol spritz and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice spot down a quiet alley with a nice drink choice.

I’ve only been for lunch and absolutely love the empanadas. Their burritos are also awesome, but they are really more like a fajita wrap. Lol, just realizing from the reviews that the business is split across the street and they have an epic looking bar as well. Certainly plan to be back to try one of the shots and to eat many more empanadas.

Spent 2 evenings at Ebys, both Eby and Elisabeth are fantastic, we gave up deciding what to have and went for Elizabeth's creation of choice. We were not disappointed. Fantastic atmosphere. Had a great time here and will definitely be on our agenda when we return. Little gem in Florence

Amazing shots, very special. There are vegan options as well. 5 euro per shot, but it's a special experience so I think it worth it.

Highly recommend this place there was as a line but so worth it! The shots are what you need to order. We came back here 2 nights in a row. It was such a fun experience Eby was hilarious and something we will always remember 😁
