On the advice of a friend I tried this studio: the staff is very kind, they welcomed me with great courtesy. I'm always afraid of suffering when I go to the dentist but I have to say that this time the doctor was very gentle! I will definitely go back.

Personale ottimo e pronto a soddisfare tutte le mie esigenze. La prima visita compresa di radiografia, è completamente gratuita e mi hanno dato la possibilità di pagare un po’ alla volta. Consiglio vivamente, ho quasi terminato le cure ma tornerò regolarmente per l’igiene.

OTTIMO STAFF!!! Dalla direttrice Ludovica che è sempre disponibile,alla mano e soprattutto professionale... Le assistenti e la receptionist sono ragazze fantastiche... Stra consiglio a tutti ,a me hanno salvato e cambiato il sorriso

My appointment was at 10.30am, I waited for an hour, then they admitted me to the clinic and I waited there for 18 minutes, when the doctor came, I told her that I want a dental filling and crown installation , and I “I would go back to my doctor after 3 months. She told me: “I won't do anything. Just get them from your doctor when you get back. Don't you know that I might lose my tooth?" If I don't don't put the crown on!!!!!! Thank you so much for the long wait and they didn't even apologize! I don't know who told him that I have a lot of time and I don't know what to do with it!!!

Scandaloso. Un'ora di ritardo, visita prenotata e non fatta. Gente che arriva e passa avanti, sicuramente non un posto serio. Rispondiamo... Non siete venuti incontro a nessuna delle mie esigenze dato che la mia unica esigenza era fare la mia visita all'orario stabilito, o che so con un quarto d'ora in ritardo. Poi, perché mentire, nessuno mi ha riinvitato da nessuna parte. Per fortuna ho già risolto, ho prenotato la mattina dopo dalla dottoressa Elisa Travagliati a Scandicci, che è, al contrario di voi, una vera professionista. (La consiglio a tutti, tra l'altro non mi ha fatto pagare la prima visita). Scandalosa anche la signora alla reception, che invece che scusarsi subito dicendo che avevate un'ora di ritardo, ha continuato a temporeggiare dicendo si fra 5 minuti, fra 5 minuti, facendomi di fatto perdere un'ora. Invece che arrampicarsi sugli specchi sarebbe meglio anche adesso scusarsi per quanto successo, e invece che essere amareggiati, che purtroppo serve a poco, magari prendere meno prenotazioni la prossima volta. Questa storia ha comunque un lieto fine, ho risparmiato 29 ed evitato un postaccio!

DA DENUNCIA !!!! In un bellissimo giugno mi devitalizzano un dente(ovviamente dopo aver pagato in anticipo tutto)io rimango con un dente devitalizzato,SCOPERTO senza una protesi senza una copertura per 1 mese,dopo diverse lamentele,mi viene messa una protesi PROVISORIA(che nel mentre continuavo a perdere continuamente)SOLO DOPO 7 MESI hanno completato la protesi “DEFINITIVA” al completo del “chiamiamatelo trattamento” le così dette assistenti alla poltrona mi dicono di fare una RECENSIONE POSITIVA È CHE APPENA SAREI ANDATA IN SALA D’ATTESA L’ALTRA RAGAZZA MI AVRETTE DOVUTO DIRE COSA SCRIVERE. CI RITROVIAMO AD OGGI con delle “protesi” fatte male e sicuramente non definitive. Evitare di andare in questi posti di LADRI,INCOMPETENTI. DA EVITARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started with the teeth cleaning and then the reconstruction of tooth number 15.
