Watch out: This place is such a rip off!! I specifically asked how much an average slice would be - since they charge by weight. He said between 4-6€. We ended up having to pay 20€ for two slices of pizza and it wasn’t even good.

Total rip off! Pizza is ok, not bad. But is waay overcharged. 2 small pieces of pizza 15 euros!!!! And it was approximately half of the size of an individual pizza which was 14 euros on the next place on the market. The price per kg and the looks of the pizza slices really tricks you

We had this open sandwich, delicious! It had roasted pork and Gorgonzola. It’s upstairs in the Mercato. You pay by the weight. This one was €10. Would come back.

Overpriced. I asked for one person's pizza and they gave me a slice that was literally for at least two persons, charging me 23 euros. Total tourist trap.

They charge by weight to trick you into overspending, he cut the slice for us and we ending up paying 40 euros! Rip off and pizza is too oily to enjoy anyway.

Amazing! You pay by pound and if you get a piece to big they can cut a smaller one for you. The pizza is so good!

This place is located in the beautiful mercato centrale, which ambiance is great. We ordered a pizza Capricciosa, which tasted amazing! Of course it is never gonna be a poach place, but it is nice to enjoy a quick lunch in Florence.

Visited for lunch Expensive pizza for what you get as others have said don’t know the price until they put it on the scales! Taste was good but it was a little cold as it had not been heated long enough Many other food outlets in the market that offer better food.

I give this a three star because the taste of the food was nice enough but l really felt ripped off. I bought one with Pumpkin and another with peppers or as we call it capsicum. Both l class as vegetable, however l was charged for both as the pizza of the day which of course was alot dearer. The guy who spoke Italian next to me got a meat one of same size and it was cheaper. When l queried the price l was told they aren't vegetable and she couldn't understand my English. I wish l had read the reviews before going there. I actually thought this was a food hall for locals and didn't realise it was a tourist trap. Very expensive. Same food still in the tourist area were sold by piece at a set price much cheaper. Each piece was also about twice the size requested as it is sold by weight.
