The sea bass turban on vegetable cream, black rice and mixed vegetables is delicious. The lasagna with carasau bread is excellent. 💯 Crème brûlée the Chef's way, delicious. ❤️ Very nice place.

Lovely appetizer, above average on seafood linguine. However vongole is quite salty and disappointed. Very friendly restaurant.

I have been more than once to this lovely place a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. The last occasion was to celebrate my daughter's graduation with my family and in-laws. We had a great time, welcoming restaurant, very professional, friendly and helpful staff. We ate both meat and fish of the highest quality and very delicious, all of which makes us happy to be able to return next time. A special greeting to the owner Giuseppe and Lily who contributed to making us spend a wonderful evening with a family atmosphere. Thank you very much.

The best food in town!!

I went to Gladius for a family dinner and we had a great time. The place is new, welcoming and modern and the staff is super helpful and kind. We took advice from the owner who offered us a simply exquisite fish menu. The dishes were very elaborate and delicious, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate! I will definitely return and highly recommend it!!!
