Impossible!!! I got my nails done with extensions. She started doing my nails and was really annoyed from the start. It hurt me several times while filing. At the end I looked at my nails and was shocked. They looked so messy.I didn't like them at all. When she said the price, I was shocked a second time. 110€ !!!!! These nails are definitely not worth 110€.

First nail appointment since starting my semester abroad in Florence. Semsa took her time fixing the shape and making them absolutely beautiful. My nails have been completely transformed and I love them. She did such an amazing job. The salon was just an overall welcoming and energetic environment to be in. I had an amazing time and cannot wait to book my next appointment!

Having five (wonderful) vacation days in Florence, I walked in one afternoon & made an appointment for the next morning. The staff was quite pleasant, my pedicure was great, & the view of the Duomo in the distance was just fantastic.

I had a pedicure here on a visit to Florence and was very impressed by the cleanliness and friendly service. The nail technician was very careful and did a great job. Also English good enough to communicate well. Really recommend them.

They fit us in last minute and were great. They did a fantastic job ☺️ my husband got a pedicure and enjoyed it. I got a French Gel manicure and it was so natural looking.

The pain in my left hip was hindering me to enjoy our trip to Italy from Nashville TN USA. Semsa did a cupping with fire technique massage. I feel fantastic and able to walk without pain. Thank you Semsa❣️

The team seems to be like a family. The staff is nice. The service they provide is more focused on the aesthetics, I did not get the type of medical pedicure that I am used to in Germany. But the non-permanent coloring holds even after 3 weeks beautifully. I also got my lashes colored without lifting. The assistant who worked on me, made sure that its gonna look nice but in the end it did not make any difference. Like we would have not done anything. I have no comparison to other Italian/Toscanian studios, but in general, for what you get, the prizes are high and the outcome is just ok.

Giada did SUCH an amazing job, i highly highly highly recommend her!! Her precision is so on point, she did a spiderweb design for me and they’re perfect, I’ve been getting tons of compliments! She also speaks amazing english so there was no language barrier whatsoever! Go see her at the via dell’agnolo location!

Julia did an excellent job with my nails! Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were able to fit me in on short notice. I definitely recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and beautiful manicure!

This place is the BEST!!!!! The staff are so kind and professional. They also speak GREAT English which is a huge advantage. I've been coming here for the past year and a half and I've never been disappointed. They do such an amazing job! Today I went to the via dell'Agnolo location and had Giada do my manicure. I came in with SUPER damaged nails from months of gel manicures I had done in NYC and London. My nails were thin and destroyed. Giada was somehow able to perform a miracle and make them look presentable. She took such care to shape them and clean up my cuticles. She's very talented and diligent with her work-- it makes the experience so worth it. I am so so so happy with the results!! I wish we had nail salons like this where I live! 11/10. SLAYYY. *This nail salon discriminates against non Italian speaking customers.* My wife and I are travelling and my wife wanted to get her nails done before our next destination. My wife booked a time to have her nails and feet done today at 3pm. We arrived on time and noticed that 2 ladies had just been attended to and no other nail artist was free. We waited patiently while several people were prioritised. After waiting 90 minutes, we had to leave as we had tours booked and other appointments. When we advised the attendant who made my wife's booking, she appoligised for the long wait while staff starred, mumbled words and laughed. Essentially, the staff avoided serving my wife and their behaviour was very unprofessional. During the time my wife and I were waiting, people that could speak Italian were given priority. One nail artist finished a lady during the hour we were waiting, then started doing other things around the shop while another nail artist attended another Italian speaking lady who had just walked in. The attendant who booked my wife for 3pm had said that one of the nail artists were to start my wife, either her hands or feet pending who finished first. This did not happen. Staff had discussions in Italian and avoided us. If they didn't want our business, they should not have wasted our time. We could have booked elsewhere and made better use of our day. We would not recommend this nail salon to non Italian speaking travellers.

I’ve been there twice for my nails, first time was quite ok, second time my nails were looking ok for 1 week but after I realized it killed my nails & the gel was already taking off, it’s really a bad quality and quite expensive !! Also a friend been there for an épilation and they burnt her and didn’t even want to refund her. I don’t think it’s a professional salon, I don’t recommend

I got a waxing service done with Giada and she was very caring. The price was also very good! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for excellent service.

Always get my nails done here, Alessia is the best, always makes my nails look perfect! They do CND shellac so you can have stunning nails without destroying your natural nails. Definitely recommend!

I had a fabulous experience with Semsa tonight for an acrylic gel fill. She was so sweet and funny and the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this salon! I’m studying abroad in Florence so this is going to be my spot the whole semester!
