The staff was friendly was the nurse practitioner was excellent! She took time to care for me like no one has before. I am a nurse and I can’t stress enough how well the NP took care of me and my family. Very friendly and thorough. I would come here again.

I have been to this Urgent Care many times. Each time that I come, I receive excellent service. They are sometimes extremely busy, and it is a long wait, but that is not their fault. They are doing the best that they can during this Covid Pandemic. They can only treat so many people at one time. If you are looking for an Urgent Care that has your best interests at heart, then this is the place that you're looking for!

This was our 2nd stop after I hurt my ankle, as we were told to go here because they have an xray machine. When we arrived I was told their xray machine was down, but that they would put in an order for an xray. After examining me the doctor said we will put you in an ankle brace and stay off of it until Monday. From the hall I can hear the nurse say we don't have any braces, to which the doctor replies just wrap it. It is now Monday and I am currently sitting in the xray room where no order has been placed. When the tech called he was told to call back in 15 minutes because the doctor is busy. HORRIBLE service!!

Great place, fast, quick, and awesome people. All the ladies here are great! They care about you unlike some places and you always get treated with the kindest smiles and attitude from the ladies at the front desk.

told me my son was fine and to call his primary on tuesday if his fever of 103 continued. i didn’t listen. called the very next day got him in. he had a double infection she told me there was no way he didn’t have it the day before!

Terrible service. The employees just stand around and talk while everyone waits. My son and I went in there was nobody else there in the waiting room. We waited an hour while they just gossiped behind the window. I wouldn’t go here again .

Rude I arrived in pain at at 9:40 and was turned away saying they weren’t taking anymore patients. They didn’t close until 10. You all should post what time you cut people off so we don’t waste gas and time in hopes of receiving assistance., obviously I wasn’t feeling well and they turned me away, however I went back the next day and everyone was so warm and comforting and really made you feel like you were important. They drew a few different labs and this was Saturday, I’ve received a phone call everyday they received a new result , from the doctor who’s so empathetic and really shows concern about helping you understand the results and the next steps. So I had to come back and redo this.

I gave 1 star because I had to. The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional!! She was talking on her cell phone and using vulgar language that my 6 year old daughter clearly heard!! Whoever was seeing patients was coming to the front desk asking which room needed what testing. I wouldn’t recommend this place !!!! Horrible!!!!

Excellent,expedientlysuper friendly ,professional service.. from the time I entered the atmospherewas great the girls greeted with a friendly smile... I'm pretty much I was straight to the back and maybe less than5: minutes... Jeanne my doctor and or nurse practitioner I'm not really sure what her title was was very knowledgeable witty and efficient... If I'm ever need a care again I absolutely will be going back there wonderful experience, wonderful staff! 🖤
