👍 Fine place to eat something not that fancy nor complicated, such as pizza or pasta. The terrace overlooks the Cathedral so it is very nice to sit there and enjoy a meal delighting with the gorgeous sight. Prices are not that expensive People often mention Florence, staff, good, quality, prices, service,

Too expensive for the type and quality of food. Coffee and water for the price of French champagne. The only thing worth the price is sitting outside watching duomo and baptistery

I ate pasta with clams and needed to through up four hours later. The drinks were very expensive. The good thing was the location and the view.

Service was fine. I did not see negative attitudes by servers as in other reviews. The food was good for a small bistro. I did not get sick eating the spaghetti alle vongolo. (Don't eat closed shelled shellfish) Be aware that you will be charged €2 per person for seating. This isn't uncommon. The water was also €6 per liter. The prices weren't outrageous considering current conditions. Expect to pay €15-€18 per person for lunch.

The coffee was extremely delicious. But that's it. The service is really bad, especially the older lady and the prices....puuh: 6 Euro for a 200ml bottled orange juice. You're definitely paying for the location. Wouldn't come again and can't recommend it.

If you want to eat at a place that don't have a toilet seat or soap for the customers this is your place for you, otherwise keep walking. Hmhmhm I wonder how the kitchen looks.

Beautiful view of the duomo in Florence. Pricey. Food and dessert were average. Also please check your receipt before you leave. The amount we were charged was a lot more than the prices on the menu. Beware!

The food was tasty but the quantity of the ravioli was child menu quantity ( children 5-7 yr old)

This place is an SCAM!!!! Avoid at all cost! Asked at the door if we could have drinks standing at the bar, we were told yes and then once we ordered we were forced to sit down. They brought little snacks to where we were like most bars do in Italy and the slices of pizza and bread were microwaved so you couldn’t even bite into it with the rubbery texture. We ordered two drinks that should have been $10 each according to the menu posted on the wall and they ended up charging us $15 each and when we asked why they said because you sat down. We explained that we had asked to stand and were forced to sit, they did not care and just shrugged their shoulders. We have been to Rome multiple times and now Florence and never had an issue until this place. This place is an absolute SCAM!!!!! AVOID!!!

Incredibly unfriendly service, the waitress was really mad after hearing that we just wanted to drink something. The prices are way too high even though you have a pretty view. For an ice tea which was 200ml we paid 5€ and for a normal espresso 4,50€. For each person they take 50 cents extra just for sitting there. We paid more than 20€ for 2x ice tea and 2x cafe. They need to get new waiters for SURE!! DISAPPOINTMENT 1000% !!!!

The people in this restaurant are very nice. I lost my son, the old auntie helped to take care of him, treat him juice and water and make him calm. Thank you so much and appreciate your help.

Nice place to stop and have breakfast. A bit pricey but we enjoyed better than some recommended restaurants. Close to Duomo. Nice views. Would come back!

They charge 12€ for small spritz, but they still have to cheat on clients. Price on the check is much higher than in the menu. Classic thieves

Not sure why they have bad reviews. As for me, we had great food, great service, unbeatable view!

Hum, well, tourist trap. We got caught. Juice was totally passed due and very costly for a cressent and coffee (13E)!!! Strongly recommend to stay away from this place.

Expensive, but the main issue is the rudeness of the main waitress, also she does not speak english at all. Avoid it. There are much better places around the Duomo.

Amazing margarita pizza, salad with feta cheese was perfect. Friendly staff.

Quite expensive for what it was. Food was average. We left feeling a bit uncomfortable and swindled by the staff. The pizza wasn't really what i was looking for in terms of authentic Italian style.

I work in the city center and me and my colluege come at the Bistrot everyday we work since we found it! The food is truly amazing. Good quality for a good price and right in front of the Duomo. In the center of Florence is nearly impossible to have good food all the places are for tourist so quality usually is low. This is a real treasure! Try the pasta, the ones I prefers are the Rigatoni alla Carbonara e Pappardelle all cinghiale. But also the pizza and meat are fantastic! Hope u will enjoy as much as I do!!!

My girlfriend has ordered one ice cream, she was very clear being just one ball, the guy showed up with 3 balls. We complained, he didn’t want to change the order. They are not satisfied with only charging absolutely high prices. Much above the average. The quality of the food is awful, staff awful and they also want to trick tourists to make more money. Disgusting. They ruined our experience in Florence.

Food was good however for that price not exceptional. The views outside somewhat compensated for the high prices. Service was poor and staff kept deferring to other staff workers when attention was required. Poor service, good food, overpriced.

Perfect location on Piazza del Duomo! The bistecca alla Fiorentina was absolutely delicious! huge portions with really yummy potatoes and the drinks are so good. Pet friendly and the staff is incredibly kind! Prices are very reasonable if you take into account location and quality.

Linguine with crab and tomato is fresh and nice. Pizza is normal. Dessert is rather ordinary. Overall value for money.

I had a fantastic experience at Brunelleschi Bistrot in Florence. The most excelent view to the Florence Dome, Baptistery and Campanile! The Campari they served was top-notch, perfectly balanced and refreshing. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. Their attentiveness and knowledge truly elevated the dining experience. I highly recommend Brunelleschi Bistrot for both its excellent Campari and exceptional staff ( We were attended by Florina)

Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to individual preferences create an experience that's both memorable and heartwarming. We were attended by Florina, a wonderful person.
