Stayed here for 4 nights as we drove in and parking was easy, otherwise would have preferred to stay in the city. The cabins were nice and clean. Air con was great and worked very well. There were limited amenities in the room as there wasn’t even a glass to drink out of. The campground was tidy and had all the amenities you needed though. The on-site supermarket was great. Pool was good and had lots of seating for everyone. Check in and check out were very quick and simple. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind being out of town. We used the shuttle to go into town but it stopped a good 20min walk out of the edge of city and was very limited with times.

My family and I, along with my sister and her partner booked 2 rooms for 7 people to stay between July 16-19. My sister and her partner stayed in a safari tent. My family stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet. We made sure to only book accommodations with air conditioning. Upon arrival, the room was not cooled, all windows were left open and it was about 35 degrees. The conditions at the time of check in were extremely hot in the room, with a low blowing ac unit that felt like a fan. By the late evening, the room still remained very hot. After speaking with the check in desk, they lowered the room temperature but the room always felt like it was 25 - 27 degrees. By the second day, we left the ac running while we were out and upon returning, the room was not cold at all. By 10pm, the chalet was extremely hot and unbearable. By this time, we had 2 days of extreme heat in the room. The camp grounds failed to properly maintain the AC unit and failed to check it properly when we had addressed the issues the very first night. A technician was only sent when we pushed for the night time front desk agent to come and check our room during our second complaint. When they came, that’s when they realized something was wrong with the air conditioning unit. A technician was sent the next morning and after the technician changed the filter, the unit began to work properly and was blowing cold air. We had 2 days of unbearable heat because the ac unit was not working properly. 2 of my children had heat exhaustion because they had to sleep in a room that felt like saunas and were not able to sleep well because of the extreme heat. We moved our children to sleep in my sister’s tent because our chalet was so incredibly hot. This has left us with a terrible experience. We paid a rate that was more than double than my sister’s safari tent and she got a far superior stay compared to us. We were better off sleeping on the ground outside the chalet. The pool closes early at 8pm and the grocery store at 8:30pm. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and I do not recommended them and would not book with Hu again.

Great place to stay!! Wished me and my Boyfriend stayed longer as it was so comfy and had all the amenities you need! Managed to get the bus into the town which was cramped but other then that was brilliant x Wished we stayed long enough to use the pool and market tho we only had 2 nights there. Defintely stay here again next time as we actually felt relaxed and for the room we had was gorgeous and well worth it!! Didn't want to leave x

Great experience. The idea of a city camping is very well executed, with several alternatives for any wallet. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, pool, there is anything to suit your needs. We booked the urban safari tent: it was very comfortable. I can imagine that in high season you need to try your luck in having neighbors that behave well, because you can really hear anything coming from the other tents or campers. At night it gets quite chilly, but the tent is also provided with AC which does perfectly the job. The only minus for me would be the distance from the city center, because the shuttle that they provide leaves several times a day but doesn’t really leave you in the city center, and the bus 14 that stops close to the hotel gets you to the historical center but we found it to be overcrowded every time we took it. A negative note goes to the driver of the shuttle: some guests were occupying seats with their baby strollers and the driver did not tell them that they had to load the baby strollers in the trunk. So we had to spend the drive standing up because he wouldn’t dare to tell the tourists to move their stuff, as he did not speak any language other than Italian. Also, he spent the whole drive on the cell phone screaming with a friend.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our own tent. Price was okay (around €210). You need an adaptor if u need to use electricity, we were lucky to share one with our friendly German neighbors. We read the reviews beforehand and knew that in the mornings you could hear the military play the Italian anthem at around 8am. We loved it and didn't experience any trouble from it. We always woke up before the anthem started and we were amused by it! The swimming pools are the cherry on top! If for some lucky reason I'd ever have a big garden I'd like the same swimming pool because you could lay at the side and be comfortable while not fully submerged under water. It was very cooling! The bathrooms were kept very tidy. We saw the cleaning team clean them multiple times a day. Compliments! We ate at the restaurant once for dinner and I was a bit disappointed with the pasta portion. The pizza was lovely though! Breakfast at this place is €8 per person. It's quite expensive for what you can get (bad instant coffee, excessively hard boiled eggs...). If the coffee was top notch and they would give more options for the eggs (omelet, soft boiled, sunny side up...) that would make the price worth it! There's a shop nearby (around 13 minutes by foot) that offers more choice for the same price or less. The camping village is situated next to a very busy road so caution is advised when crossing the road! We got paper bands to wear to identify ourselves but didn't wear them because we were staying for five days and didn't want to wear them repeatedly. At the reception they told us that we could ask for new ones if they broke down. We didn't experience any trouble not wearing them though. Only once I got asked if I stayed there but it wasn't a problem. On Friday there was supposed to be an open air movie night but they removed the posters a few days beforehand so we didn't see the movie which would have been nice. Overall it's a really nice place!

