I went there a few hours ago, today. The ladies at the shop were really helpful and nice. I loved stocking up on my favourite Yves Rocher products and chatting to the ladies about life here and in other countries. To help your international customers, can Yves Rocher do a store card that works across all your branches in Italy, Belgium and France? 😊

Lady in the shop was so rude! I was quiet, smiled and was in and out in 5 minutes but was still treated with utter contempt and eye rolls from a shop assistant who clearly thinks she’s a cut above the rest. Maybe train your staff to be more helpful and kind!!
