After having visited just about every gold shop on the ponte vechio, COI was a breath of fresh air. Completely different experience. Professional, helpful, and extremely polite. It felt much more like a luxury experience than haggling with the gold sellers on the bridge. Fadi, the manager, was impeccable. The prices are significantly better then anywhere else I went. They weighed everything out in front of me, before I even asked, which most of the other shops did not. The engraving was also done very quickly. I will be a return costumer for sure.

My sister and I were here not too long ago. We were a little disappointed with the famous bridge nearby, but still really wanted some gold jewellery, and we just came across this place by chance. The ladies were so lovely and patient and helpful while we picked out our pieces!! My sister bought a bracelet which needed resizing, which they did for us within a day with no extra cost, and they showed us how we could claim our tax back at the airport!! Going here was truly a highlight of our trip to Florence and we didn’t even plan it. The jewellery we got is well made and beautiful - truly some pieces I hope to have for the rest of my life !!! The COI showroom is a hidden gem! I thought it would be nice to buy a piece of jewelry from the renowned jewelers of Firenze, but wanted to find good value. I found a number of 5-star reviews of the COI showroom online citing their large selection and excellent prices. Although I was looking to purchase only a modestly priced bracelet, the staff at COI treated me with care and consideration. They helped me find the perfect piece for my style and budget. Upon return home, I decided to purchase a couple of matching pieces from the same line. They were nearly twice the price here. I emailed with my new friends at COI, and was able to purchase two additional pieces for well under what I would have paid at home even after paying the import tax. I highly recommend the COI showroom.

The best jewellery store in Florence! Everyone in the store was so welcoming and attentive. They listened to exactly what we wanted and there was no pushy up-sell tactics. The products are beautiful and the pricing is fair. Their VAT process as a tourist was seamless and very informative as a first timer using the VAT refund. The end of end process from walking in to walking away was 10 out of 10. Im so happy with the quality of my purchase and will definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Such an amazing experience at COI! We were visiting Florence from the US and I wanted a piece of jewelry as a souvenir. COI was recommended to me, and I'm so glad we went. The beautiful store is located on the 2nd floor and you have to get buzzed in. Once we opened the door we were first greeted by "Sultan" the friendly store dog. My kids loved playing with him while we looked for Jewelry. Then we were met with the beautiful smiling face of Renata. She immediately made me feel comfortable and started showing us some pieces that I was interested in, specifically a medallion coin of Florence. She helped me pick out a gorgeous chain also. It's a piece that I will have forever! Renata also prepared all the VAT paperwork and told me where to go at the airport to get my refund, so easy! Then we met Fadi, what a great personality! We had so much fun chatting with him about his gorgeous jewelry and dog! We will definitely be back next time we are in Florence! Thank you for the wonderful service!

We purchased a beautiful diamond bracelet and earrings from Fadi in Firenza. It was such a wonderful experience that we ended up at dinner & cocktails together later that evening. We left Firenza and travelled on to Paris, where we had an incident in a crowd that damaged the bracelet, including losing some of the many small diamonds. We asked Fadi what to do and he said "send it back and we will repair it." A few weeks later the repaired bracelet arrived back at our USA address and Fadi had included an Invoice that said "No Charge!" We were overwhelmed by this generous customer service. We highly recommend COI when you are looking for fine jewelry in Firenza.
