HORRIBLE place, please AVOID. Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The reception was friendly and helpful, however, the room was miserable with 0 soundproof. It was not possible to fall asleep because we can hear clearly when the neighbours (both next door and upstairs) flush toilets, sneeze, walk, and snore. After 1 sleepless night, we had to buy ear plugs. It’s definitely not worth the price. Btw, they only provide cleaning service for stays longer than 4 nights.

It's a great place for its value. The apartment was well prepared, The bed was comfortable, but not the couch. It had a working kitchen, appliances, etc. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The location is bot the greatest, it's quite far from the center, about a 25-30 minute walk, but it's closer to the central station, which is convenient.

Three of us stayed here for one night in Sept 2023. The apartment was clean and a reasonable size. Since we spent the evening out we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was a balcony but it had a view of the car park at the rear of the building. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The tram stop to the station was nearby. The bedrooms weren't actually separate rooms but just divided off from the main room with half a wall and a wardrobe. We rented a car at the airport the next day and I drove back to the apartment which was only about a 10 minute drive away. On the whole, we liked it for one night.

Loved this space for a group. We had two rooms in one apartment. Easy and walkable location to get downtown in about 15 mins. They also offered covered parking in a garage which was accessible through the main building. They had concierge available to help and were clearly used to working with tourists. Although the rooms aren't fancy, and a bit on the older side, the accommodations were very well put together, the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this nice and quite location.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed room with everything we need. Lovely shower, comfy beds, dining table, small kitchen with a stove (but no fridge) and quite spacious. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre and is a 10 minute walk from Firenze S.M. Station. Check in was smooth and friendly. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Nice place to stay. The receptionist was courteous enough to answer all our queries. However, they should provide a microwave! Also, the AC makes noise when it's switched on high mode.

Stay on April 19-21, 2023 (room No. 48). The hotel is located in a good location. Close to everything. I left a jacket costing 200 euros in the room. For which I have two witnesses. I forgot to pack it in my suitcase when going to the airport. Unfortunately, Mrs. telephone conversation with the reception stated that there was nothing like that in the room. Scandal, misappropriation of property. Such things should not happen.

Really nice place to stay. They can provide you with a parking space and it's only 20 mins from downtown. You can use an electric bike and you can park it just outside

I was overcharged $1000 by this awful company. They refuse to give me a refund and keep giving me the run around. It's been 6 months and nothing. I'm being forced to try to go through my credit card company. I was in an domestic violence situation and all this hotel did to help was charge my card $1000, and throw my stuff out after promising if I paid I could stay to finish packing my things. They are awful and I will continue to fight for my $1000. Don't go here because they will happily overcharge your credit card without a second thought.

Really comfortable place. We stayed two nights in a room for three. The room had a big bathroom, kitchen, a bed and sofa for another person to sleep. The hotel does not provide breakfast but the leave a breakfast basket with tea, toast, jelly. Even though it’s not a brand new hotel, the place was in really good conditions. The kitchen is just to cook or heat something but not a big meal as it does not have an oven. I totally recommend this place. It’s really well located.

THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. And have moved on to threats to try and silence me. I will continue to fight to be given a refund of over $1000 dollars that was charged to my card for no reason.

Horrible. Do not come here if for less than one week. Stayed here three times before: excellent. Change of owner has made this place among the worst in 30 years of international travel. They only clean and change your room one time per week!!!!!!!! Not even anything to open a bottle of wine. We will NEVER return here again and Ivhave no doubt they will cancel this review. The rating defaults to 5 stars. Impossible to give a-1 Star.

We stayed 5 nights at residence porta Al prado The appartement was very clean and as descripted on the website. The beds are good ( excellent mattresses) one real positif point is that the windows are new added with the climate system the inside temperature of the flat was very good and we sleep quiet. ( outside 38 !! ) Other positif point is the parking inside a courtyard with a gate and camera ( really safe ) Around you can find nice and good pizzeria( 5 minutes to walk) and many other restaurants. Firenze center and the high lights to visit are around 20 minutes by walk We really appreciate this residence for our 5 day stay. The price is not excessif compare to other. The manager at the desk was really helpful and friendly.

The personnel was outstanding. Very kind and attentive. Grazie mille for making our stay so good! The location leaves a bit of uncertainty, but felt safe during daylight. Cannot comment during late night. The room itself was renovated partly but seemed cleaned and well equipped. All worked. Sadly, the sound insulation was not sufficient as a baby was crying in the middle of the night, in the room next door. No voices can be heard though. And there's quite a racket of sounds at times. Could be the elevator. The AC was tiptop and a blessing after a long hot day outside. No extra charges for it. The Residence gives a free basket of breakfast goodies which fits well until you can find a place closer to the attractions. The parking spots were for us a huge extra, but you have to pay €12 per day on top. Well worth it. This Residence also allows pets, but we didn't take nor we noticed any. . I would certainly come back gladly.

Best place I’ve stayed in during my holiday. Staff was friendly and thoughtful, and extremely welcoming. We arrived early with our luggage and the staff immediately told us where the toilet was together with the water dispenser and snacks machine. Additionally, there was a welcome basket when we checked in and apartment was very clean and also extremely spacious. The staff was also very helpful when I had issues with the safe. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay here!

Facilities are poor (two bedrooms separated only by a curtain, ill-equipped old kitchen, shabby beds, serviceable but unappealing bathroom), but the location is good. The apartment has parking lots, but it costs you E12 a day extra.

The location is very good - 15 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful! But the building and the rooms are quite old, but clean

Pleasant enough apartment although we were only there for 1 night so didn't really utilise anything other than the bed and the shower! Very comfortable though and a very helpful night porter if anything was needed. Would use again.

Its a reasonable residence suite located close to the train station. Staff is good, rooms are nice. I was hoping they’d allow air conditioning to be turned on or if not, then, provide a portable fan.

It was spaceous. Equipment has more to desire. Reception was good.
