Stayed here for 2 nights. Firstly the staff and service is A+ Rooms are amazing. Spacious, comfortable bed, large bathrooms with washer & dryer, huge AC unit, kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave-oven, utensils, glasses, etc. Decor was really nice too with cute accent chairs, a balcony, and pastel coloured walls. Location is a little far from where you want to be, but there’s an easy-to-use, clean and modern tram steps away from leaving your room that takes you to and from downtown. The trip takes around 8 minutes. Around your hotel there’s a local coffee shop that you can go for breakfast, and also a Coop market where you can maybe take advantage of the kitchen. Overall, it’s a phenomenal bang-for-buck place to stay in Florence.

Rooms are clean. Staff is great. Parking is behind the gate. There’s a tram very close to the place. WIFI works great just like the AC.

Well spotted the tram will take you to Santa Maria in 10 minutes. We walked all the way to city center in 25 minutes (tourist speed....)clean big rooms parking services good and quiet neighborhood. Very polite and helpful staff

This was the place we enjoyed the most on our trip to Italy. The location and the house itself is amazing. You are in the center in 10 minutes by tranvay. There is a supermarket nearby

Trust me, it is the best family hotel in Florence. Room is large with all high quality facilities. It is close to tram station and with private parking slots. If you visit Florence with family members >= 3 persons, it is the best choice.

Lovely accommodation with parking, run by really friendly and helpful people and only a 2 min walk from the tram stop. The room itself was spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Google calls this a 3 star hotel but I think it deserves 5 stars. Excellent stay with great service.

The room was big and it was fully equipped with everything. They have a reception with staff ready to help from morning till evening. The hotel (apartments) are at 3 minutes walk from the T1 tramway which brings you to Florence center. From there, there is a 10 muntes walk to Domo. The room has a kitchen, bed, extensible sofa and they can bring additional beds I think. Ours had an extensible bed in the big living, an extensible couch and a king size bed. My wife and kids slept in the bed and myself in the extensible couch. The bed was superfluous but appreciated nevertheless. For sure this is a hery good hotel and without any doubt I would come back here when the opportunity comes.
