Amazing panini! I had the Classico, my wife had the Guieee. There’s something magical about the tapenade that really transforms the flavors. Highly recommend!

Incredible sandwich on the other side of Firenze. If you head to Piazzele Michaelangelo this is a must have either on the way up or down. We tried some of the other popular paninis in Firenze with this being the best panino and experience. Dimitri was very sincere in talking with us. He even asked his girlfriend, Susana, come down to help us get some pictures. We ended up chatting for a while and got plenty of recommendations for the later parts of our trip. It was a pleasure you meet you both. We will be back when we are in town. Grazie mille

I’m upset I can’t give this place six stars. He makes it all fresh from scratch. Literally slicing up sun-dried tomatoes for my sandwich. Best bread ever.

This is ten fold my favorite panini shop in all of Florence, while the sandwich speaks for its self it is the owner, Dimitri, who is a one man show who makes Panini & Vini so special. The shop offers a unique experience of being able to watch Dimitri hand craft every single sandwich to order literally slicing the meat in front of you. While it only takes a few minutes to receive your sandwich, the friendly and welcoming personality of Dimitri makes you never want to leave.

The most delicious panino I have had. I had the roast pork and was supremely happy with it. Still thinking about it a few days later. Had a great conversation with one of the proprietors who recommended a great place for spritz.

Delicious warm panini. We came by after visiting Piazzale Michelangelo. We had three sandwiches and all were tasty. The Grandpa owner is super friendly. My picky eater son liked it too. Fresh bread, meat and ingredients construct a great panini. $6 each.
