The worst hotel I‘ve been to and I traveled all around the world. The hotel gives you in the photos (in their homepage) the impression that you’ll be a new building with beautiful rooms. In reality the rooms are stinky, dark and not cleaned up! We paid 215 euros per night for the worst 4-star hotel. You can save your money and better look for an Apartment in Florence. I really don‘t do reviews but this my experience was so bad that nobody should book this hotel..

LITERALLY THE WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT EVER BOOK here. Literally couldn’t leave because guess what no refund. Nothing LOOKED like it was described. All the photos on the website and reviews of how beautiful this place looked are more than 4 years old. The only beautiful thing is the pool and restaurant which has a rude servers and terrible service. If I could give a negative review, I would. Also not worth the pricing of the rooms. You’re better off at a local bed and breakfast or air bnb

The hotel was very old and dirty. Also, our room had 2 double beds, which were the size of one. The service was unacceptable because the lady was very rude, and she tried to blame us for being rude. Also, we got our room 40 minutes later than the check-in, and the rude lady at the reception after complained to her for the room being late she said that it wasn't her fault and that she wasn't the one cleaning the rooms instead of saying sorry. Lastly, the elevator was very dirty, such as the hallways. I wouldn't recommend it for sure it was one of our worst experiences.

Overall okay for a stay. I was on the 3rd floor and the room was good. Easy to reach via highway, easy to go to the city centre. Could need a renovation though to make a visit perfect.

I had to change the rating to 1 star due to catastrophic service. Staff is not able to send me the invoice even after several calls and email. This is no 4 star hotel service. No recommendation for people traveling business. Wifi didn’t work. Power next to the bed didn’t work. Towels are very thin und bad quality. Good breakfast. Hotel is getting old. Price to high for quality.

Not a four star hotel! Dirty, moldy, reception doesn't speak English well, stained rooms, mosquitoes everywhere. Advertising the pool is a scam because it's only open from 10 to 7pm when of course, all tourists are visiting Florence. Breakfast is mediocre. Hotel is 20 mins by bus, buses are not punctual so in a hot summer day, you would be better off closer to the city center. Would not stay here again.

I usually avoid writing bad comments but this hotel is really horrible. I understand that I get for what I pay, but the staff here (reception ladies) are rude and really unpleasant. I had to ask 2 days in a row to get an iron, did not get it. Cleaning ladies are not cleaning the room until like 17h, I had to call receptionist a few times to ask my room get cleaned and the second time receptionist just hanged up on me. Such behaviour simple ruins holiday mood. I really do NOT recommend this hotel only because of unpleasant people (ladies at the reception).

The pool hours are only during prime touring hours. When we tried to go to the pool at dinner time we were told rather rudely that it was closed. Front desk person was also very rude. Wait staff was pleasant for the most part but there were two people who obviously had no time for a large American group. The carpeting in our room was tremendously stained. Nice hotel but pool hours and rude staff will make me never stay there again. I would not recommend this hotel.

AWFUL HOTEL!! this is the worst place I've EVER stayed in!! The customer service is an absolute disgrace. They are rude, arrogant, and so unhelpful. We booked this hotel for the pool and air-conditioning only to find out when we arrived that they don't open the pool and they don't use air-conditioning until June!! The room was a sweat box and all bed clothes full of yellow stains. On our first night, we all got so badly bitten that I had to get up at 4AM and kill 15 mosquitos (YES YOU READ RIGHT 15 MOSQUITOS) my 3 kids had ~ 50 bites between them!! Awful awful place to stay!!

Room was OK but aircon was not particularly cold. Stayed for 2 nights and room was not serviced after first night. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was very chaotic. Had to wait for a free table. Coffee machine didn't work. Juice machine didn't work until staff informed. No toaster, just a panini press for about 200 people. Pool was nice although limited loungers for amount of guests. Bus service to city was good and taxi costs about €20.

Reception cannot speak enough English. Bathroom was filthy and old. Furniture is very old and some are dirty. Breakfast experience was horrible, waiting for a queue of food and another for drinks, by the time you get the drink you food is already cold. Breakfast was very limited variety. 93 euro was way too much for this bad service. I will never come back.

Great welcome staff. Location is 15 minutes from downtown Florence. My wife and I drove in easily. Good facilities; great pool and breakfast bar. Gym needs updated and it was extremely stagnate with airflow

Stay away - stinky room (someone smoked in the room before). View: gas station, endless emergency vehicles during the night, no bus service to downtown, passable breakfast, noisy air conditioning. particularly cramped for a family of 4. This is not a 4 start hotel. And service is lousy. Bunch of people at the reception and yet you have to wait forever for your turn. We even had to wait to our room the day of arrival for over 30 min though it was past check-in time!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY !!!!!! Booked this place June 18th and in the same day few hours later I had to call and cancel because our car broke down and we couldn't make it. We talked with the staff and they told us they would refund us the money back within the next dew days and that never happened. We called back more than 10 times to follow up with them since they never refunded the money back. A week ago another person said they would call us back soon so they can settle this situation and yes you guessed it right.. that never happened either. We kindly asked maybe instead of refunding us since it seems just A HUGE PROBLEM TO SOLVE, they can give us a hotel credit instead. Now when my husband and I try to call the hotel, the line disconnects immediately. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY !!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people like these ones.

