Visited the Palatine gallery and modern art. Many good paintings. Good view across the river as well.

Beautiful palace and art gallery. Spent 3+ hours exploring the palace and gardens. Incredibly beautiful; insane amount of artwork and sculptures to see and each room is decorated from ceiling to floor with stunning details. Make sure to wear comfy shoes and charge your camera because it's worth spending a whole day here. Make sure to eat inside the canteen, to avoid extra charges!

What a great collection in a beautiful Palace. Where can you find a Tiziano, Rubens, Velazquez and Van Dyck in one room and 9 out of 10 people playing by without even noticing them. The collection just hand on the wall or stand in a room without a curator making fancy changes. The artwork van just be, and it should stay like this for ever. One tip: stop and look at the marble top tables. Never seen so many and so diverse at one place.

BEST gallery for a DATE. Other art museums are really nice but this one has a really nice plus; everything is shown in a magnific palace context. We just felt really royal! Also the quality of the art is stunning. If you are an artist, this is a MUST.

An overwhelming amount of art crammed into the place, despite the rather unassuming exterior. Admission was free for everyone the day we visited so it was crowded but we had a timed entry so avoided the long lines.

Great museum, especially the exhibit on Dante. Expect to be here for about an hour and a half. The windows from the gallery have great views of the gardens as well.

Beeing a certified Tourist guide I can say "Galleria Palatina" is the most beautiful museum of Florence, even better than Uffizi, an INTENSE collection of most famous paintings , well known as Tiziano Raffaello filippo lippi , a BREATAKING experience, I have visited many times the galleria and I will never be tired to visit again. the apartments are OUTSTANDING velvets and vintage furnitures will bring your memory to old king's habits and spoiled lives. The painting collection is WONDERFUL no exaggeration , I would reccomend all world visitors not to loose such an amazing experience. You will never forget FLORENCE.

This is some spectacular collections by The Medici! Can't describe this in one phrase so it is almost an ethereal experience to explore this magnificent Gallery with about 13 rooms with its own theme, eg Room of Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, etc. A must visit, all inside Palazzo Pitti.

The Palatine Gallery is a hidden gem for art lovers. The museum is located in the magnificent Palazzo Pitti, which in itself is a sight to behold. Inside, visitors are treated to a stunning collection of Renaissance and Baroque art, including works by Raphael, Titian, and Caravaggio. The rooms are well-curated and beautifully decorated, with ornate ceilings and intricate furnishings. The museum is not as well-known as some of Rome's other attractions, so it's often less crowded, allowing for a more peaceful and immersive experience. For anyone interested in Italian art and history, the Palatine Gallery is a must-visit in Rome.

Very interesting to see the palace itself and the frescoes on the walls and ceiling. I am not too interested in the paintings, but the other stuff was worth it. We went on a day when it was free to enter and the line was actually pretty fast (<10-15 min).

The sheer number and quality of the pieces is astounding, however, some of them are placed in very difficult spots to see and the lighting in the museum was not well organized which makes for a poorer experience. Very very good

A must see. Incredible is the word for this gallery where each room is so magnificent that you could not tell which one is more marvellous than the other. The most unforgettable ceilings I have seen.