Overall we had a lovely stay here! The pitch was spacious and we were lucky in that our pitch was right next to the pool and the facilities. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The restaurant and bar area are also lovely - although the menu is limited and prices are slightly on the high side. The location of the campsite is excellent and they have a shuttle bus service into Florence that is €3 return pp. The service itself is great, however it is very popular and there was no first come first served system in place. This meant that even if you arrived early for the bus you wanted to get on there was no guarantee that you would get on it as people showing up after you would "skip the line". The last shuttle from Florence back to the site is 19:15. A taxi cost €20.

Lovely pool, nice spot to cycle into Florence. Pizza to take away from restaurant way tasty too! Quite busy but we found the pitches were plenty busy and allowed for a decent amount of privacy. Great toilet and shower facilities.

We were there mid September. We stayed in a hu stay Easy XL. Good camping bungalow. You get what you pay for. Desk and staff were really really helpful. The wifi is really dodgy, it kept disconnecting. Just note that their shuttle only takes you at the edge of Florence, not straight into the centre. For that, you need to take the bus. The bus is only a 10 min walk from the camping and the camping sells public transport tickets (you can’t buy inside the bus).

Stayed in a smart and seemingly new cabin in 2019 for a couple of nights when meeting friends who were travelling with a motorhome. Great location - we hired bikes and cycled (with 18month old on child seat) into Firenze each day. The campus was great, pool and shop both very good.

We went for one day visit and enjoy the swimming pool. And I with my son was really good there. It was Wednesday quit enough people but everyone could find a place. Also there’s a market on the territory so is comfortable. And nice restaurant.

The place is big, well organised and the pool is perfect. The restaurant is nice too. The staff is nice. Overall I'd recommend, however the one thing that I'd warn is the cleanliness of the bedrooms. The floor is a bit wet in the morning (probably mix of heat and AC) which over time becomes a bit dirty

I have never paid more than €5 total for my dog (all nights included), but this *campsite* asked for €10 PER DAY! Absolutely ridiculous. Moreover, we (childless couple) were placed directly in front of the loud children's swimming pool instead of at a decent distance where we could have enjoyed some peace and quiet. The facilities are lovely, but the considerations for the guests are sorely lacking

Services get three stars because of three people. The receptionist who checked us in was really kind and helpful. Just a really nice person. I don't know his name, but he has night shifts. The barman at the pool and near the restaurant were really nice as well. Rest of the staff, atleast the ones I saw/asked, were a little rude. The way they looked at us, judging. The place is beautiful.

Amazing campsite just outside of Florence. They provide shuttle bus service into the city for only 3 euros (there and back), and the facilities at the camp is great. We stayed in a tent, and ended up extending our stay there because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

Rooms were good but it’s like camps so In night it’s very cold so i think it’s better till September but after that it’s very cold in night. Rooms are quit good they have market, Restaurant and laundry area as well. What i did not like is the service, we stay there for three nights and we have to use same towels they only provide new towels if you stay for more than 8 days which is not good, also same for toiletries. I asked on reception they told us to buy it from market, they only provide these things on first day of stay. :(

This place was beyond cool, the cabins were clean and comfortable!!! Felt like a little home away from home. 24 hour front desk! A little far from the city but no big deal because they have a shuttle and cabs!! Can’t wait to come back!!

The staff here is amazing except for one that I had problems with (Sabrina). I avoided her and not went to customer service when I saw her there or in the information center anytime I ask for anything, like about bus tickets or transportation or any excursions it was like a problem and like she didn't want me and my son there. One of the staff member stepped and said he would be happy to help me anytime and just come to him. I avoided the front desk when I seen her, she really had a bad attitude. Would I return maybe has long as she's not there. The next problem that I had there was my room, cold air kept coming in the room they need to have proper insulated done properly for these rooms, They really need to fix that people can get sick. My son got a cold because at night you would feel the cold air coming in under the door. But other then that the place is beautiful I loved the view amazing and the walk is great !

Positive: The pool is excellent, with an abundance of sunbeds, including shaded areas. The showers and toilets are well-maintained and clean. Conveniently, you can take a bus to Firenze, which only takes 35 minutes. However, it's worth mentioning that the buses are often delayed. On the downside, the trees surrounding the campsite are young, so there is no shade for the tent. The music from the pool bar plays loudly until 12:30 a.m., and it can be heard clearly from the tent. Every morning, we were awakened by the loud sounds of campsite maintenance and a kind of orchestral music. It feels as if they want to ensure you get up early. Please note that I'm not typically someone who complains, but if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, you won't find it here.

Loved my stay here! I stayed in a two person tent with its own private bathroom. The room was clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location! Not far from the city, 3 min walk to a bus stop, buses that takes you directly into the city centre in about 30 mins. Right along the Arno river too so lovely for walks/runs. Pool area was lovely, but very crowded! (Popular) Lots of activities to book while you’re there I went on a Tuscan wine tour while I was there! Loved staying there would definitely recommend as a good value stay in Florence.

