Chic boutique! I had such enjoyable shopping experience here. The staff was very helpful and was willing to run to another store to get me a new blouse that I really wanted. They were also helpful in explaining the bag designs which I have only taken notice at the Firenze store.

Upscale youthful clothing, good quality except for buttons — even the metal ones feel like plastic. Super attentive sales help: they’ll tell you the truth when you try on an outfit rather than push a hard sell. I went down a size thanks to the critical eye of a sales person in the Florence shop. Also: easy returns with receipt in any Sandro shop. Dog-friendly. VERY small changing rooms.

I love the clothes from Sandro. Everyone in this Sandro shop was super nice, I just picked the clothes on display and they were able to get me the sizes I needed. Camila was very helpful and suggested different sizes and nice belts that would go well with the dresses.

Low quality! I bought a handbag here in this store in December 2022 and in September 2023 the clasp fell off so the bag won’t close. I called Sandro and they said because I live in the US and bought a bag in Italy in this store they can’t do anything. I have a receipt and everything! I had only used the bag a couple handful times! Low quality, I don’t recommend!