Great hotel, super convenient for tsking the bus to the city...i think it is even better than to stay in the city as you dont have to walk..just take the bus 23 it stops infront of the hotel. Rooms are nice spacious , we had an issue with the ac so they moved us to the other room . Breakfast was delicious, i think the croissant i had there is one of the best ones i had in a long time ...i dont think they make them there but who cares just take the one filled with cream. Pool was nice and clean, but unfortunately to cold for my liking [ it is not heated] even do it was hot outside was still cold for a swimm. Highly recomend.

The front desk staff are two extremely wonderful and kind ladies. They helped me a lot. The pool and gym are closed at the moment which is a bit of an inconvenience as other gyms are open despite Covid etc. The restaurant staff are kind but I had dinner two nights and it was a complete rip off. They served me opened bottles of carbonated water and charged me for it. I ordered a hot water with lemon and they charged me for that as well. It was ridiculous. Despite this they were accommodating with some a la carte items I ordered. Also in my room, the heat did not work I was absolutely freezing. When I called reception to let her know she told me to turn off the A/C. It was not on. My room was almost unbearably cold and I spent most of the time in bed under the blankets as that was the only place I was warm. I will not stay here again. They do have good parking which is a plus and the breakfast in the morning is not so bad (I’ve had worse). Also the wifi would cut out and did not work from the restaurant.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Hotel service is not up to standard and unpleasant. We come from another country and found that the manager at reception was insulting us in Italian. Last but not least, the rooms and double beds are small and not adapted to standard sizes.

Wi-Fi doesn't work all the time. Shower is not working properly. Location is very far from city centre & building of the hotel doesn't look like a hotel building

First of all you arrive in a quite old building while it looks online as a new modern hotel. The rooms are okay but the bathroom is terrible especially the shower. The airconditioning makes a terrible sound so you can’t sleep while the AC is on. Furthermore the location of the hotel is not perfect because it’s out of the city centre of Florence but you still have to pay city tax🤨. The breakfast in the morning was also not that good. If you go to florence I recommend looking for something else.

Wifi is just non existent. Makes me feel like I am living in 20th century. Foods are great!

Reception staff very unfriendly with bad communication. Breakfast restaurant staff helpful. Bad water flow in the bathroom. Practically no WiFi. Location is not bad. 20mins on the bus to central Florence. I would only stay here if its your only choice.

Close enough to Firenze, nice rooms, really good restaurant. I forgot some clothes in the closet, totally my fault but I reached out to them and they did respond at first but a second reply, to my question of they could sent my stuff over on my expenses never came, so that is a shame. Other than that, I really have to say that this hotel was really nice to stay at. Thank you.

Good place to stay. Pros: spacious rooms, pool, fresh breakfast with a lot of variety, access to transit. Con: WiFi didn't work past the front desk area.

Very close to the bus station, breakfast is very good and it has a pool which we didn’t use but it looked nice. Rooms were nice 2 double beds.

Stayed two nights with a tour group. The hotel was beautiful and had a very nice pool. The rooms were spacious. Internet was on and off in our room.

I like the place clean, neat and with beautiful paintings , elegant to see inside with plants and some simple decorations, there is a swimming pool, gym, conference room that can also be use for any kinds of celebration like party..There is also a bar inside.The staff is very nice , and thanks to the manager for allowing us to celebrate valentines with matching dj’s❤️

Current customer within hotel in summer 2022 - up to date review. First of all a five star review. The hotel is not without its downsides which I will discuss however for myself and family it was perfectly suited to the stay. First the plus points: -excellent pool area -excellent access links to the city with a bus stop situated next to the hotel -located in a nice area with bars and restaurants -free parking for cars -staff/customer services excellent -restaurant in the evening serving top class food at a reasonable price Downsides: -hotel rooms -hotel decor in need of update The plus points for this hotel is for which I have given this five stars. However the hotel room was the main downside. The room was not cleaned to a good standard on arrival (dirty bathroom and smudges on mirrors). The decor is dated. The bathroom, being the main area to let the room down had a shower screen that leaked water leaving the bathroom in a big puddle of water each time we showered. The shelf in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. The plugs were dodgy not fitting the plugs and requiring you to move the plug around to get the electricity working. For our use (sight seeing in the city) the hotel was perfect. We did not spend a great deal of time in the hotel room, the pool was perfect to jump in and cool down after a long/hot day of sight seeing. We ate in the hotel both nights as the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly with particular mention to the front counter staff who very helpful and the restaurant staff who were happy to chat and spoke excellent English. All in all a very nice hotel that requires an element of maintenance and uplift however for the price in a beautiful city, very good and would recommend.

