I entered this shop last week during the sales. I bought beautiful linens at a reasonable price. The sales assistant was kind and very helpful. The shop is welcoming. The prices, not on sale, are fair. When I go to Florence, I stop again to shop!

I had a good experience.

I went to this shop on Friday around 1pm. The clerk who served me was unfriendly and not at all friendly. He pretended to be polite and it showed. While I was trying on some clothes I heard him talking rudely to the other sales assistant about a customer who had come in and hadn't made any purchases. When I went to the checkout to purchase what I had tried on, he informed me that if I purchased 4 items, the 5th item would be free. So I said I would go back upstairs to see the other items on sale. She got annoyed because she had to go back upstairs and when I couldn't find anything else and I told her that I would take the items already in the cash register, she rudely threw the item back into the drawer and said "that's fine ma'am" in annoyance. On the way back upstairs I told her that SHE IS NOT SUITABLE TO DO THIS JOB, AND THAT SHE COULD KEEP EVERYTHING! Being treated like this when shopping? But I don't even think about it, I go to another store! Rude!

Very helpful staff to my wife even when the shop is very busy. Excellent service and very helpful recommendations.

Ordered a product in the store and gave them my number. They said it would get there within 5 days. 10 days later, it has not arrived, and when I go to the shop nobody knows what's going on, and it shows that the product that I ordered to the shop is no longer available in the size I need. The service was terrible, and they were not good at handling the situation

Qualità della biancheria intima pessima. Le cuciture degli slip son al pari di biancheria commerciale. Dopo aver indossato un paio di slip 3 volte si è scucito l'elastico.
