We paid 1200 euro for 4 night, which is not worth for the quality and the food. The area is not very nice, dodgy area . Room was cold despite we turned off the air con. Shampoo and gel provided very low quality and need to press very hard to get it out. Breakfast was included, but very bad buffet. They put bread, and focacia from lidl, different types of cakes that dont look great neither. Very expensive for what it is, I expected more quality for this price

We stayed here June 2022. The first night our AC did not work (similar to other reviews). We asked for a fan, which they were unable to provide. They sent an employee to our room to attempt to fix the issue, but they were unsuccessful, no immediate accommodations were offered. I slept on the floor that night because the tiles were cooler than the bed. The next afternoon we were moved to another room, the AC wasn’t better, another warm nights sleep. Other negatives: - The room is tiny, there is not enough space for larger luggage & there is no desk or dresser. There is minimal floor space, of which our luggage took up the majority. - They do not allow you to bring food into your rooms. I understand this is to reduce potential messes/smells, but this is an odd policy for vacationers. - We asked for additional bottles of water, one of which was delivered opened & partially consumed (probably an honest mistake) Positives: - The appearance of the hotel is great The operations, layout & policies of the hotel are far inferior to the appearance.

We stayed here two nights while in Florence. First night we stayed the ac did not work and the room was incredibly hot. 2nd night the ac did work but the room was still hot. Room was to a 3 star hotel standards, small shower, uncomfortable beds. Much less impressive than the google reviews and star rating of the hotel suggests. Stay here only if you want a cheap place to stay.

Great hotel with clean and spacious room for us with two large suitcases. It feels like it was recently renovated so its amenities are updated. Spa facility located at the basement is available for hotel guests free of charge. Ivan from the front office was very helpful and attentive in making sure we have everything we need.

The hotel is located close to the main amenities, and the staff is extremely friendly. The room is spacious and has amazing decor. The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the shower as the door may not close properly, making the water flood the space. The breakfast had a great variety of pastries and tasty Italian espresso.

This is very nice hotel. Close to all the area (we explored everywhere on foot),very clean, very good breakfast, very nice waiter at breakfast table and very helpful at reception.our checking and checkout was smooth.

Hotel is good and well located, close to commerce and restaurants which is convenient. Rooms are clean although not spacious. Walk in shower is European size, a bit tight for my liking. Breakfast is good and staff is kind. Unfortunately Spa is not ideal and also small.

There is no doubt that this hotel is beautiful, but the location is not the best for visiting Florence, it is a good 25 minute walk into the centre and there is very little nearby. The breakfast is absolutely great and the service was fantastic. One important thing to note when booking, that we found disappointing, is that the spa is only open from 4-8.30. This was very limiting, as we had already booked activities on 2 evenings, meaning that we could only use the spa once.

Fabulous Hotel. Stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good (although a slight walk into the centre of Florence) the staff were very friendly, rooms good quality and exceptionally clean. The spa was an additional treat and breakfast was lovely.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are on another level and the food that we have had there has been fantastic; it is within walking distance (20-30 mins) of all of the major attractions in Florence; add the fact that they have a spa, just means that this hotel should definitely be on your list!

Spotless and beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Close to tram stop so easy to get in to the historic centre in 5 minutes. Nice trattoria close by for evening meals as well.

Shout out to the staff, especially the Romanian staff: exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room, the facilities in general are top notch; the spa is a great way to relax after wandering around the city. The location is good - walking distance from the centre, and easy to access from the airport. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

My beautiful girlfriend and I stayed 5 days in this very nice and comfortable hotel and enjoyed all about it. The spa was great, the breakfast was great, the stuff was super friendly, the room was very comfortable. Moreover, the hotel is very near to several rental car places, and 15 minutes nice walk along the river to the city center. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is great, with very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is very complete. The spa experience is very relaxing after a long day walking around the city. It's located 10min walking from the train station and a little further to most touristic attractions.

The Moon is beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence, walking distance to the River Arno and most of the city attractions ( 15 min walk to the Duomo), spotless clean, modern with a luxury feeling. Marble floors and all the decor look so sparkling.The The staff was very welcoming and friendly and helped with many suggestions on restaurants, bars and markets. Breakfast was a wonderful experience everything freshly made and local. Next time in Florence I will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the hotel and in Florence. My husband and I had a great experience in This hotel. The breakfast was tasty the decor was nice and cozy. They provide snacks and water and make sure to make the guests comfortable. Very helpful with recommending spots for us to visit. Some of the most helpful staff I ever saw.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff are incredibly polite and very helpful. It is a bit from the center, but buses run easily and it took about 15 minutes to walk to all the sights. In the rooms there was a mini fridge and AC! So, everything you need in the heat. We had access to the spa, very fresh and nice spa with dry and steam sauna, a hot tub and a relaxation room. The breakfast was good, both with a buffet with various choices, but you could also order, for example, scrambled eggs or porridge.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attentive staff and fantastic amenities. I was blown away walking in for the first time. The breakfast was so good! A great continental selection, plus savory options you can order from the menu (most of them at no extra charge). We had spa access and it was incredible! I was so impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Florence. One thing to know is that it’s about a 15-25 minute walk from the main tourist attractions, train station, and good restaurants, so it might not be as convenient for stopping at the hotel to change outfits or rest between activities. However if you are looking for a quiet location after exploring, this is perfect.

Hello, First we booked a room in The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa for one day, however we liked it so much that we prolonged our stay for one more day. Guys on the front desk, Filippo, Ivan and Bogdan, they were so welcoming and friendly that made us feel very comfortable. They helped us with information where we can eat good and about sightseeings. Filippo was so helpful showing us all Florence sights on the map. The room was ideally clean and white classy furnished. Breakfast was delicious. We could use SPA as well, jakuzi and showers with mandalina and peach smell were relaxing. The location is good, walking distance to railway station and citysights. I do recommend The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa! If I come again to Florence I definitely will stay in this hotel. With kind regards, Khatira

I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Florence. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle, however a short walk away from all the main spots. The staff made this experience memorable especially a gentleman named Bogdan, he was very hospitable and has the best local knowledge as he recommended some superb Bars & Restaurants. The spa facilities the hotel offers are amazing, exactly what you need after a busy day in Florence. Thank you for accommodating us and thank you again Bodgan for the great service.

Located about 15 min away (walk) from the city sights and the train station but in a relatively tranquil area near many wonderful restaurants! Bogdan at the front desk, the breakfast staff and everyone else I encountered on my 2 day stay were phenomenal. Breakfast was solid - lots of pastries etc and also freshly cooked pancakes/porridge/egg preparations. Cappuccinos were solid. This is a beautiful hotel with a Renaissance feel.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and VERY clean! Great location, close to all the central attractions. The staff is super friendly and they really go above and beyond when you need something. The hotel has its own car park, which is very convenient and they even park the car for you when you arrive. I absolutely loved it there and highly recommend it to anyone who loves a stylish and spotless hotel!