Love the accommodation it's a perfect base. The pools are great. The supermarket seems a little over priced but overall this is a fantastic place to base yourself for days out in Florence. A little site entertainment for the kids would have been nice - someone said there is a silent disco and cinema but no mention of it anywhere on the site info boards. Drinks are massively overpriced at the pool bar €3 for a can of drink but only €7 for a cocktail, go figure!

Great camping! Close to the city and very well maintained facilities. Mimmo the manager is putting an extraordinary amount of effort to train everyone and always listens for issues at all 5 reception desks. I would probably offer him a job if he was from Bulgaria. On the down side, not all the pitches are perfectly leveled. Mine was 3.4 degrees tilted toward the road. I Also rented a bungalow for the sake of more space and bigger private shower, but the AC could barely keep up with the outside 39 C heat. I paid 54 euro for the pitch, but I am happy with the place and the service.

Nice place, clean camping. With really friendly staff. I saw people with dogs on the camping site, so I think it's dog friendly. Close distance to the city of Florence, easy to reach with public transport or the (by the camping accommodated) shuttle bus.

First camping experience ever, and it’s been awesome! Stayed in a Premium Cabin and it was lovely: spacious, super clean, well equipped and everything looked brand new. The surroundings of the camping are amazing as well. You can visit Florence by car (15/20 min) or walking (1 hour). There is a restaurant inside the camping that’s very good (maybe a little expensive if you compare it to some restaurants outside, but the food was amazing). Totally recommend you this camping and we will definitely come back 👍👍👍 ps. it’s dog friendly yey 🐶

Optimal camper spot to visit Florence. Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Sanitary is clean and modern. which does not always mean practical. Pitches are a minimum size, almost all vehicles have to park diagonally. Bicycle to town is possible and there is a public bus to city center every 15 minutes (24 minutes / 1,50€) There is a restaurant/bar, nice pool area

Me and my girlfriend came here for her birthday. The place itself is quite cute and it has a huge potential. The rooms are very clean and the site is well maintained, maybe except for the common BBQ area. The staffs are quite attentive as well. However, my girlfriend and I had some bad experience for the following reasons: 1. We booked some activities through the camping, and we were given no information about it other than the name of the meeting point, which no one - even locals - knew about. In the end, we had to walk through the hot city searching for the gathering place, only to find out that the activities were not booked from the beginning, and the meeting point is actually another place according to their website. When we made a complaint upon our return, they were nice enough to compensate us with 2 aperitivo drinks and breakfast for the next morning. 2. Talking of breakfast; I'm glad we didn't have to pay for it. The food was ridiculously simple for that costs 7.50 Euro. It is not worth whatever they charge you. I've had some hotels that offer way more wholesome breakfast for free. Their dinner was fine though 3. They charge extra for anything and everything possible. When I was making a complaint about the activities, some people came to the reception to ask for extra toilet paper, they said they charge extra for stays less than certain days for the toilet paper. BTW, they don't have housekeeping for stays less than how many ever days as well. You'd be charged extra for any cleaning or extra towels. 4. They are quite disorganized. My girlfriend emailed the camp to book directly and paid just for the first night and then when we arrived there, I paid the rest. On the third day, I found out that what I paid for the first night as well. When we went to the reception to clear things up, they returned what they owed. However, we also found out that the initial quote given to my girlfriend was wrong. Overall, I think we could have had a great time at this camp, but these little problems really ruined our experiences. It's a pity that a nice place like this is so disorganized.

The place itself is VERY cool. The market, the pool, the restaurant, all the parking spaces and the nature, places to eat, laundry room, information for tourists. So much peace and quiet. We unfortunately had some issues with our rental, we had to change twice the “room” due to some problems. But in the end they compensated giving us an upgrade, to a superior room and this one was Realllyyy cool and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer, definitely want to come back

A great place to rent an cabin, or a place to park your caravan. A little outside the city centre but is located in a beautiful area. Safe for children, long timetable for check in and check out. It has guards that makes the place very safe for women and children. Inside you can find a supermarket, Conad. It has also an area which you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks. It has two Beautiful free outdoor public pools, with beds to rest and take sun Family friendly, has a playing ground for children

A fantastic place to stay in Firenze! This place exceeded our expectations. It's incredibly clean, spotless, like new. You have everything tou need. At some point we even didn't wanted to go in the city center again. 😆😅 It was perfect. You can't go better from price value point of view. It's not the usual camping It's more like resort. You have supermarket, restaurant, pools, washing machines, bar, etc. 👌

This is a well organized camp site. Staff was friend and you have all the amenities that you need. The pitches are very small and you can fell that they are trying to squeeze as many people in as possible. The facilities (toilets and showers) were definitely not the cleanest but if you're looking for a camp site close to the city this is a good option
