Scam alert. Was suggested this property via Booking.com for family of four and booked it on the platform. Got emailed confirmation for two. Was then informed via email that kids had to be paid extra. Although reaching out to the property within minutes to clarify and gave them every opportunity to either honour the original terms of the booking or dissolve it immediately at no harm done to anyone, they refused to cancel the booking or issue a refund for prepayment. Instead, got hostility and really poor customer interaction. As other reviews here on Google Maps show, I'm not the first to have the experience of finding out this place suddenly comes up with ways to increase prices after booking or find out that what was booked and paid for was not available, or double booked for extra profits. Avoid.

First night the room was double booked so we stayed at a sister b&b. Rooms are quirky but clean, receptionist very polite. Didn't have breakfast. Location is okay if you like a walk, nearby train station doesn't have trains travelling to the centre which is misleading.

Had my reservation and when I showed up, they just told me that they had given it to someone else, even though it was already paid for 7 days in advance. The guy who answered the phone 'Angel' just said if I wanted the money back, I had a call a number he never gave to me. I had to stay at McDonald's for the rest of the night cause no more rooms available in the area. Luckily some nice people from the area gave me good vibes and stay with me until the morning.

Our stay here was a really bad experience. When we first arrived, the receptionist refused to answer simple questions about the rules for street parking as she instead tried to make us use their garage further away and at a higher price than the street parking. We had to google the rules ourselves, and would have received a ticket otherwise. The room was filthy and in bad shape. The worst thing was that we discovered a glass shard in the bed. The breakfast was distasteful and filthy as well.

great service, clean rooms and the extra cost for breakfast is well worth it!! Also the TV service is excellent!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed (mattress) was amazing! Breakfast was very good and nothing to compare to other places we stayed in Italy. Would definitely come back.

Fabulous place to stay in Florence. Very spacious, clean and modern room. Brilliant location, close to everything I wanted to see. The breakfast is pretty rich and of high quality products. I really liked the personal touch of the staff and appreciated their kindness. Best stay ever.

We had a lovely stay and were made to feel really at home. The host was very attentive and could not have been more helpful. Because of the Covid we had to have breakfast in our room but the host brought fresh coffee every morning. The room is big and airy with a lovely clean bathroom that has everything you could need, shower cap, shower fresh etc. The location is close to the train station and only a few minutes from Tram 1 which is every 5 minutes and takes you into the center of town for only 1.50euro. would really recommend the "Leonardo da Vinci Interactive museum", really interesting and fascinating for both children and adults! But Ladies watch your bag as I had mine dipped, they only got a purse of change but it did upset me and left me feeling very shaky :-(

The building is beautiful and warm, so is the double room where we stayed. But the best is yet to come at the inner restaurant: the food is so good I left the plates as clean as ever (literally). The polenta with mushrooms is tasy, the vegetables flan light and the main courses abundant and delicious. Vin santo and cantucci is a great tradition to close the dinner with

Great people, good enough breakfast, laaaarge rooms, all very clean, close enough to the Firenze center, bus and tram near by, we've had a great stay, and i recommended it to everyone who needs a peaceful stay in the capital of Renaissance!

Great little place in Florence. Comfortable beds and good size rooms in a quiet building. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and underpowered, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean and well supplied bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at hotel Relais Stibbert Florence and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Florence.
