Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! The staff was wonderful, breakfast was provided every morning if you wanted it. Minutes walk to everything we wanted to do

Hotel Annas has everything you need for a trip. The bed was good, hygiene items in the bathroom were available, aircondicio was also available and a simple good breakfast. I really enjoyed their atmosphere. COOL personal!

Great hotel. The room was updated and clean. Good bathroom. It was nice to take a shower in an actual shower with a door during my backpacking trip. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would come back here again if I was ever in Florence.

As usual anywhere in Italy is a rip off. This was supposed to be a 3 star hotel. Being generous, I would give it at most 2 stars. Room furniture was dated and in parts falling apart. A couple of the staffs were very helpful but on the whole don't expect much warm reception from the lobby personal.

Great hotel very well located close to the train station. Within walkable distance of pretty much anything worth seeing in Florence. There is no elevator though which could be a problem to some but if not you'll certainly enjoy.

In the centre easy to walk to all the attractions. Nice friendly and helpful staff 24 hours a day. Aircon in the rooms (no extra charge to use)

Such a nice and friendly crew. Room better than expected. Collaborative atmosphere which I really liked.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed, super clean and good breakfast. We had a welcome drink which was nice. Super friendly staff. The only recommendation is to let customers in advance that the check in is in the bar donwstair
