Nice hotel for a great price. Parking available although limited and very very tight entrance, but I think on weekends street parking is free? The rooms are just enough, walls are not perfect but it’s clean. Balcony equipped but with a weird view (metal panel and the building + patio opposite). No furniture on it. Quiet location, you don’t hear the street. Breakfast is just ok, not great not bad. 20 mins by tram to center. Overall recommend.

This hotel is not in the center of Florence but it is just a quick tram ride away. We could not have been more pleased. Everyone, and I do mean every single staff member that we came in contact with could not have been kinder and helpful. We felt most welcome. Perhaps there are a few nicks on some of the furniture and spots on the wall of the room, but this is high tourist season and I would imagine that maintenance can be a bit tricky to manage. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was fine. There was everything we needed to start our day. We are a bit sad to be leaving. This B&B has been like an oasis for us.

Despite what you may read the service is perfectly fine from my experience. The rooms were a bit noisey due to thin walls and other guests getting up early and going to bed late so would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast buffet was very diverse and healthy too and it was well stocked until 10am The Parking was our highlight as we were allowed to park our car after the checkout time for over 5 extra hours at no cost. Was a little squeeze to get in. Location is close to the airport and only 10 min walk to the Tram line which is very easy to use. Quite good value for money and overall satisfied with my experience

B&B Firenze Nuovo Palazzo G. Horrible! Room condition is like a garage. Alessandra, a morning receptionist is agitated, nervous, jumping like a tennis ball and wants to kick every guest out from the hotel—wrong attitude. You can hear guests snoring, farting, watching tv etc; be prepared to hear an iPhone's alarm from someone's room. The only positive experience was Buba, a receptionist, who smiles and welcomes you. The water pressure, and the internet speed were great. I paid 80€ for one (1) night of sleeping in garage plus 6€ city tax! No way! Absurdity! I stayed in Florence B&B by Campo Di Marte that was far better B&B that this garage.

For a family, the price for two rooms is great. I chose this hotel because of my past excellent experiences at other B&B hotels. At this hotel, we had to change our room 2 times. So we had 3 rooms in the first 12 hours. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and effective. Good points about this hotel: easy 8 minute walk to the tram. Then easy tram ride to city center. Good breakfast, but eggs do not get replenished, so, get there early. There's enough for maybe max 6 to 10 Americans to eat scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff did a good job. Thanks goes to them. We drove and used the hotel parking. There are two parking areas. One is outside and one is down a very steep and very narrow potholed driveway. You'll wait for the front desk person to open the garage door. You'll go inside. Then you have to walk back up that driveway and back to the hotel. There's no inside door and no stairs back to the hotel. The outside parking lot is nearby and has room for about 12 cars. The room: functional. But, the walls are super thin and sounds travel. We were awakened by a loud neighbor making phone calls and talking loudly in the middle of the night and there were all the other usual sounds of toilets flushing and people coughing and sneezing and children crying and so on. TV with built-in casting seems to be a common feature now at hotels and we used that here to cast our films from our phones to the TV. Great!

Clean and quiet big room with fridge! Modern and beautiful. Great service. The parking is a lovely to have when you travel by car ❤️ small walk to the tram station and are you in the city center. Fair price!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are large and clean, airconditioning and all employees were kind and quick to help us with any questions we had. We also had a nice breakfast, very decent price/quality. 5 minute walk to the tram that brings you straight to the center of Florence and back until midnight or even 2AM on fridays and saturdays. Would highly recommend!

Very nice stay if you compare the price , the services and also the connection to the city center. After 7 min walk it’s just 14 min until the main station and the city center . The rooms are clean . The stuff of the hotel is one of the nicest I’ve met in the past few years . Sure friendly 🙏🏽 and also the little shop has fair prices. One star less because the windows let you hear the outside a lot . I would still choose this hotel for the next time because of the good experience but next time with ear plugs 😅

The whole hotel needs renovation. Room furniture is old, worn out, and not very clean. One of the two tolwels provided was actually a piece of bed sheet... first time I see something like this. Also the area is quite noisy. Price is too high for what this hotel offers.

Stayed here for 2 days. Worst customer experience in my Europe trip across 5 cities. Staff is extremely rude. Checkin was massively delayed, even after multiple request to speed up from our side. Even then Ms. Alessandra was extremely rude and sarcastic. Hotel location is fine. Very close to airport. Staff in the morning helped us getting a cab. That, to a bit, compensated for the rude behaviour earlier.

This was a nice hostel. It felt like a hotel except with extra beds. Only one tiny closet for 4 people made it hard to put stuff away. No place to lock up your belongings in the room but we didnt have anything go missing. There is A/C!! We had to keep switching it on though. Otherwise no issues. Everything worked. There was a television in the room amd they have a breakfast downstairs. And a ñarge seating area. They have a mini store in the lobby where you can buy drinks, snacks, etc. Location is not ideal as it is about a 35-40 minute tram ride to the center. Tram was just a few minutes walk away though.

