Worst experience ever. Was greeted in a negative fashion/ no one showed us amenities or offered us a drink / facial was mediocre- put 3 creams on and massaged. No one asked skin type / very unprofessional and owner has an attitude. Not how you want to be greater after flying for 30 hrs / 3 flights to get pampered. Don’t waste your money

WORSE MASSAGE EVER! I went to this spa for a Comfort Touch massage, which my boyfriend had gifted me with a voucher for. Unfortunately, the experience was not what we had hoped for. Firstly, the pictures on Google were misleading, as they showed an open space with a big pool area, which is actually from another spa outside of Florence. The spa only consists of the small pool showed on some pictures, so don’t fooled by that. Upon arriving, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and although I apologized, the ladies at the reception desk were not welcoming at all. The atmosphere was tense, which is not the best setting for a relaxing massage. The actual massage itself was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. There was no initial conversation about any specific pains or areas I did not want to be touched. The therapist did not explain anything and instead of massaging the most common areas, like the neck and shoulders, I received an uncomfortable tickling foot treatment and strange massage movements on my belly. To make matters worse, intimate zones were not fully covered, making me feel even more uncomfortable. It was clear that the therapist was not professional. Also as she did not speak English well enough, signature things from the Comfort Touch massage, such as mental re-enactment, were completely lost. She finished the massage 15 minutes early and just asked if everything was okay before leaving the room. I had no idea if I was still supposed to be lying down, if I could sit somewhere, or if I should go out. When I came out of the room, there was no one at the reception or anywhere close by to ask. Eventually, I just got dressed and left the place feeling confused and annoyed. Paying 80€ for this disappointing treatment was not worth it. I cannot recommend this spa and will never go back. If you're looking for a relaxing massage, you're better off trying somewhere else.

Being a former massage therapist, now RN from NY it seemed only natural that My daughter and I should book a massage. A little relaxation after walking the streets of Florence was much needed. What we got was definitely an experience that neither one of us was prepared for. The atmosphere was beautiful and the smells were calming, everything a spa should be. I wasn’t concerned at this point. The relaxation area was pleasant, lined with lots of books and comfortable lounge chairs to wait for your session. Delicious tea and lemon water were provided to patrons. We even fell asleep for a cat nap before we were called to the private massage therapy rooms. Being a former LMT for 15 years and receiving hundreds of massage over the years, it’s quite easy to know when someone isn’t trained in massage. The massage was interrupted several times with a few ppl coming into the treatment room quietly and leaving again. Being face down doesn’t create hearing loss. The music was turned a few times to a country station that played upbeat country songs. Just as I was about to get up and say something, the music changed again. This happened 3 times!! The actual massage was like an oil rub down and I wouldn’t even say the therapist (?) had a gentle touch. No connection and no massaging. My shower gives better pressure. It was not at all relaxing and I should have left. I blame myself for that. Beware, not at all worth the $200 + euro. In all my years, I have never not tipped a therapist but I wasn’t wasting any of my very hard earned money. Dissatisfied and disappointed. ☹️

Wonderful place to take a few hours from all the hustle and bustle of the city for some peace and tranquility. My husband and I did the “double cuddle” package which included the aqua cycle and a 50 minute massage. The service was beyond kind and Zelal the owner is so welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place to take a moment to relax before continuing on your trip through Florence.

We booked massage appointments site unseen before we arrived in Italy. The entire booking experience online was simple and seamless. We were warmly greeted and shown the the changing area and relaxation room. We arrived a bit early to use the steam room and soaking pool, both of which were great. The spa has great fluffy robes and slippers; however, there were no towels in the pool area or changing rooms, so our robes were very wet and cold by the end of our scheduled services. We each enjoyed our scrub and massage, each of our attendants spoke excellent English and did a fantastic job. Would return again- we highly recommend!!

Fairy good spa. Very small bit you would expect that in central Florence. Wet nice staff and gave us extra time in the relaxation space.

We visited the spa for a massage. The location was close enough to centre of Florence. The spa environment was average, the staff stemmed confused on what to do with us and the massage was just OK. Nothing special. I won't be in a hurry to return there.

Spent an afternoon at Soulspace and had a nice experience. Here you can escape the crowds of Florence for part of the day. It’s nice and quiet and for some time I had the pool all to myself. The steam room is very good and helped clear my sinuses. My skin was soft and silky from the mineral water pool. I booked a relaxing body and face massage with Mary and I felt very relaxed indeed afterwards. Would highly recommend checking out Soulspace if you’re in need of relaxation.

Beautiful spa and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the thermal bath with the steam room, sauna, frigid room and the pool was impressive. Beautiful relaxing time on a rainy day!

Upon entering this beautiful serene oasis, all my daily tensions disappeared. I was greeted by Zelal the owner with the warmest of welcomes. I chose the deconstructing massage due to my tight muscles from work, travel, and the gym. I showed up early to enjoy the wonderful steam room and the pretty plunge pool in the center of the spa. The steam room was the perfect temperature and had reviving cleansing properties and the pool was very refreshing. Luciana was my massage therapist and it felt like she read my body with her hands, like a healer. Fantastic communication in regards to pressure and what my body needed. She has a soothing energy and is very skilled at releasing pressure from each needed area. She transported me to a relaxing and pain free state. After the massage, I sipped on delicious warm tea and cucumber lemon water while relaxing in their cozy lounge. I exited the spa on a cloud feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend this 5-star spa treasure in the center of Florence.

My wife and I booked a spa day here on our honeymoon from the U.S. The staff was very helpful and answered our questions despite not knowing what is customary or what I even fully purchased for our spa package. Steam room was great, pool was relaxing, massage was soothing, and staff was nice! Would go back! Thank you for giving us a great spa experience!

Decent prices, excellent massage, but if I had to nit-pick, I wish the spa/pool water was warmer. Still had a great time and we loved the hot tea!

So grateful to have found Soulspace. What an amazing retreat from the hectic pace of travel. The owner, Zelal was wonderful, caring, and helpful. She went above & beyond to help us in many ways; like she was an old friend 😊. The space was a perfect blend of old world & modern amenities. We enjoyed the pool, steam, and lounge (we actually fell asleep for a bit) before our treatments. I've had massages in many places, and this one was up there with the best of them; very professional & great technique. Thank you Zelal & Soulspace ❤️

My hotel in Florence recommended this place for a massage. Overall, it was pretty good. It was strange not to have a blanket available on the massage table upon changing for the massage (no warmth or privacy). There were also no bolsters to put under your knees. The therapist was good enough, but did not communicate with me once about pressure to make sure it was ok. I didn’t like being told by the woman at the front desk (the owner?) at checkout that the final bill did not include a tip. It seemed to be taking advantage of Americans who are accustomed to tipping. Italy is not a tipping culture, so there should be no expectations of a tip. I regret feeling pressured to do so.

Nice staff, but not a great massage or facial in my opinion compared to other massages I’ve had. Nice to use the bath and steam room after the service, but not worth the 200+ euros.
