We were very impressed with this place. They gave us an excellent wine recommendation and the food was just fantastic. The head chef Marco Stabile seemed to be everywhere all the time, in the kitchen, serving food, talking to the guests. The kitchen is open and you can see everything being worked on. It has a very formal initial atmosphere with white tablecloths and a very sterile feel, but Marco and the team quickly put you at ease and we found ourselves very relaxed very quickly.

Was a disappointment overall .Expected more from a Michelin reviewed restaurant. Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary/ they asked about a special event during reservation / however no special treatment for us like a cake or even congratulations words . Why bother to ask ? We ordered ''Past ''testing menu . The food and dishes were very pretty ,but the taste was nothing special .Though I liked a the goat cheese cake from a testing menu very much. But not sure would come back again. Had better food last night at Belcore. Quoting one of reviewers'' There are many restaurants in Florence with really good gastronomic offerings that are worth paying for. ''

It was an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE, the food was beyond amazing. I enjoyed every second of my time there, I got to see Cheff Marco Stabile prepared everything and meet him after we finished

One of the best meals of my life. I got The Past tasting menu. Everything was divine and the steak was soooo delicious I'm not sure how to describe it. The sear was amazing and the sauce was savory. I miss it! To be service was amazing too. The best part was the chef thanked us as we left. We will definitely come back if we are in Florence again.

Fun experience. Past menu was good. I would be curious to try their future menu. Great service and environment. The food was alright but that’s just because what I got is not my favorite haha

Nice place delicious dishes and perfect service. The veal is obviously fresh and soft with a special smelling. The tortellini was stuffed with meat of pigeon that I bet you never taste like this in the world. About dessert, was my favorite part even though I was been in full stomach. Deeply especially wonderful experience for me.

Tapas lunch tasting menu for 35 euros was an awesome deal - definitely one of the highlights of my spring break in Italy! Each dish was delicious and carefully thought out. The presentation and service were top notch as well.

So this is my only serious review on google map. Super nice restaurant with great service. I really enjoyed every dish that I had. They are creative in a delicious way that I can notice the specialness but tasty at the same time. Perfect place for a good lunch (dinner as well I assume) special thanks to the girls in sala. It was really really nice service.

This place has everything you would see at a Michelin starred restaurant. Fantastic service, wonderful location and open kitchen to watch the cooking. Luckily price tag is half of most of the Michelin restaurants in Florence. Offer not just one tasting menu so good to have a choice. We were disappointed with the food. The Guinea fowl pasta, and the beef were lovely but nothing amazing. The two truffle dishes tasted of nothing, no seasoning and no real flavor which is a shame. I wouldn’t return for the money we spent. If you’re new to fine dining and want to check this place out I don’t think you’d be unhappy it just didn’t meet our expectations unfortunately.

It was a culinary nirvana..What a mystic experience! The atmosphere was so intimate and cozy. The ceiling is simply a piece of art. The service was excellent. I have to say, I fell in love with every single bites of each courses. The wine pairing was unbelievable. The chef himself took the order, brought us a few dishes and came to say bye at the end…I have been to a few Michelin restaurants in my life and so far this was with no doubts the best one. Grazie mille. The best restaurant in Firenze!

Had such a delightful lunch here. Menu has good range of choices and you could order different items even if you were dining together. Small and cosy dining area overlooking the kitchen, and you'd be able to see the entire team through a full glass window. Chef and servers were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel at home enjoying our best meal in Florence. Deserving of their Michelin star, and bravo again!

They need another Michelin star for sure! We tried The Past tasting menu with wine pairing. Service was great and the food was incredible.

First off, the restaurant is beautiful, tables far apart (only 12, I think) and the service is outstanding. That said, for a dinner that ended up costing just north of €250, I expect outstanding food, and I was disappointed. The first three courses were different breads, served with a flourish, followed by a tomato dish that also had bread mixed in. The foie gras paté was gritty to my taste, none of the velvety smoothness I expected from it. And final entree was two chunks of beef, served at room temperature and not terribly exciting. Dessert was good but not memorable. I will not be going back.

Given that there are a plethora of choices in this region, this restaurant was a huge disappointment. This marks the first time, at a Michelin rated restaurant, that I could not even attempt to finish my entree after having taken one bite. That’s after going to Michelin restaurants all over the globe in several major cities. Keep this up and I suspect that this restaurant will not be able to maintain its sole star. On this night, the primi featured dried fish eggs which was akin to cat food, overly fishy and salty. The entree amberjack was tough and not chewable. My wife’s entree had a breaded beef that was devoid of any taste. Thai flavors also featured in one of the dishes; it was literally all over the place. The menu was neither cohesive nor coherent. Needless to say, we had to make our exit before the end of the meal.

Thank you to the staff and the chef for allowing us to have a beautiful night. They are very accommodating and down to earth while providing a experience of a life time filled with history of information. My engagement night

Very lovely experience for our first time at a Michelin restaurant. Great value and absolutely impeccable service ! Food was great but would have loved some more experimentation. I think we will go for the pescatarian menu next time.

We had an all around fabulous experience. We had the fish-based tasting menu with pairings and everything was outstanding. The service was also top-notch. I’m looking forward to returning the next time I’m in Florence.

A HUGELY refreshing change from "traditional" Italian food. All seafood, nearly 100% white wine, creative cooking. Ronnie the server is outstanding; others ok (we've been there twice; there may be "others" we don't know). In an old small palace. Very cool!

This is a MUST TRY dining experience while in Florence…or may I say, in the world! The price does not match the degustation menu. We thought it should cost MUCH more. What an incredible experience

What a beautiful experience. Ora D’aria emits a lightness in atmosphere, service and cuisine. I dined alone and felt perfectly held in delight, warmth, clarity and direction throughout. Service was impeccable. The 3 women attending were so lovely, concise and all had a quiet sweet effervescence behind each interaction. The food! Grazi, Chef Marco Stabile. I was in Florence for only one day and feel delighted and honored to have with me now such a complete, inspiring and rich experience. A true reflection of the city’s beauty. The Guinea fowl tortellini felt decadent and humble all at once. Perfect and balanced. My favorite! Before each dish I held sweet anticipation and savored every bite. Thank you again 💓
