Ascensore lentissimo conviene andare a piedi se uno c'è la fa. Scusate ascensore per modo di dire montacarichi è il termine più adatto. Il parcheggio è gratuito, ma non grande i posti sono limitati. Servizio autobus proprio davanti all'ingresso principale. Ci sarebbe anche un 6 piano che però è chiuso e viene utilizzato come magazzino. Al 5 piano c'è il bar/pasticceria.

Scortesia unica e inimitabile. Personale medico veramente maleducato, con un’arroganza mai vista prima in un ospedale. Ho dovuto spostare un appuntamento per urgenti motivi di lavoro e mi è stato addirittura chiesto con un tono saccente e sgradevole “ma è ancora sicura di volersi operare?”. L’appuntamento mi è stato spostato, ma con l’aria di chi mi ha fatto un immenso favore (quando alla fine ci rimetto io, visto che devo aspettare 2 mesi in più). Scusate se purtroppo in questo mondo bisogna anche lavorare per vivere. Empatia e disponibilità pari allo zero.

Per quanto riguarda la parte dentistica: Mi hanno solo fatto perdere tempo, ho pagato i ticket per delle visite assolutamente inutili, che non solo non hanno portato a niente, ma hanno ritardato le cure, che alla fine sono stata costretta a fare con medici privati. Dovevo fare un'estrazione e mettere l'apparecchio ortodontico. La prima è stata da loro più volte rimandata, ogni volta che tentavo di richiamare prendere appuntamento era impossibile... dopodiché mi hanno chiamata il 13 agosto pretendendo che trovassi tempo per partecipare ad un appuntamento il 16 agosto, perché avevano dei buchi da tappare. Quindi ho dovuto farla fare da un dentista di fiducia. La seconda questione è stata pure peggiore perché sono andata a fare la visita preliminare, condotta da un ragazzino che non era ferrato (aveva individuato un dente che secondo lui andava estratto e non era assolutamente così) e mi ha dato delle informazioni errate. As tourists not sure about what to expect from the Italian health care we were happily surprised!

Non ero mai stata in questo ospedale prima d’ora e la mia esperienza si riferisce al solo (per fortuna) servizio con il quale ho avuto a che fare: ecografia. Un bellissimo ambiente (la struttura è un po’ lasciata andare ma architettonicamente è davvero bella e inserita in un contesto meraviglioso) con competenze -quantomeno relazionali- assolutamente non all’altezza non solo del posto, ma del livello minimo di accoglienza che ci si potrebbe attendere dal secondino di un reparto di massima sicurezza. L’empatia non è dovuta e nessuno la pretende. Ma esser messi in soggezione ed essere trattati come poveri imbecilli questo ecco, uno magari proprio non se l’aspetta. Dispiace, perché poi il vissuto inevitabilmente arreca danno alla fiducia nella professionalità e nella bontà dell’operato… Insomma, contesto affascinante, per un’esperienza quantomeno inattesa. Consiglio a chi si è sempre domandato come potesse essere ritrovarsi all’Overlook Hotel.

Impossibilità di sentirsi accolti e ascoltati riguardo ad un periodo delicato che i genitori affrontano..ci siamo sentiti molto giudicati riguardo il nulla!! Purtroppo non ci sono altre scelte ed un percorso obbligatorio ma dovessi scegliere farei tutte altre strade

Pessima la mobilità all'interno dell'ospedale, spesso c'è un solo ascensore funzionante con file d'attesa interminabili, l'alternativa sono rampe di scale improponibili per chi non si muova bene . Il cup lentissimo, con un solo sportello aperto la maggior parte delle volte, per fortuna i reparti che ho frequentato ( dermatologia, endocrinologia) funzionano, ma c'è veramente tanto da migliorare!

Reparto di medicina vascolare ed endocrinologia ottimo. Disponibilità, comprensione e sostenibilità del paziente più che efficiente e discreta. Il primario Dott. TATINI con le sue "Charlie's Angels" (dott.ssa Giannasio è fisioterapiste Patrizia, Serena ed Angela), formano un team fenomenale. Hanno rigenerato il mio sistema linfatico piuttosto compromesso.
