Waiting for customer service to get back with me about current order. It has been a few days and I have heard from anyone. I called the night I ordered the food and it was completely unacceptable. I also took pictures of what was given. Someone from corporate please contact me as soon as possible.

Don't waste your time. Just get a large pepperoni pizza. At this point I'm going to request my pizza not cut because the cuts are always off which make portions unfair. Get a NY pizza in NY!

Love my Pizza Hut and staff but don't care to place my order by a third party. That person gave horrible customer service.😜 I don't do deliveries etc. for that reason.

It's been a long time that I have experienced such a wonderful atmosphere and great customer service. The manager Larone is one of a kind and many others need to learn from him.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza but honestly 1 lg pizza and 6 chicken wings and bread sticks are not worth $63.00 especially when I can go across town and go to my favorite soul food buffet for $35.00 for two people all we can eat.

I'm 55 and have been coming to this location on Irby st , Florence SC my whole life . I mostly use a take out location now but occasionaly dine in here . The staff was very helpfull and friendly. I even saw them feed a homeless couple . Food was great as usual.

Treated girls to special night out. Food was good but the service was outstanding. Only thing was no jukebox. Sure wanted to show my girls the experience I had growing up pizza and good music but machine was broken (?).

Two ladies were the only ones working that day, 8/27) My 2 star rating is aimed at the employees who didn't show up. The 2 ladies did an amazing job in spite of the stress.

My class(WHS) before the pandemic for years would have our class meetings here. The service was excellent! The young lady kept checking with us to make sure we were okay. They greet you when you walk in. Keep up the good work you guys!!

Delicious pizza at this Pizza Hut and the staff, especially Gayle, are so nice. This Pizza Hut is so clean too and nice inside.

Very nice staff and very fast with your order. This is one of the more acceptable Pizza Huts.

Ordered online and they called me to tell me that they were out of what I ordered but I had my phone on silence. Got there and had to order something else asked for light sauce both times but got double sauce the kids didn’t eat it. Call back the next morning and they were rude and left me on hold for 20 mins and still wouldn’t make it right. I’m done

Today have been so awesome. Ms. Sheemy and Mrs. Dominique was soooooooooo amazing! I remember Ms. Sheemy from last year when I brought my Mentoring Program to eat. Today was so good and I really appreciate them so much. We were 20 people deep and their patience was so good. More than amazing. 10 out of 10

Service was decent but since they've replaced Italian sausage with ham on a personal pan I'll pass from now on

Very poor customer service here.after entering the store they don’t even say we be right with you are nothing just stood there looking crazy. After I pay for my order they don’t even put the wings in a bag are place it in my hands and neither say thank you. This gonna be the first and last time I visit this location

Worst experience ever. Dined in, waiter seated us and took our drink and food order. Once he delivered the drinks, he NEVER came back to the table. Pizza came and I asked for salt, pepper and red pepper. Received red pepper. Then again I requested salt and pepper. That cook(I guess) sent a female to the table to tell me they did not have salt and pepper in the restaurant. I asked, so you are telling me that no where in this whole restaurant has no condiments. Her answer was NO, they didn't. My husband done all the refills for our drinks, so when he went to pay our bill, he asked the same female employee that has the restaurant became self serve. Her reply, No, it's not self serve but our waiter was taking his break. OMG!!! This guy was over at a corner table talking to some female on the phone with the speaker up load enough that the whole restaurant could hear his conversation. This facility will NEVER have our business again ( which they probably don't care considering their lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE tonignt.

Wanted to try the new limited offer of the Melts, it was very tasty. May get another if it doesn't leave before chance arrives.

Good place for lunch or dinner. Service was great under the circumstances with the Covid-19. Place was very clean. And the girls that worked there were very friendly. If you can't decide what to eat Pizza Hut is the place to go.

Had a coupon that came with other coupons I had used at other Pizza Huts in my area. When picking up my order I was told that this pizza hut doesn't accept this coupon. Person at register acted like I was supposed to know this. So now I have no pizza at all. Rude customer service

Excellent customer experience here! Food was prepared perfectly, food was ready when I arrived, checkout was fast, and I was greeted by all 3 employees when I entered and as I was leaving. Their situational awareness, attitude toward customers, and performance were all excellent!

Pizza was too good n the service was good n quick... but restaurant wasn't clean

Lackluster food and poor customer service. Ordered contact less and ended up having to go inside anyway while they were not busy.

45 minutes late on my ETA. Then they call and ask if I still want the order? 4 miles away from my location too. Sorry sorry people working here.

Good customer service, food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed.

The quality of food is the worst I have ever experienced with pizza hut. I did not receive a marinara with my stuffed crust. Im not sure if that is standard or differs by restaurant but would have liked to have known.

Miss Gayle is the best. She looks out for my wife's mushroom allergy and protects her from any cross-contamination. Of course, the pizza is great. Nobody out pizzas the hut.

Make sure items presented online are available on site. Waiting 40 minutes in parking lot for an online order is too long.

Great food and service. Very friendly staff.

The wait staff is amazing goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right cook really knows how to make pizza always hot and fresh will definitely be back
