We
really
lucked
out
when
we
found
the
Hotel
Elite.
It
was
exactly
what
we
wanted.
Affordable,
close
to
everything
that
was
of
interest
to
us
in
Florence
and
historical
to
boot.
(15th
Century
building!)
The
woman
who
was
on
the
desk,
Nadia,
was
amazing!
We
were
made
to
instantly
feel
at
home.
She
was
genuinely
caring
and
interested
and
made
you
feel
that
she
was
only
there
for
you.

The
room
was
fine
and
the
bed
was
comfortable.
It
had
a
small
desk
and
chair
plus
sometimes
weak
wi-fi
(much
improved
in
the
lobby)
but
it
was
all
we
needed.
The
bathroom
was
enormous!
Everything
was
spotlessly
clean
and
comfortable
and
we
would
absolutely
stay
there
again
if
returning.
I
have
recommended
it
to
friends
already
who
will
book
it
on
their
next
trip
to
that
wonderful
city.
It
was
a
very
short
walk
to
and
from
the
train/bus
station
which
was
a
bonus
and
an
easy
walk
to
Uffici
Gallery,
Duomo,
Ponte
Veccio
and
all
the
magic
that
the
city
offers.
If
you
are
a
Hilton
or
Best
Western
kind
of
person,
stay
away.
If
you
are
easygoing
and
enjoy
knowing
that
you
are
not
at
home
while
travelling,
then
this
place
is
for
you.
