I’m would have loved to book a massage but the guy at the front counter spent the whole day talking to his friends on the phone so I was unable to phone ahead. Tried ten times. Eventually walked to the shop to ask about a booking and was dismissed because they are fully booked. While speaking to me he held the phone to his ear the whole time, and was talking to his friends. Not a great experience.

Amazing! What a great treat after long walks around the city. The therapists were great. The rooms are not completely enclosed though, so you can easily hear people in other massage rooms. Regardless, highly recommended.

Wonderful find in Firenze! We were lucky to score two last minute massages at the Silathai Massage Center from Mauricio. They were absolutely wonderful. A and Jada gave our tired limbs much needed relief after days of walking in the city. This will definitely be on our itinerary when we come back but we’ll book early!

I had two massages here in July 2023 and they were both truly exceptional. I was already familiar with Thai style massage, so I arrived in workout shorts and shirt to make it easier. It cost $75 Euro for 1 hour and $110 Euro for 90 minutes. I did not try the oil massage or the alternative services, but the Thai style massage exceeded all of my expectations. The gentleman who answers the phone and runs the front desk speaks perfect English, they send reminders via WhatsApp, and they were wonderful. I highly recommend Silathai Thai Massage Center!

After the massage he offers you green tea on the couch before paying (its the little things!) Truly one of my favorite places I have found in Florence.

There are two reasons I yearn to go back to Florence. One is because it's Florence and it's the most beautiful. Two is because of this spa. This is the absolute best massage I have ever had. 'Tuk' is small butt mighty. She understood what she needed to do to stretch and relax my muscles. I am so impressed with the technique they use and never thought I would enjoy someone one climbing on my back the way they do. It's almost like she's understood my body in a spiritual way. It was phenomenal. I cannot wait to go back to Florence. I will make sure I visit the spa the spa multiple times during my visit. 💜

Best Thai massage I’ve ever had — even better than back home. Staff speak English if you are a traveller. Clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommend, especially after travelling!
