Excellent location but this is the only Positive point about the place. Very disappointed with the room it doesn’t worth the price. The window doesn’t close. The bathroom is very small with mold in it. Only one tiny mirror in the bathroom for the whole room. It’s not as the other reviews described at all.

We just arrived today , This is not a hotel it is an apartment , very strange looking apartment! Our room smells strong pesticide , the windows don’t have mesh so we can’t open the windows and I am really worried for what my kids are smelling! This is the most awful place we ever stayed in vacation so far . I am not sure who rate this place 3 or above. The breakfast included is a jock a bag of tost with bottle of Jam , are you serious! Can’t wait to leave this place.

The stay wasn't good. 1. There's no reception and they didn't leave any instructions (apartment number/lock code). Upon getting in touch with them through a cleaning lady that we were lucky to ran into, they blamed this on me, saying they left me many messages on the booking app. I checked and I never received anything. 2. Wifi never worked (tried with two phones and two laptops). 3. The place ran out of hot water in the morning in 5-10 minutes (literally no water coming out of the faucet): my partner could shower but I had to skip both days. And it wasn't just us: we ran into a family that couldn't get through the entrance because the keypad wasn't working (we had a key), and another one that like us didn't get any instructions after booking (we told them who to call). The place was otherwise nice, clean, and very centric, and maybe we got unlucky on a busy weekend, but this is unacceptable at almost 400 eur/night.

Very good place to stay with small kids. Basically it is a residence in the apartment building, which includes different cozy rooms on 2 floors. All rooms are beautifully designed with all amenities. Great location, jus one block from Duomo.

Good place, close to the Duomo, Michaelangelo’s David statute. Office is close by and they are helpful in allowing to store luggage. Can easily walk from the S M Novella station. Enjoyed our stay in Florence. Do not miss out to walk to the top of Duomo to get a great view of the city.

Great location. The cathedral was a blocl away and there were many good restaurants nearby. The place was very nice, the bathrooms were very modern and the place was very spacious (each room is different though). They were very nice to provide us wity a few pastries to snack on. The people rating negatively that complained about there being no breakfast clearly did not understand that this place is a hotel for apartments and they have to buy their own breakfast. We asked the woman at the reception where the neatest gocery stpre was and she gladly told us and recommended a few restaurants to go to. Great place. -We stayed in june

Good Location and very spacious. These are the only two positves in my point of view. Please don't expect a breakfast. There will be nothing served. They will just leave you some very cheap white toast, a chocolate spread, and a small marmalade on the counter and a 1L milk in the fridge. They call it breakfast! There is also no shuttle service from or to the train station as shown in many booking sites. My friend's room smelt like pesticides and was not very clean. Please do your homework before you go. We were very disappointed!

Very handy location in Florence. Close to major attractions in town. Reasonably priced. Room is a little small for the four of us, but we aren't really on it that much. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Staff are very pleasant too.

Pros: Great location. walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast (pastry) served across the street is excellent. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. Helpful staff. Cons: it's a trade off. close to attractions means that it is a bit away from the train station. Verdict: if we come back to Florence, we'll stay at the same place for sure.

First of all thanks for the comments left months ago they are the only clues into the place. The host did ask about the time we would arrive, and we arrived about 10mins earlier. We thought sb would welcome us but no one came till the time. Then we kept asking every persons able to into the door under boiling hot sunshine. It’s sense of playing escape game. There’s reception desk without receptionist. Good location!

Astonishing good looking place, wide and confortable room. I personally had some problems with the shower, but customer service was efficient with my issues.