- Outdated hotel, no coffee amenities in the room, no safe box. The windows were broken (doesn’t close well) the street noise - as a result - is annoying. Young Front desk staff are amazing.

We made a booking for 3 rooms at this hotel through Agoda but when we arrived at the hotel, they said that they had only 1 room for us. It took almost 4 hours for them to figure out the issue and we had to wait for a very long time with kids (3 infants and 1 toddler). After we checked into the rooms, there were mosquitos in our room and my daughter (4 yr) had the worst experience and she was bitten all over causing a lot of pain and stress. We informed the manager and the cleaning staff of these mosquitos and they ensured us that they will get the room cleaned. However, after a long day out in Florence, we returned back to our room to find more mosquitos in the room. We informed the staff and they were not cooperative of the situation. After persistent request to the manger we were assigned us another room. Our overall experience was appalling with horrible customer service from the start and no compensation what so ever during out stay.

I recently had a stay at a hotel that left me with a mixed bag of impressions. To begin on a positive note, the front desk staff were undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. They were always great and exceedingly helpful, which was a breath of fresh air. However, I have to mention the discrepancy between the price and the services offered. The hotel was quite expensive, which I was willing to look past, expecting a lavish experience. The photos online showed a luxurious facility, but the reality was a stark contrast. The hotel exterior looked quite blocky and basic, nothing like the grandeur displayed online. One more drawback was the hotel’s location. Nestled far from the heart of Florence, getting into the city was quite a task. The commute involved either a time-consuming bus ride or an expensive taxi trip. Now, onto my main grievance - the WiFi service. On the third floor, where I stayed, the WiFi was non-existent. It wouldn’t connect at all, and for the price I was paying, I expected basic services like WiFi to function seamlessly. On top of this, even the room phone was non-function and the keys would deactivate constantly which was painful when you are exhausted and you can’t even get in your room. In light of these experiences, I’m hesitant to book this hotel again for the price I paid. Next time, I’d likely look for a more centrally-located hotel, where basic services and amenities match the cost. I hope this review can serve as constructive criticism for the hotel to improve its services in the future.

One of the worse experience in the previous years: although the hotels sells its rooms - the main photo is example - with the swimming pool but there is no possibility to swim there. It is dirty and they are not cleaning it. The beds are narrow, and they sell 2 queensize bed as 4. We do not even get enough pillows. The refrigerator is so loud and made an awful noise twice in the night we couldn't sleep. The WiFi is so weak that the mobile switch to mobile data all the time. The room was not cleaned properly : we found dirty socks in the wardrobe (see the picture) The toothpaste was not refilled, and we had to ask for toilet paper since they did not refill it either. After the second night, we didn't get 2 new towels to replace the dirty ones. The breakfast is continental but has no good bread, not enough vegetables but plenty of sweets. As you can see, I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place and great value for money. I recommend and would definitely go back. Excellent restaurant and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is very clean and the bed was super comfy. Easy access to all attractions by bus. Off street parking and safe area.

Except location all things are very nice. It was 30 min from main city centre. Other wise ambience is very nice . Breakfast quality is owsm.

Large old rooms with clean beds. Wifi is sporadic but the breakfast spread is good. The rooms get awfully cold in the autumn nights even with full heating and the location is not great.

The customer service is very bad in this hotel and the conditions of the rooms are terrible. Carpets notoriously dirty with weird stains and the air-conditioning doesn't work properly and the rooms are full with mosquitoes. In the restaurant the food was overcooked and the service of the waiters arrogant. The photos on Internet do not match the reality of a hotel in terrible condition.

It was our first time at your establishment. Everyone was friendly, cautious with the allergens our family member had, and a joy to work with. It made our stay memorable and hassle free. The food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I will be definitely return when I return to Europe.

Would definitely stay again. Breakfast area was fantastic. Not a fan of round beds, but the mattress and sheets were comfortable overall. Loved the location. (Easy restaurants close by and coop was a 7 min walk or so)

We only spent one night here on a long journey from UK , we had read the pool opening times in advance so went straight there on arrival to cool down and enjoy some poolside drinks. Lovely chap on the bar, Rooms were just what needed .comfy beds and clean. We ate locally, Breakfast was the only negative in that nowhere for my family of 6 to sit , eventually tried to put us outside where it was impossible to eat due to the wasps.. so we went back inside and finally found space. The food itself was fine just chaos though the staff were clearly working very hard. Overall we were very happy. We did not go into Florence itself so maybe tad inconvenient for this. We luckily got a good parking spot..but imagine not always easy to do. We would stay again.
