I went into this salon while traveling in Florence in desperate need of an acrylic fill and replacement nail. The woman at the front desk, Hollie, was so friendly and accommodating. I wound up getting a gorgeous and impeccably precise manicure for a very reasonable price. It’s the best manicure I ever had! I wound up going back for a pedicure and Brazilian wax, which were also phenomenal. The employees are wonderful and professional, and the services are extremely high-quality. I left feeling pampered and amazing! I recommend this salon to anybody in search of beauty services in Florence and I hope to be back one day.

In my first evening in Florence, I had a natural manicure (with cuticle treatment). Not acrylics. I didn't have an appointment, but Daniella seated me immediately. She also did my manicure. She was detailed and did a great job. Now I'm ready for the rest of my visit in Italy!

nice girls. i paid 110 for a set of acrylic that took 2 hours and is a 7/10 job. they do 15 steps for a 10 step job... they do good pedicures.

I am travelling in Florence and was desperate to have my nails fixed and re done. Julia P did my nails for me and she was amazing. She was detailed and gentle and made sure everything was perfect. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re travelling through Florence!

Fantastic service from a lovely, multilingual, multicultural team. Had threading with Dina. She was professional, knowledgeable, sweet and helpful. Manicure and eyebrows with Shemsa - flawlessly done, great style advice. Salon was bright, clean and staff efficient and flexible. Price list of services is available to consult. I would make this my local salon if I was here permanently.

I love how they do everything. I usually do my nails, the pedicure and the eye brows and I am always so happy with the result. They also use very good quality products and they are very nice.

Came here for a pedicure as a tourist and felt very unwelcome. I booked in advance, was quiet, didn’t ask for any corrections even though there were blotching stripes issues. The woman was just immediately angry with me and rough. Cuticles hurt but still I didn’t say anything. She left halfway through without saying a word and gave me someone else. All around I left looking and feeling terrible :(

Victoria was absolutely amazing! She took her time with my gel nails and they turned out amazing. I am studying abroad and this was a great place to go and it feels very welcoming here! Would 100% recommend.
