Clean and comfy. No safe box in the room. Parking available in a near parking just several minutes walk.

The city is easily accessible within 20 minutes from the tramway, and although the room was tidy, soundproofing is limited. Adjacent to the hotel, there's a park available for parking.

All the staffs were very kind and helpful, their care for the kids are excellent!!! Less options were there for breakfast but it was all good and filling! Location is prominent, 5 min walk to tram to go inside city, parking costed 8 euros but detached secured one. Rooms were kind of old, water flow in sink and bathroom were slow. Beds were ok.

The staff here is incredibly nice and accommodating . And the room for the price is a really good size. A great hotel if you are looking to find a great place to stay and stay within budget. Can’t say enough how friendly the staff was .

A clean and family owned hotel., The lady at the breakfast bar is extremely friendly and pleasant. Alexander at reception is very welcoming and super helpful. Thanks Alexander.

I booked this hotel a few months in advance. Once I got there to check-in it was very small and was in a super sketchy neighborhood. The bed I got was hard and the TV in the room was very small. The street was outside my window and it sounded like the window was open, it was so loud. I went back downstairs and told the owner that I couldn’t stay here. I wouldn’t feel safe leaving any of my luggage in the room. He got upset since I had booked in advance and “I had no respect”. He charged me for 3 nights regardless. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any ladies who are alone and young.

The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. Some staff spoke English a bit better than others, but, hey, this is Italy- you sort of have to expect that. It’s about 30-40 minutes via walk + tram to the center of town, and it’s out of the way enough that you can escape other travelers if you want to. Heads up- there are mosquitoes in the area and the cleaning crew likes to leave the windows open to air them out. I traveled as a single female, and didn’t feel unsafe at any point in and around the hotel, for anyone wondering.overall, a great deal for the price
