Campo
di
Marte
is
a
residential
area
relatively
close
to
the
entrance
to
the
Firenze
Sud
motorway.
It
is
an
atypical
residential
area
with
houses
built
since
the
1950s
in
a
large
military
camp.
There
is
a
lot
of
greenery:
a
beautiful
park
(near
via
Fanti
and
5
minutes
from
via
Sirtori)
with
two
fences
for
running
dogs.It
has
a
sports
center,
two
swimming
pools,
one
with
a
beautiful
equipped
garden,
bar
and
other
services,
and
a
cheaper
one
(near
the
stadium).
In
addition
to
the
park,
there
are
many
green
areas
with
benches.
In
fact
it
is
located
between
the
city
proper,
often
too
busy,
and
Fiesole.
In
(my)
area
there
are
all
kinds
of
shops
and
services
so
that
there
would
be
no
need
to
leave
the
neighborhood
to
meet
the
various
needs:
ASL,
MUNICIPALITY,
POSTA,
BANKS,
RIONAL
MARKETS,
BUSES
THAT
IN
15
minutes
take
you
to
the
city
center
and
in
20
+
30
minutes
they
take
you
to
the
station.
All
the
best
known
supermarket
chains
are
represented.
There
is
the
Mandela
Center
where
concerts
and
various
theatrical
performances
are
held
with
a
huge
parking
lot.
Right
there
they
organized
a
COVID
vaccination
center.
It
was
an
opportunity
for
me
to
visit
it
and
get
a
really
positive
idea
of
it.
The
roads
are
less
busy
in
the
nucleus
near
the
park.
The
only
flaw
in
the
area?
Stadium!!
When
I
came
to
live
here,
12
years
ago
the
day
of
the
match
was
a
real
chaos:
cars
parked
everywhere
vigilant
forced
to
manage
the
crazy
traffic
of
the
fans
...
now
it
is
much
better
because
the
Municipality
has
made
special
public
transport
available
to
the
fans
who
,
they
do
a
great
access
service
to
the
stadium
many
of
them
use
it,
so
less
chaos
for
the
residents.
When
there
is
the
tram
it
will
be
even
better,
I
suppose.
Most
of
the
houses
in
our
area
have
communal
and
private
gardens.
There
is
a
kindergarten
and
elementary
school
run
by
the
nuns
in
a
nice
park.
I
would
say
it
is
a
nice
and
comfortable
area
to
live
in.

Campo
di
Marte
è
una
zona
residenziale
relativamente
vicino
all'ingresso
dell'autostrada
Firenze
Sud.
È
una
zona
residenziale
atipica
con
case
costruite
a
partire
dagli
anni
'50
in
un
grande
campo
militare.
C'è
molto
verde:
un
bel
parco
(vicino
a
via
Fanti
ed
a
5
minuti
da
via
Sirtori)
con
due
recinti
per
fare
correre
i
cani.E'
dotata
di
un
centro
sportivo,
due
piscine
una
con
un
bel
giardino
attrezzato,
bar
e
altri
servizi,
ed
una
più
a
buon
mercato(vicino
allo
stadio).
Oltre
al
parco
ci
sono
molte
zone
verdi
con
panchine.
In
effetti
si
trova
tra
la
città
vera
e
propria,
spesso
troppo
trafficata
e
Fiesole.
Nella
(mia)
zona
ci
sono
tutti
i
tipi
di
negozi
e
servizi
tanto
che
non
ci
sarebbe
necessità
di
uscire
dal
quartiere
per
soddisfare
le
varie
esigenze:
ASL,
COMUNE,
POSTA,
BANCHE,
MERCATINI
RIONALI,
AUTOBUS
CHE
IN
15
minuti
portano
in
centro
città
e
in
20+30
minuti
portano
alla
stazione.
Sono
rappresentate
tutte
le
catene
di
supermercati
più
conosciuti.
C'è
il
Centro
Mandela
dove
si
tengono
concerti
e
varie
rappresentazioni
teatrali
con
un
enorme
parcheggio.
Proprio
lì
hanno
organizzato
un
Centro
di
vaccinazioni
COVID.
È
stata
per
me
l'occasione
per
visitarlo
e
di
farmene
un'idea
veramente
positiva.
Le
strade
sono
meno
trafficate
nel
nucleo
vicino
al
parco.
L'
unico
difetto
della
zona?
Lo
stadio!!
Quando
venni
ad
abitare
qui,
12
anni
fa
il
giorno
della
partita
era
un
vero
caos:
auto
parcheggiate
ovunque
vigili
costretti
a
gestire
il
traffico
folle
dei
tifosi...ora
va
molto
meglio
perché
il
Comune
ha
messo
speciali
mezzi
pubblici
a
disposizione
dei
tifosi
che,
fanno
un
ottimo
servizio
di
accesso
allo
stadio
molti
di
loro
lo
usano,
quindi
meno
caos
per
i
residenti.
Quando
ci
sarà
la
tranvia
sarà
ancora
meglio,
suppongo.
La
maggior
parte
delle
case
della
nostra
zona
hanno
giardini
condominiali
e
privati.
C'è
un
asilo
e
scuola
elementare
gestito
dalle
suore
in
un
bel
parco.
Direi
che
è
una
bella
e
comoda
zona
in
cui
vivere.
