Coming from Chicago, we were skeptical at first but this restaurant surprised us from both a service and food quality experience. The staff were very hospitable and kind. The food was as authentic as you could get from the quality of the curries and the meats. The garlic naan is a must and the yogurt lassi was perfectly made. Decor of the restaurant was homey and the establishment very clean.

We come here about every week. We also take our friends and family that come to visit Florence. My coworkers are hooked on this place. Always friendly service, Manisha knows us well and gives us and everyone else top notch service. The food is always tasty and the value is great. I highly recommend you eat here. You won’t be disappointed, You will go back!

One of the best Indian restaurants I've eaten at. I'm usually not fond of eating Indian food in a foreign country, but decided to give it a try and i was pleasantly surprised. We just walked in with our toddler as it was close to our hotel. The staff was very friendly, and they even prepared a discontinued dish on request, that was posted on their online menu. They were quick and accommodating. The food was awesome. I usually don't expect authenticity in Indian food abroad, but this restaurant just was at par with restaurants back home, wrt authenticity and taste. Would highly recommend.

After a long day of tours and sightseeing, I wanted to enjoy some Desi food (Pakistani/Indian) and found this excellent restaurant and decided to try it. Turned out to be an excellent decision as the food was delicious and authentic. Reminded me of home (Dubai). I ordered the chicken Karahi on the recommendation of our server, Manisha and also added the chef’s special Mutton Mughlai in the mix. Ended up finishing both the dishes along with naans. Added a dessert (coconut barfi) and had a cup of karak masala chai to top it all. Top notch food quality and service was excellent. Good ambience and nice music. 5 stars for Taj Palace and well done to Manisha.

Best place for authentic Indian Food. Hospitality was good. The Art work made us feel like we were in India. Ambience is really soothing. Must try - "Daal Makhani" and "Kheer".

A few minutes' walk away from the train station—authentic Indian cuisine. Food was packed with spices and herbs. Plenty of options regarding proteins and veggies. I would consider this to be a hidden gem in Florence, Italy.

Delicious food. After a long week of eating italian cuisine, we were craving Indian food and came across this restaurant. Staff were really friendly. Good ambience. Tried chicken biryani , Grill chicken tikka , panner curry & naan. All the items were tasty & flavorful. I totally loved it & recommend if you want to try Indian food.

Amazing food and service here. Getting tired of Italian cuisine so we decided to try out this place. The chicken tikka masala was soooo good. The chicken was super tender and the curry was really flavorful. Also ordered naan which was soft and delicious!

I stopped here after a long morning of walking on a whim and I am so glad that I did. Everything was wonderful from the kind and attentive service to the variety of dishes available and of course the food itself. I highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the best Indian restaurant in Europe. The ambience will take you to the places in India where we feel that we are in royal Rajasthan palace. The best part is the food taste as they customise the food according to your taste to give you “India Wala” feeling and trust me this is very difficult to get in whole of Europe and The UK, as every Indian restaurant tries to reduce spices and increase sweetness in every Indian dishes to attract locals, this way we Indians lose the India wala taste in the food. Apart from food and ambience the staff was very friendly and were responsive to our needs. Finally the cost was reasonable. Overall it’s a must try and experience place if you are in Florence, Italy. Note: Unfortunately I was not able to take much photos of the food I had but trust me everything is excellent in this place.

We visited Taj Palace tonight at busy dinner time. The ambience and location is very nice. We were promptly seated and attended to by Ms. Monisha, who was very cheerful! She brought our food very quickly and asked if we needed anything. The mixed veg pakoda platter was delicious. We ordered Paneer Changez, Mushroom Mutter and Dal tarka. All items were very tasty with a nice balance of taste. Later on Mr. Nafeel attended to us and paid good attention to the finishing of our dinner and closing out. Overall a great experience!

First time in Rome and we traveled around the area and found this amazing Indian Food Restaurant, we just had to check it out. We walked in the place and the decor is setup beautifully, it’s clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and patient with our big family order. I really enjoyed the food 🥘 and so did my picky eaters (kids), and it’s their first time trying Indian food. The bathrooms are very clean as well👍🏽. Fabulous! Ordered for pickup with my husband while we are visiting Italy. I’m not a fan of Indian food (or so I thought). I had tried Indian food multiple times in the past but it tastes nothing like this! Really enjoyed their food! I got the chicken biryani rice. Absolutely delicious! And a big portion! My husband got the chicken tikka masala and he enjoyed that. We got a lassi mango as well as vegetarian samosas. Everything was great! Wish we had this place near us back home. Service was also great. Very nice workers that go above and beyond

Ambience was authentic and warm welcoming like Indian Culture. The flavors of typical North Indian dishes were very elegantly placed on the table. Very very good Indian food, a vast variety of selection, the restaurant is big so plenty of space for big groups too. Stuff is lovely and welcoming. Prices are just best deal ever. Easy to find not far from the Train station SMN, right behind the US embassy.

One of the best indian restaurant i've been to. Food taste great and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. Must visit for anyone looking to have nice indian meal. I am writing this after having tried several other indian restaurant but they failed to meet my expectations, i will definitely visit again.