Let me tell you the good, the bad and the very bad The good: 1. Warm shower 2. Near the tram stop The bad: 1. Sink was leaking 2. Mould in toilet 3. Toilet door broken The very bad: 1. Windows had barely any insulation - lots of road noise 2. Mattress was super uncomfortable! We paid £130 a night! Stay away

Very good hotel. The price is reasonable but good service. Mauele the receptionist is great. He speaks very good English He is very helpful and can sort out anything. We highly recommend this hotel.. very happy with his help and service. We'll done. Keep up thw good work. 👍

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were quiet and clean. The price was fair for the location. The internet didn’t work at all during our stay.

We stayed for two nights, and after the first day, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was completely down with no Wi-Fi, and they were not able to fix it within 24 hours. We had no access to usable internet until we left. The smart TV was difficult to use; although there were instructions, it did not work, and asking the staff to come and help with the TV connection is still not possible. lastly, the bed and sheets did not seem to be clean enough. I woke up with bug bites on my body, and the bed was not comfortable.

The service is awesome! Your reception staff, in particular the lovely lady in front, was so helpful and charming. They have made our stay so wonderful ♥️

We were very pleasantly impressed by this hotel. It is located close to public transportation, in a beautiful and quiet area of ​​Firenze. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. This really was an amazing Hotel. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was well equip and very clean, the shower was a little weak, but that is just the water pressure for the area. The bedroom was deep cleaned and even had a balcony where we could enjoy the evening sun after being out in Florence for the day. The hotel was an easy tram ride from the main city centre and then about a 5minuet walk from the tram station. Staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Would definitely go back there!!

Our room was nicely decorated, good beds. Plenty of space although it was on a corner so to say. The elevator was not to friendly with the 4th level. I don't think we managed to take it down. When we checked out I had to go down and take up the lift to bring our luggage out.

We stayed here one night after flying in. The front desk receptionist was nice but a couple issues. Also a taxi from the airport is 19 euros even though it's 5 minute drive away. If you do decide to stay here, you could take a train, but the train is about a 5-10 minute walk away. - Rooms are old and the floor is dirty - the drain in our shower drained extremely slow, so when we showered, the floor kept flooding. So we had to shower in brief moments to allow the water to drain without flooding the bathroom Would not stay here again

The room was very clean and the facilities were great.The bed was comfy, the room spacious and the bathroom and shower were great. The owner was very good to reach and was available anytime to answer questions. The location is quite far from the central areas

The breakfast buffet was pretty basic. Rooms were ok, the lights of our bathroom didn't work so we had to take a bath in the darkness. The location was good.

We stayed here for one night before our flight leaving from Florence. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, but clean and perfectly serviceable. We asked for a wake-up call at 5:45 a.m., and it happened on schedule. We asked for a cab for 6:30 a.m., and it was there when we came down. There is a very good pizza restaurant, Da Franco, within walking distance. There is also a more upscale restaurant, Osteria Antica, within walking distance.

The hotel rooms were not well cleaned. There were bugs all over the bathroom walls and floor and the room was pretty dirty. It should be mentioned that a cleaner helped me in zero time with a problem i had, while most of the stuff was kind .However , i forgot there a present i bought for my father from Ferrari and they never called us or contacted with us in any way.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Truly available 24/7 and attended everything we needed. We thank them for the fantastic accommodating experience in Florence!

The room was the dirties one I’ve seen. The towels were yellow, the bathroom door handle was broken and on top of that, the sheets had huge stains. Even some buttons in the elevator weren’t working. Thankfully the cleaning ladies and the stuff at the breakfast were really friendly

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Florence and was extremely impressed by the friendly and helpful receptionist, Christian. He made our stay at the hotel a breeze and was always willing to assist with any needs or questions we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free parking offered by the hotel was a fantastic amenity, especially since parking in the city can be difficult to find and expensive. The location of the B&B Hotel was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend the B&B Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Florence, and particularly appreciate the excellent service provided by Christian.

Perfect choice for a peaceful,quiet and home like place for holiday. Rooms and all the hotel is completely clean and smells so fresh every hour in a day. It's a nice hotel. Small but comfortable rooms with a balcony. The area is also really nice, close to a park. The breakfast was ok, not so many choices ,still pretty good.

The bathroom floods after each shower due to poorly designed drainage system. The overall condition of my room looked dingy & dirty. The photos online are misleading. In addition they gave me a room between two elevators running constantly throughout the night. My stay was unpleasant and I would never choose this place again. If you can pay a little more I suggest you stay somewhere else too.

Hotel with good breakfast and free parking. Not very comfortable for long stay. Just for one night. Bed is ok. Very simple furniture and old sanitary engineering.

I think a serious lifting is obvious.Nice and welcoming people at reception.Some miscontentment(neon tube upon the bed). But among the best in the area.

Bedbugs alert 🚨🚨🚨 For those of you who have been staying at this hotel for the last few weeks, please check if you got bedbugs!!! We stayed there and got bedbugs all over our luggages and the worst thing is when we called to talk to them about the issue, they didn’t seem surprised at all but tell us to send them an email with a room number instead!! However, we have sent them emails but no response from them at all!! Now we have a large bill to pay to clean our clothes and our house. What a waste of money!

The hotel staff is very helpful and ready to help at any time. I greatly appreciate their support and kindness. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the tram station, the airport and the Novoli University Campus.
