I
got

my

type

Tuesday.
My
tour
is
on
Wednesday,

cannot

my
audio
guide
at
all.
After
that,
I
asked
refund
with
several
emails,
no
one
replied
again.
I
assume
an
authorized
company
can
easily
handle
this
issue.

let
me

you
can
refund
this
service
which

not
able

It's
advisable
to
purchase
tickets
from
official
websites
to
get
the
best
deals.
While
tickets
for
the
Colosseum
should
be
reserved
well
in
advance,
obtaining
tickets
for
other
museums
should
be
relatively
straightforward.
Despite
having
booked
church
tickets
with
an
audio
guide,
I
found
that
the
guide
was
not
functioning.
When
I
reached
out
to
customer
service
for
assistance,
they
only
inquired
about
the
type
of
phone
I
was
using,
and
subsequently
failed
to
follow
up.
Moreover,
my
request
for
a
refund
for
the
faulty
audio
guide
went
unanswered.
I
would
strongly
caution
against
using
this
website,
and
advise
you
to
exercise
caution
when
dealing
with
any
Italian
ticket
websites,
as
there
are
a
number
of
fraudulent
entities
operating
in
this
space.
