They are extremely rude to American tourists. My mother wanted a particular pair of pink sunglasses there and I didn't know which ones so I started to take a picture of both of the pink pairs they had. The store clerk, Gaia, was rude and nasty to me about it and said I wasn't allowed to take a picture. Really? Why not? You can find pictures of their products online. There is no reason to not allow this, and particularly no reason to be nasty to customers about it.

Terrible customer service. Just plain rude and probably racist. Went to shop yesterday and the person at the door saw me but did not open the door. We knew what we wanted but no one came to attend to us. When someone finally did come to “help” us, they gave one word answers and continued doing another task on an iPad. We said we would come back with our passports for tax rebates to which she scoffed in derision as if to say we wouldn’t be back. Came back today with our passports and had to again wait for 10-15 mins before anyone spoke to us. In that time we saw people being pampered with water, coffee etc. We witnessed one attendant even being dismissive to another couple until she realised they might actually buy a bag, and then she spoke to them like they were best friends!

Nice store...... but they should have a self check out or a person in charge of quick shoppers for people that already know what they will like to buy instead of having to wait for customer service rep.

The staff here were amazing. They were the nicest of all the stores we went to on the block. Lovely attitude, respectful and kind to all the customers that came in! (From what I saw).

Think the service standard in Prada Florence has been getting worse year by year ...... sigh ~~

It was magical for my wife who got a few of her hearts desires here. Adriana was so amazing she helped us took her time to helped us. She was full of great suggestions of food and other not to miss places. We will go back for her service soon.

Such a wonderful experience! We were assisted by Illaria, who was very knowledgeable, attentive and genuine. At the end of the day many of these brands are the same (more or less) and it all comes to the experience you get at the store. Illaria definitely made it memorable and special! Exactly what we expected to see in Prada! Will definitely be back.

Excellent service and most importantly, great follow up service! I visited the store 2 weeks ago and bought a bag and service was excellent! The best part is that when I arrived home in the US, I needed follow up service for the purchase and Sophia B answered my call. She was prompt, courteous and quickly assisted me texting and emailing what I asked for almost immediately. Great service while you are buying a bag is hoped for but great service after you buy and leave the store weeks later is really impressive! Thank you Sophia B for all of your help! I would encourage anyone looking for someone to assist when buying a bag to ask for Sophia B!

We experience the service here as mediocre. Notable exception of Gaia - she was friendly and helpful. Medium sized store with no queues on a weekend.
