😠 Had the absolute worst experience on the bus. It was late, stops had changed position and weren’t updated, they had issues reading my ticket, i spent 50 minutes waiting to get it sorted, and refused to give me a refund. Extremely disappointed in this service. Waste of money and bad service. Would... People often mention tour, city, stops, Florence, time, money, stop, tours,

It was a good ride .. the city is beautiful however it seems like we couldn't appreciate the places much. We did the blue like only in the weekdays and I felt it was bit a rushed or the recording has to speak before the location due to traffic. I have done several of these tours in different countries and this one was not the best. I think they could talk more about florence even when not showing us anything to make up for it.

Out of 6 audio ports (for headphones) yhat we had in our seats only 4 worked and also one bad set of headphones. You are required to exchange your digital ticket for a paper ticket on entry interrupting your experience. The narration is dry - as if someone was reading you a textbook. Finally, it is difficult to find the stops. The website at this time shows only 3 of the many spots marked on the map. Less professional than the official Hop on Hop Off tour.

Don’t book this friends. Bus stops were hard to find, once we finally figured it out we checked with the company that we were at the right stop and they confirmed we were. In total we waited for an hour and a bus never came. Ended up missing everything we planned for our day in Florence and had to walk where we could. Asked for a refund and they said no. Including the time it took to plan out our root with their map that we never ended up being able to use, we waisted so much time and money on this company.

Poor experience for the price. A perfect example of a RIP OFF! 1. The tour goes on the ring of the city. Far away from mayor points of interest. 2. Audio is recorded, no human interaction 3. Audio mostly music, just a few information with some points 4. Some personnel is rude. 5. There is not flexibility with the 24hours policy. 6. Asked for a refund and they said no.

Ripoff and waste of time. Busses don't stop at the bus stops they are supposed to do,. (We waited and waited but it never came) turned out it drove in some back streets. You have to update the addresses for the stops as it's misleading and wrong We had to walk for pretty far to get to another bus stop, and it came just in front of us, It drove even though I was 1 meter away from the door waiving. We finally got on after looking for the buses for two hours. And in the intense heat in Florence (39) degree we stopped at the bus station. I bought two ice coffee for me and my girlfriend, but was denied bording with it. In this heat it's scandalous not letting your guests enjoying cold drinks Spend your money elsewhere, will update this review when/if I get a refund..

Rome is a beautiful city with a mix of modernity and history. History invades everywhere. I definitely recommend a visit for a least a week to get to see more details. Even though, you will definitely scratch only the surface of such beautiful and ancient city.

I booked online on booking. I'd say they're not so good to give information about stops and timetable If you book on non official site like I did. But to make easy you may check they're offical site. The city is not adapted to that kind of tour. Its road pass far away from all tourist sites. But since you're able to get on and off as much as you want, you can use it to move around the city.

The bus does not go in the historical area, but it does go up north of Florence, so you get to see long vista views. I would make sure next time that I had time at the top to explore. Both the lines go to the viewpoint south of Florence. The red line is the best!

So wonderful to see the sites of Florence with the city siteseeing bus. We were thrilled to be able to see the beautiful hills of Florence and then be able to look back on the city. We have used many of these tours and this was very comprehensive. Highly recommend.

We did the Tuscany experience tour with the city sightseeing tours and they were amazing! We were guided throughout the day unlike the ciao Florence tours that dumped us without direction and we missed our academia tour.

We so enjoyed our hops both on and off the Florence City Sightseeing bus. They expedited our sight seeing opportunities so conveniently! The most impressive time was after we had navigated the Florence train station, we were a little lost and worried about driving into the city for our upcoming tours. The associate working at the train station stop was so helpful on cost-cutting, convenient solutions for us to plan our day the next day. Great customer service!

The bus follows timing, stops are easily found. Seeing ladies driver feels liberating. The hill road is too beautiful. The first seat on top gives the best view. Frequency is low so plan tour trip accordingly.

This offers the convenience of stopping and continuing among many points of interest throughout the city. The price is reasonable. Note that many of the points are spread out and this bus is the most affordable option to see most of the important ones. However, the audio jacks in the seats don't always work. Changing seats will help. Also, adding a USB charging port would be a nice feature to offer in the next bus design!

The tour itself was great but the main bus stop and where to buy tickets was not clearly signed. Also the driver had no regard for the passengers and pulled away with children climbing the stairs!

The bus can not drive in the city centre, so you will hardly see anything interesting while on the bus. Save your money and book a walking tour instead. Waste of money otherwise in my opinion.

I always buy a 3 day ticket. The first day is to get the lay of the land, the second and third are the hop on/hop off part of the experience as I have planned these 2 days after the first (if that makes sense). I try to do a city sightseeing tour wherever I go.

We have enjoyed their tours in other cities, but this was awful. The claim of buses “every 20 minutes” was a lie. Downloaded their app to see next bus on map, but none showed. After 45 minutes of waiting, we gave up. They owe us a refund.

Total RIP OFF, it's a scam. We waited 50 minutes for the last bus to arrive and it simply didn't. Other tourists at this busstop were also scammed. All together payed 23 euro per person for just one hop on hop off.

It's not cover many parts very small tour..timing should be extended or the pricing should be as per the entry time ..i paid same amount for one hour for 6 person

The bus tour in Florence was alright. Even tho I didn't have a lot of time, I could see a few places. The bus tour takes you from the city center to a nice point of view on a hill, which I think was worth it. The full tour on the bus last for an hour approximately. There is an audioguide which is not that fancy but which was alright.

Nice little tour of the outskirts, but as the best parts of Florence aren’t accessible by bus, nothing really felt ‘hopping off’ for. If you go sit on the top right as most views are on the right side. Company has good communication and easy to get a small discount buying your ticket online.

The stops are way away from point of interest, a little pricey for about 1 hour round

Never ever again, would rather use and pay for taxi. Waited for 2 hours on stop 5 for Red line which never came. When called customer service they simply said it is not going anymore, no further explanation. We waited from 4:20 until 6:20 which is insane. Those 2 hours could have been used so much better than roasting in the street waiting for tourist bus that just stopped going with no explanation or further information. Terrible service that pretty much ruined our day in Florence.

Route is small enough that you could just walk. It takes you around the edge of the city where it’s kind of gross and there’s nothing you wanna see.

Driver is in a hurry.. doesn't feel like a touristic bus. Stops aren't very convenient, a bit far from some main spots. Last trip is too early so you don't have time to visit everything. Only one direction.. so no back and front

€€€ for a tour of the ring road. I'd avoid this and I regret spending the money. I stayed on for a handful of stops but one I realised that there was nothing to see and that the audio commentary was mostly infill music we got off. 30 minutes of my life I'm never getting back. Avoid.

Waste of money!! This is the worst hop on hop off I've ever done. I'd absolutely warn anyone coming to Florence against it. The stops are either not marked or marked so poorly that we spent 4 hours walking around with their map looking for the bus with no success. Went onto their website to look at the interactive map and not only did the website not work but when I finally got to the map it was beyond glitchy not showing times or able to give you any direction to stops. It also had stops that didn't even exist, only found this out after a kind hotel manager helped us. Finally, I found the stop after spending two days walking the city at Michelangelo Square only because of a nice tour guide and was able to help us get on the bus. The staff on the bus was somewhat helpful but almost every other person on it was complaining that it was late by over an hour or worse. We rode the hole route just to see the parts of the city we couldn't walk to easily... what a waste of time. The only actually interesting place it took you was to the Michelangelo square. The rest were side streets or stops far away from the attractions. Would never recommend this company to anyone!
